We have been a happy user of Sufio for many years BUT BEWARE if you export and collect prepaid duty at checkout they cannot show duty as a separate line on the invoice, but do include it in the total. It has meant we need to find another invoicing app that can handle this. updated to **** as support did come back with an unsupported fix which will do for now, many thanks

While many features of this app are effective, the Peppol integration is currently impractical. Specifically, the inability to pull VAT numbers directly from the order page makes generating Peppol-compliant e-invoices nearly impossible. Since compliance requires the invoice to originate from a webshop order, the current workflow is highly inconvenient and results in a high failure rate that is only discovered after the fact.

If you’re looking for a legitimate app to support your bookkeeping, Sufio is the one you should use. We tried several apps that only offered basic features. While those apps were essentially just PDF generators, Sufio is a comprehensive system that provides complete invoices and credit notes with all the required information. In addition, they offer extensive and fast support. We have submitted dozens of requests and questions, and all of them were handled to our satisfaction by Djimi. Big thanks to you Djimi. It’s true that the subscription costs may seem high at first, but this is actually quite reasonable when you consider the functionality, support, and wide range of features compared to competitors.

I asked for a basic feature — setting default payment terms per client. They admitted it's possible but said I’d need to upgrade to their premium plan, which is 3x more expensive. Falling behind other invoice apps by not allowing ACH payments via Stripe or other integration. Stripe accepts ACH, Sufio only uses credit card functions from Stripe costing users a much higher transaction fee. Enabling ACH would save us 2.5%+ on all invoice payments. Developer finally provided a great workaround to view amount due on each invoice from the home screen, hoping for quick native implementation, for now we will bookmark the special url. The "Due" status still overrides the "Partial" status tag...maybe add a new tag that says "Partial Due"??? Clean, simple app but very basic for the cost. Can't search/filter by customer. A simple filter by customer function would be helpful. You can sort by customer/contact however we have almost 5000 customers and lots of scrolling to find the right one. If Sufio made a couple changes to their view/filter it could be awesome. Why not implement a search or filter box to find the customer??? These are simply features to implement. Not many viewing/sorting improvements seen in almost 2yrs. Software by subscription should come with continuous improvements....not here ***in response to the Sufio reply below.....the "partial paid" status only functions until the invoice becomes "due". At that point that tag/status is lost and each invoice must be opened to check the actual status.***

Sufio is a great addition for working with B2B orders on non-shopify plus stores. Being able to (auto) create Invoices for certain orders (based on tags) and being able to fully modify/clone/delete them afterwards is great. Also useful for keeping track what invoices are paid, and what invoices are sill waiting for payments. Support is quick and effective.

Great app. We needed to show each discounted price on our b2b invoices and founded this app. Invoices can be translated into Japanese, but orders and other aspects were not fully supported. But after contacted customer support, they solved the problem! Quick answers, good communication. However, it would be nice to be able to add columns as well as rows. Also, it would be great if it had more templates or if we could change the design in more detail. The address alone fills half the paper. We look forward to future updates.

Ich habe eine Alternative zum unzuverlässigen Rechnungs-Plugin einer Buchhaltungssoftware gesucht. Kernanforderung war die Angabe des Verkaufskanals (Web, Ebay etc...) ebenso wie das verwendete Zahlungsmittel auf der Rechnung. Ebenso ein Metafeld über den Artikelzustand, also A-Ware/Neuware, B-Ware etc. Die Anforderungen wurden durch das Sufio-Team ausgezeichnet und schnell umgesetzt. Auch die optischen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten für die Standardvorlagen sind ausgezeichnet. Ich bleibe bei Sufio, wenngleich der Preis für mich als kleines Unternehmen aktuell noch etwas hoch ist :)

Ich liebe diese App! Meine Rechnungen werden korrekt erstellt. Die Mehrwertsteuer wird ausgewiesen. Ich nutze den Basic-Plan, da ich herade am Aufbau meines Shops www.high-on-ai.com bin. Und er erfüllt fürs erste super meine Anforderungen, bei geringen Kosten. Man weiß ja nicht wie sich der Shop entwickelt. Einzig was mir fehlt, ist die Mobile Version der App. Was aber tur Zeit nicht so schlimm ist. Es funktioniert auch die derzeitige Version, wenn man entsprechend zoomed Zudem lässt sich die Rechnung mit vordefinierten Designs konfigurieren. Ich glaube Änderungen oder ein eigenes Design (Einfügen Logo) ist erst mit der nächst höheren Abo Stufe möglich. Ist aber nicht schlimm, weil ich die vorgefertigten Designs für ein im Start befindlichen Shop auch schon sehr ansprechend finde. Die App liest außerdem die Konfigurationen aus dem Shopifyeinstellungen (Mehrwertsteuer…) Es ist aber auch möglich eigene Werte zu hinterlegen. Die ganze App habe ich jetzt noch nicht vollständig angesehen, aber mit dem was ich bisher genutzt habe bin ich sehr zufrieden. Weiter so und bitte dran bleiben, damit ich nicht gezwungenermaßen auf eine andere App umsteigen muss LG High-On-Ai

There truly isn't a comparable app on the market - we searched for MONTHS trying to locate a native means of invoicing for our wholesale clients that could also serve as an accounts receivable portal. (For point of reference, we've used QBO exclusively the last 5+ years, and we've been trying to centralize our analytics as well as streamline our order / invoice process within Shopify for some time.) Sufio takes the cake, bar none. It integrates well with virtually every aspect of Shopify and is totally conducive to our existing wholesale workflow. The development team for Sufio has been nothing short of INCREDIBLE the entire way through getting us set up, as well as in dialing in our custom templates. This applies equally to aesthetics as it does to functionality; we are exceptionally particular about the presentation of our brand (as well as the importance of attention to detail in all respects) and Sufio's support team has consistently met our requests with the utmost patience and a sincere desire to understand / meet our needs. Bringing them on has been a game changer for our business, straight up. We would love to see an option in the future for packing lists that also support split shipment breakdowns that could be included per package in a given shipment. Having a comparable template to our new invoice feature would make for an incredibly well rounded customer experience and allow for us to operate further from a singular platform.

App is really good, at first i thought the 50€ monthly tag was ... as most apps I have found on Shopify after using woo-commerce are expensive and don't offer really what they say. But since installing Sufio it was super easy to customise and to be honest the customer service has been exceptional. They have sorted out 3 queries for us even writing a script to show the correct payment method all via the chat option. We used for a while and was a GREAT solution, however, the invoice does not update if the order is changed post marked as pending, which is surprising. The nature of our business means orders can get changed regularly but if your orders do not then I would highly recommend.

We originally found this app, as an integration with Spently templates. We really appreciated the ability to include a download link for our customers to get a formal invoice. This has saved our admin team a lot of work, replying to email requests. We truly appreciated how much work their support team put into customizing our invoices for our unique needs. This has made the switch to Shopify POS so much easier. Highly recommend for the styling, ease of use and level of support.

Great App. My invoicing is much easier now. Fully automated. The customer support service is excellent . They have been very quick in attending all my needs. They are very supportive. I'm a EU seller and I sell both through my website and through Etsy. Using Etsy integration app and sufio app I have now all my invoices from both marketplaces in one place. Sufio customer service has also adapted my needs of showing the composition of my items on the invoices working with tags on Shopify. I need this composition to be shown on the invoices for sending my orders outside the EU. Now this is done automatically without having to write all the compositions manually. Also they have worked to solve my invoices showing the correct EU taxes for my invoices coming through Etsy aswell as from my webpage. I had another issue with invoices showing EU taxes when the customer pays with afterpay app. This issue has been also solver by sufio team very quickly. Now all my invoicing is done automatically. Taxes are correct and I have all my platforms integrated into one place (Etsy invoices and my web invoices). I'm so very grateful to Sufio for making my life much more easier now. As a small business invoicing can get very messy and thanks to sufio it is now so easy.

We spent a lot of time researching Invoice Apps to add to our Shopify business and Sufio was our first choice. The options of invoice formats to select from was a plus, but the Admin interface is what we utilize every day. We can quickly download past due invoices to send via email or print in mass as needed. If/When a customer needs a statement of account, we can quickly access their unpaid invoices, download a .csv file, make appropriate edits and send to the customer in seconds. Edits to invoices are also simple, quick and easy. Ich kann wirklich nur in den besten Tönen sprechen. Das Team von Sufio und vor allem mein neuer Freund "Michal" ist wärmstens zu Empfehlen. Anfangs habe ich mich einfach nur per Preis/Leistung entschieden und mich nicht mit der Funktionsreichweite befasst. Die App schien direkt übersichtlich und einfach und bot mir genug Freiraum für meine rechtlich notwendingen Anpassungen. Dennoch benötigte ich eine spezielle mir nicht mögliche Editierung in der Textanordnung. Es hat keine Minute gedauert bis ich per Chat von Michal begrüßt wurde und mir herzlichst versicherte er würde sich meiner Problematik sofort annehmen und sich darum kümmern. Es ist mit Sicherheit mein ganzes Leben her, dass ich so gut wörtlich umsorgt wurde. Vielen Dank dafür! DAS ist Customer Support! Wenn nicht sogar Liebe. Die Änderungen wurden perfekt umgesetzt. Das Team arbeitet auch an einem komplexeren und freierem Editor für die Rechnungen. Eventuell ist der ja schon verfügbar. Also, ich kann es wirklich nur absolut empfehlen.
