We have been wanting to address our Core Web Vitals for quite awhile but did not know where to start and the answers out there of what can do can vary so we thought a first step would be to find an app but even the options there were all over the place or what works and doesn't. This app seemed to explain the process the best just in its description so we went with it as it was also the only approved CWV app that was Built For Shopify which we have experienced from other apps does make a difference in performance and support. What I did not expect was to have A+ support with any questions about installation and best practices. While we have just started with the app, I am confident that combined with the out of the box app embeds and the support that this will do its job as we have early indicators that it is already happening. Superspeed has been super helpful thus far. I have already seen speed improvements and I've only been using it for a couple of weeks. Furthermore, Dan, the lead developer, is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. Any time I have an issue or can't figure something out myself, he is right on top of things. He typically answers same-day, and often within minutes-hours. Incredible customer service. No other app that I have ever used has the personal touch of being in direct contact with the lead developer. Dan uses his high level knowledge to make real, tangible improvements in speed on your website. No longer am I dealing with "one size fits all" apps that make minor, transient improvements in speed. I've also implemented Supercart (called "Global Protect Insurance Cart" in the app store). Supercart, also developed by ApolloWaves, LLC, has a great design and is super fast. It also adds several opportunities to upsell and add revenue to your company. Highly recommend Superspeed and more importantly Dan as a developer. Try it out, you won't be sorry.

Where do I even start? Have you ever used an app where you received such an incredible service-to-fee ratio that you started feeling guilty because you got an extraordinary amount of service for just a couple of dollars? Well, if not, I would assume that you are not a user of Superspeed! Seriously... I've used a lot of apps for Shopify and various software when working with WooCommerce and other sales funnel technology. But I've NEVER encountered someone as passionately dedicated as Dan (Co-Founder). Because what he is doing to make your shop fly is so custom and out of the park compared to any other service in that field, it feels like it should usually cost you $100 or more. I wasn't exaggerating when I said that I really started to feel guilty getting that level of service and results for so little money. And the best part... to say it in the words of the great Todd Howard, "It just works!" and it's "16 times the details" :D And that's not even a joke... especially when it comes to metrics and dashboards... All together it was a bit overwhelming and at first, I was turned off.... but only until I noticed that the service is so great, as if I had my own in-house speed optimization expert on my side to help me analyze and optimize. I also don't want to disparage any other app or service in that field but... Superspeed is light-years ahead, and not only in terms of the speed it allows you to use for conversions, but also regarding analytics and support. It's basically a "too good to be true" thing... but it actually is true... and it's not like it's the first thing I tried. I tried basically all other "speed optimization" apps available but despite some changed numbers online when testing the shop on my devices, there wasn't any noticeable difference, and it was really frustrating and underwhelming... ... knowing that speed is one of the major keys for conversions... But Superspeed gets your shop on a level I can only compare to the usage of Cloudflare CDN Caching (it's wild and exciting!)... A service that costs in the thousands, at least on WooCommerce, and I believe even here on Shopify as well. You may say, "Well... you good-looking and eloquent author of this review, I don't care about speed"... just give it a shot anyway... because your conversion rate does care about it A LOT. To me, this app is a necessary essential for everyone that is serious about selling through Shopify.

I've tried a few Shopify apps for improving my sites speed but Superspeed is by far the best, not least because of the excellent support. Dan helped with the installation but more importantly was able to make some minor tweaks to my theme to maximise Superspeeds effectiveness. Although it's only been running for a short time I have already seen a significant improvement in Googles Core Web Vitals, and our SEO results have also started to improve. A small team delivering an excellent service. Highly recommended.

I wasted a lot of money on Fiverr + Upwork freelancers to speed up my theme and I didn't think Shopify was capable of going this fast unless I went on their Plus plan. Five stars really isn't enough for this app and service, we have been using Superspeed for over 2 years now, and our business really wouldn't be able to operate without it! We initially installed the app hoping for some improvement in website speed, however, our expectations were far exceeded, and we were amazed to receive a full appraisal of the areas were our website could be improved and how it could be done. Dan is a true expert, and very clearly advises on what can be done, how and why, and on top of that, the app itself provides everything you need to regularly monitor your site for improvements. Our website speed and optimisation improved straight away and has continued to serve us well, with our rankings rising also, which means more sales! Highly recommended!! Dan is a real professional who will help you quickly (and also with things that are not related to the store's speed but other problems you have). After only two days, my shop speed score on Shopify almost doubled! And Dan is always trying to make it even better. Believe it or not, he never offered me to write a review (like all apps do after a second of use in exchange for benefits...) I was the one who asked for a link to write a review. In my life, I have never encountered such an honest and decent person as Dan. After a certain malfunction (which was not his fault - due to a change that Google made on their side...), he returned all my subscription money for many months - again! Without even asking! And then do whatever you can to fix the problem! The number of times Dan has helped me, even in things unrelated to his area of expertise (code matters, store design, and more... a lot more...), is simply enormous!!! And all this without even asking for payment. He is a true professional and a very decent person. Undoubtedly, this is the best application (and customer service) I have ever come across! Thank you!! I started GnomeGumbo.com on Shopify in August 2022 and saw my speed scores in the 30's and 40's. I added Superspeed to my site and my scores jumped into the 70's (an almost 100% improvement). Hoping for even quicker speeds, I submitted a ticket and received a response quickly. Dan analyzed my site's coding and came up with some solutions that jumped my speed up into the high 90's and has stayed Superspeedy! Hands down the best speed optimization tool for Shopify on planet earth! If I were given the chance to give 100 stars instead of five, I will give that! And yes, I am not the person who says nice things about people before giving them a "thorough check." The plans may seem expensive but it's actually way way cheaper than hiring a developer who you will have to pay again and again when I add a new app or there are theme changes. Just pay these guys a monthly fee like any other app, and they will handle the rest. I yes, it will pay over MANY MANY times over even if the plans may look SEEMINGLY "expensive." I wish them the very best! Also, don't forget to check their other app - super cart - it's BRILLIANT.

I had difficulty knowing how to speed up my site and tried different apps. The problem is when you do that you get code left behind and if you are not careful it can get messy real fast. I am not a tech-savvy person and Superspeed helped fix my code and really took their time to help me. Yes, it's not the cheapest. But after bouncing between apps you realize it's worth paying for, you need to be a speedy site to compete online. The bonus is when they are nice and you want to support guys that care, which makes all the difference.

This app is really amazing, if you do things correctly, you can easily score a 100 on Desktop and 70+ on mobile according to Pagespeed insights. The cool thing about Superspeed is that the app creates automatically a backup optimized version of your current theme and you'll get a chance to check if there are any elements that were broken during the optimization level. You have 4 modes to choose from and you can easily revert the changes if you'd like. Also one last thing, their support is super friendly and knowledgeable. They'll help you fix any issues quickly. I was a skeptic, I had tried other ways of speeding up our site and only gave it a go after speaking/emailing back and forth with Dan at DesinSection9. I have waited a few days to leave my review because although I could see within a day that it was faster I wanted to make sure it lasted. My speed score took about a week to increase from 35 to 47, there was a massive improvement in LCP and smaller improvements across the other core web vital scores.

That worked!!! I've tried a bunch of different apps/hacks/tricks to make our site speed load faster. I installed Superspeed and BAM we went from a pretty-good GT Metrix score of B up to an A. Our overall score went up from 78% to 90%. Nice Bump in speed! This one's a keeper. UPDATE: Well I have to say it just keeps getting better. Their team finished installing the "Worker" version of the app to our site (no extra charge). Speeds increased even further. I never dreamed that our site could reach PageSpeed Insight scores of 98% on desktop and over 70% on mobile. This is the absolute BEST $29 I've spent on our business, by a long shot. If you care about the speed of your site (and you should) — get this app. It'll move the needle in a remarkable way!
