App's features are easy to use, and the editing possible for FAQs is really robust. Best part: if I need help with anything, the developers respond very quickly in the chat window. I can count on them, even outside of regular business hours. I like the powerful tools within the editing window--see HTML, build tables, easily link images or embed video. These features led us to Corner originally and now that I've added some content, I see that we made the right choice.

I added this app to replace my old FAQ app which is no longer supported by shopify. After installing I reached out to them via chat to migrate my old FAQ and received an immediate response. Without thinking, I uninstalled the old app and couldn't reinstall since they were no longer supported. I am not a developer, I am a shop owner that manages my own website. I was trying to get something to work (embedded video in FAQ) and was struggling. I've not even finished my free trial and what an amazing app! I would rate this SIX stars if I could! These guys have been phenomenal in helping me out. I was forced to migrate from a now defunct FAQ app and had over 250 FAQ answers in specific categories. These guys were right there from the moment I downloaded the free trial, ready to migrate my ENTIRE FAQ with links, images and multiple categories. There was even a small chat function where I could speak to the developer within the apps settings and fix any issues I had with rapid responses. Within 48 hours everything had been done and without costing me a single penny! The app is amazing. Clearly the best FAQ app out there as the mobile widget looks professional and the desktop FAQ page is miles better than anything else i've seen and trust me, I looked at all of them. This app makes it so much easier to create a beautiful AND useful FAQ/help page! Never before did I have such a good looking FAQ page and I paid for it in countless email inquiries from customers. I went straight to the app store looking for something that would make my FAQ page searchable and clean. Support Corner has made it so easy. The helpdesk option pretty cool, too! Haven't had any customers use it just yet, so I can't report on that. But I, as a store owner, feel so much better knowing that I've got a great, thorough, organize FAQ section for new and repeat customers to find the information they need about my tea products. Plus the support team is so nice, their videos on YouTube are great, too - a lot of videos look good but have no real info. Not with Support Corner. I look forward to using other apps from the developer.

This app is close to perfect! - it combines the widget with the FAQ content (only need to update content in 1 place and both are updated) - each article has its own url - each CATEGORY has its own url, this is a huge feature, being able to link to an entire related category vs having to provide multiple links to answer multiple questions in response. I've been looking for exactly this feature for a long time, it cannot be understated how useful an element this really is. Wish list to make this perfect: - HTML editor - add keyword search feature on FAQ page - ability to re-organize sequence of categories (position order) - ability to re-organize position order of articles within a category - remove branding, and- its current position it makes it too easy for user to click on branding vs the article behind it.
