We’ve implemented both Wishlist Plus and Gift Lists & Registries from Swym, and the experience has been outstanding. What has set them apart is not only the apps themselves, which are robust, intuitive, and deliver exactly what we need, but the level of support and development expertise behind them. The Swym team (both support and developers) have consistently gone above and beyond to help us customise the UX for our unique business needs. Some of this work has been paid, but much of it was provided without charge, and in every case the speed, quality, and turnaround time have been exceptional, far beyond what we’re used to seeing from app developers. We’ve been genuinely impressed, and would highly recommend these apps to anyone looking for wishlist or registry functionality backed by a team that truly cares about their customers’ success.

Overall, our experience using Swym has been really positive. Our customers had been asking for a functional registry on our website for ages so we're very happy to be able to offer that service through Swym. A couple of points for improvement: there was no ability on our end to prevent registry orders bypassing our "out of stock" limitations. As a result, we had a number of people order items that were out of stock and reach out to us, frustrated that their order hadn't been fulfilled yet. I reached out to customer service and they quickly changed the setting on their end to prevent customers being able to order out of stock items through the registry, but it would be really handy to be able to edit that ourselves. Additionally, we weren't able to set up/turn on the address masking ourselves, even though that's one of the main reasons we chose the service we did.

This app will embed itself into your theme and you cant get it out. Not happy with this at all. Pretty sure its affecting my stores performance and it's been bad ever since with no sales. I bought a paid $250 theme and was going to switch back to my Dawn theme and found it there too. I wouldn't install if you don't want permanent damage on your store.

I've just set up a registry using this app. I've used other ones before and you cannot compare. This app looks beautiful, clean and professional and blends into the site beautifully. It was straightforward to configure and support was super helpful with any questions I had or minor changes that I needed. We've only just started using it, but super impressed so far.

I had some issues with the free trial and encountered technical difficulties. I was happy that after I messaged them, they refunded my money right away without any problems and provided nearly daily updates to resolve the technical issue. 6/5 Stars – I highly recommend them. This was by far the best customer support I've experienced with any Shopify app.

A pior experiência que tive com atendimento, enviei 5 e-mails solicitando a resolução de vários problemas com as listas e nenhuma resposta, os clientes compram e os produtos não mudam o status, o sistema é instavel, fica fora do ar o tempo todo. Horrível porém não posso simplesmente retirar porque os clientes já fizeram suas lista. Decepcionado

The Swym team was incredible in helping me with getting my registry up. They also helped me put a custom feature on my store that they went out of their way to do special for me. I appreciate the team so very much. I hope that having the registry option will bring in more business to my store. Before entering this app I texted 2 others with the best reviews, I spent a lot of time setting them up and then got to the point of realizing that they had many limitations. This app took me little time, if you have shopify 2.0 it's a breeze. I asked the support team for major customization interventions and they intervened quickly and absolutely professionally! Now I have a perfect app for my needs. Feed back: easy to install and easy to customize within the pages (with shopify 2.0), reliable app, top support staff. So here's the thing, the app itself is a great 4 stars. There are some updates that are being made that will make it a solid 5, so that's great! The 5 star review is because the app is easy to set up, works well with our site and I can't wait for some of the upcoming updates. The team at swym has been great! Their answer is never 'that's not possible' it's 'we'll work on this and get back to you' or they'll find a workaround or an update. They are also very responsive. We're glad to have this registry. We tried all of the other options and this one is the one we're using.
