I like the design of the app. However, the support is really poor. I have been a pro client of this app for 5 years. The app was working in the first 4 years. Then, out of blue, the store locator collapsed. i recently reported the issue to the tech support. the support restored the locator page, but skewed the header of my site while the locator is not showing the relevent stores after entering zip code, and the locator is exceedingly slow-the turning circle on the map keeps turning non stop and refused to show the relevent result. when i reached out to them, they replied without addressing the issue of skewing the header of my site, and in terms of the locator, they said "you added this section to the Store locator page, it caused a conflict with our app". First, this section had been working on my locator page and the locator was working fine for at least 3 years. Second, after removing this section that has been the locator is still not working. the header of my site is still compressed and visitors can see only half of the logo and can't log in. The attitude of their tech support is to blame users instead of solving problems. An app is only valuable if it works. I give this app a 1 star because i do think its design and intended function is promising. the missing stars are for the sudden stop of working of the app, the poor tech support, and the still dysfunction of the app on my site.

EDIT: The developers finally replied and explained it was a holiday in their county - thus the slow response. Everything is fixed and running smoothly now and I explained that their tutorials need to be updated, they said they will consider it. Once I was able to figure out Google Map API -- things are actually better now than they were before. However, I now need to go through 215 locations and check them for errors in the "city" field. Overall - once this is working - I really like this app. ***** Things were going great until my addresses would not update and I could not add new locations. I asked for help and was given -- not very good instructions on how to create a Google API. The instructions were not current and now none of my locations appear whatsoever and support is slow. I was told to add a user - but I do not have that ability with my Shopify account.

Straightforward and Effective This app is simple and to the point, making it easy to show my customers where our products are stocked. Recently, we decided to add another map on a separate landing page for additional services, and customer support was incredibly helpful in making that happen. Since I’m in the U.S., the time zone difference causes some delay in email responses, but they always get the job done! Suggestion: Navigating the settings can feel a bit clunky, and it takes some time to find the options you need. That said, the app delivers everything it promises.

I installed the S: Store Locator app and was having trouble with the API Key. With the description of the problem that I gave to Duke and Daniel from Storeify Support, they realized that I probably had a conflicting key on my Shopify store. I told them that I had a previous app that used a key but had uninstalled the app. Duke asked for permission to look at my themes. He found the old key which was causing the problem and fixed it for me! It was great service figuring out what was causing the problem and very helpful because I don't have any background in coding and I'm definitely not a developer.

We are using the 3 list layout and we have requested some customisation of the design and layout, to better fit our needs and the design of our store. Duke was very helpful and explained to us that the design and function customisations will cost 75 USD extra, but can be done. We agreed and In 2 days everything was ready. After some minor bug fixes, the app works and looks awesome. Communications was prompt and clear. Only improvement I suggest is to add multi-language support either in app or by using the native Shopify App (Translate & Adapt)

June 13, 2023. I reached out for help again, I couldn’t be more happy with the support I received, over, and above what I expected . My site will be open for business very shortly I’m looking good with the support I received and fully functional . This was from an earlier date, 10 stars if I could, after 4 months with a different store locator app, I finally gave up. (Premium price so I thought it would be great) Days turned into weeks and weeks into months with promises and disappointment. Unfortunately when I went to install this app, because of my previous location app with the other software company, I couldn’t install the software properly and get it to work. Thank you so much for coming to my rescue, help was available so quickly when I asked for it. And also extra technical service was available very quickly to remove the rest of the unwanted software. I’m very impressed with the technical support and the app. Works great. Not to mention I love the features.

This app is worth the money. I was hesitant at first given the amount of locations we have, but so far, it has handled it seemingsly. Outstanding customer service... We copied by accident for several dealer the same long and latitude data and despite their physical address showing up properly they were all clustered on the map in one spot. After contacting the support team they resolved the issue within 24 hours and even ADDED a new field to the PREVIEW pane where the coordinates can be manually adjusted... Wish that Shopify's dev team would react in such a prompt way to customer feedback! The only other feedback I have is that it would be great if all information could be uploaded via a google sheet, for example the Social media handles cannot be directly uploaded. I would have usually given it a 4 star rating but the customer service is AWESOME.

The app is easy to use with a nice interface. Lots of good functionality. Our store locator went down the other day and I contacted support. They responded fairly quickly, within 4 or 5 business hours and got it back up. They are always very helpful. They told me it went down because of an upgrade. It would have been nice if we got a notice when upgrades are happening so we could check and make sure nothing happened. I got lucky and happened to be working on it when it went down. Otherwise I may not have known until a customer reported it. That's the only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 stars.

The absolute best part about this app is the customer service and Storeify's dedication to going above and beyond for their clients. I don't write many reviews (this might be my first one), and I'm writing because these guys are helpers, not takers. The fact is, is I were better at CSS, I could have probably extended the visual design myself. That said, Storeify helped us get all of their apps working smoothly.
