Every time I've needed support, the Storemapper team is quick to respond and help me resolve whatever issue I may be dealing with. Overall, I've had very few issues over the last few years and nothing that couldn't be resolved quickly. Highly recommend the app!

Storemapper has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store. We work with a growing network of retailers and it allows us to add/update locations fast — bulk uploading via CSV took a fraction of the time we expected, and the ability to download an Excel file and update quickly has been a huge time-saver. The customization options let us match the map's look to our brand without needing a developer. We've also gotten real value out of the built-in analytics like being able to see which areas are searching for us most has directly informed where we focus our retail outreach. What really sets Storemapper apart, though, is the support. Every time we've had a question or run into an issue, their team has responded quickly and actually solved the problem instead of just pointing us to a help doc. We recently learned that the app wasn't 100% WCAG compliant and WCAG is a high priority item for our team when considering apps - both installing and keeping. We'd outlined the accessibility issues and they worked diligently to resolve them. We are thankful for their fast and responsible support allowing us to return to 100% WCAG compliance. If you're a Shopify brand with retail partners, dealers, or distributors, we'd genuinely recommend giving Storemapper a try. It's easy to set up, and it's clearly built by a team that truly cares and work tirelessly to keep improving it.

A store map is a store map, but right here is what you're really looking for -- quite possibly the best personal customer service you'll find anywhere, in any company anywhere, hands down. And I speak as the customer service manager for our own company. Philly especially (thank you again!) has provided the most helpful tips and graciously put up with my endless questions as I struggled to navigate Google Cloud Console issues and nail down nitpicky specs for my website's enormous world map of stores. A recent back-end UI update has also greatly improved usability and customization options for us as website creators/managers. Definitely worth signing on for your business's store map!

We use Store Locator in a special manner because a lot of elements are highly customized in our site. (We use Store Locator to show geo-refereciated artworks). For that reason technical support is extremely important. I must to say that Storemappper team has been always very helpful to achieve the funcionality we want from their app. We had a problem yesterday with Google Maps API with our page down but they gave us a solution in minutes.

We used this app to help our customers locate our products in grocery stores in 12 states. It was easy to use, however we did get tripped up on the Google API Key. That didn't matter because the customer service at Storemapper was eager to help. They fixed our issue (it was on our end) and had us up and running in a few hours. Best Customer Service Ever! - A colleague enabled Store Locator on our store about a year ago. This app does several things exceptionally well. Setup is super easy and does not require you to know how to code. The map that is generated is large, detailed, and very accurate. There are tons of settings you can change and fine-tune to get the exact look you want, and everything is spelled out for you in plain terms. Adding addresses and filters is a breeze, and we love that we can sync it with our Google Sheet. And their technical team is very responsive! All of that would already make a great app. But what makes this app above and beyond the others: the developer-friendly features. You can fine-tune the CSS, query stores with their CRUD API, run code after events using their Javascript callbacks, set certain initial load values with HTML attributes, and more. Being able to fine-tune our map like this has opened up a range of possibilities that has saved our team a LOT of time, and allowed us to produce an amazing store and product locator. This is absolutely a top-tier map tool that deserves much more attention. Highly recommended!

Here's why this is the best store location app in the Shopify App Store and in my opinion, the only one worth spending the time implementing. 1 - Tyler is dedicated to supporting his customers. He kept trying until he fixed our particular issues. It's IT. There are always issues. How those issues are dealt with is what's most important. 2 - It actually works. There's a competing product from one of the larger app providers and it had my stores in the wrong continent and some in the middle of the ocean. It took them several attempts over several weeks to fix and eventually they all had to have the latitude and longitude manually entered for each. That's a workaround. I want something that actually looks up the addresses correctly. Far less risky. There was also another competing product that didn't even open at all. 3 - There's an extremely useful feature that sets this apart from all the others (as far as I can tell and at the time of writing this) and that's the list of ungeocoded stores. The other app I tried didn't tell me there were any problems with my stores. If you have hundreds like us, it would take forever to check them all one at a time and the competing product didn't consider a store in the middle of the ocean to be incorrect anyway. With Tyler's app, I simply reviewed the list of ungeocoded stores one at a time and sure enough, each store in the list had a quirky bit of info in the address that was tripping up Google Maps. This is the best option! The app does what it needs to do and has very reasonable options. The low monthly rate is far more cost-effective if you want an app that drops right in and is ready to use (as opposed to a custom-developed one) than its competitors, who charge users up the nose with quantity ceilings for listings. Best of all, the support for this app is fantastic. I emailed the developer several times to troubleshoot issues I was having, and he was consistently prompt and helpful.

Storemapper is the only shopify plugin of its kind that I was able to find that is built to work well on both desktop and mobile. We have recently integrated it into our new site and are very happy. Tyler and his team have been great in terms of support and have been very responsive.
