"they are scammers" I am writing this review to share my real experience so that other retailers understand the risks I faced. I purchased a Syncee subscription for around **$100 per month** because I expected reliable suppliers and professional support. Unfortunately, my experience with the **EP Light** supplier was extremely disappointing. The supplier advertised a **7-day processing time**, so I accepted customer orders on eBay and placed the following paid orders through Syncee: * Supplier Order **#24578** (Syncee Order **#9813**) * Supplier Order **#24613** (Syncee Order **#9910**) * Supplier Order **#24615** (Syncee Order **#9932**) * Supplier Order **#24616** (Syncee Order **#9933**) After I paid for these orders, nothing happened. The orders remained unfulfilled well beyond the promised processing time. I repeatedly contacted the supplier through both email and the Syncee chat system, but I received little or no response. At the same time, I noticed that the supplier increased the product price after my orders had already been placed and paid for, while my paid orders were still waiting to be processed. Because of these delays, my customers started asking where their orders were. Some customers opened eBay cases against me because the promised delivery time had passed with no tracking information. As a result: * My eBay payments were placed on hold. * My seller performance and account health were negatively affected. * My business reputation suffered. * I spent weeks dealing with customer complaints instead of growing my business. I contacted Syncee many times. Their support team repeatedly told me they were contacting the supplier and asking them to fulfill my orders. Days turned into weeks, but there was still no proper communication from the supplier. Eventually, I was informed that the supplier had inventory issues and I was advised that I could request a refund. However, no refund was provided by the supplier. Since there was still no resolution, Syncee advised me to contact my bank and file a chargeback because the payment had been made directly to the supplier. I followed that advice and my bank temporarily refunded the disputed transactions while investigating the case. Only after all of this happened did the supplier finally ship and deliver the orders—weeks after the promised processing time. Because the orders were eventually delivered, on **23 July 2026** my bank reversed the temporary refund and deducted the money from my account again. Although I ultimately received the products, the damage had already been done. I lost valuable time, my customers lost confidence, my eBay account was affected, and I had to go through a stressful dispute process because the supplier failed to meet the advertised processing time and failed to communicate properly. To be fair, the Syncee support team did respond to my emails and escalated the case internally. However, as a paying customer, I expected suppliers on the platform to be monitored more effectively so situations like this would not continue for weeks. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the **EP Light** supplier. I also believe Syncee should strengthen its supplier verification, performance monitoring, and communication standards to better protect retailers from situations like the one I experienced.

This is a good app, I have been using it since I opened my stores. I have never had any problems with drop shipping, or any of the products. The products are inexpensive and they are priced right, and the items are nice. I would recommend this app to anyone who is starting out in drop shipping for the first time.

A great app and website! I’ve managed to fill my store with a wide range of products due to the number of suppliers they have. It’s so easy to upload products and keep track with stock. Once I get a sale from a customer and I purchase the item on Syncee the shipping information is automatically added and email sent to customer, I don’t have to lift a finger. I’ve also had a couple of issues in the past and their customer service is brilliant. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this app based on my experience. During the trial period, support responses were very quick. However, after becoming a paying customer, response times became much slower, especially when dealing with urgent order issues. My biggest problem was with supplier EP Light. I had multiple paid orders that remained unfulfilled for an extended period despite repeated follow-ups through Syncee chat and email. Affected orders: * #9813 (Paid May 18, 2026) * #9910 (Paid May 29, 2026) * #9933 (Paid May 30, 2026) Because of these delays, customers opened cases against me, eBay placed holds on my funds, and my seller performance and business reputation were negatively affected. While Syncee support eventually responded and escalated the issue, the resolution process was too slow for paid customer orders. Retailers are left dealing with the consequences while waiting for suppliers to respond. I hope Syncee improves supplier accountability, communication standards, and order fulfillment monitoring to better protect merchants using the platform. Hello, I would like to add something to my previous feedback. When I first subscribed to Syncee, the response time from support was much better. However, after becoming a paying customer, I noticed that responses became significantly slower, especially when dealing with urgent order issues. What is most disappointing is that whenever I ask for a solution, I keep receiving the same explanation that Syncee is not responsible for supplier fulfillment. If that is the case, then who is responsible for protecting retailers when suppliers on your platform fail to fulfill paid orders? I understand that suppliers manage their own inventory, but these suppliers are listed on the Syncee platform. If a supplier accepts payments, does not communicate properly, and fails to fulfill orders, I would expect Syncee to take stronger action. My business is now at serious risk because of this situation. * Customers have opened cases against me. * My eBay funds have been placed on hold. * My seller performance has been negatively affected. * My store reputation has suffered. * I may even lose my marketplace accounts if these issues are not resolved quickly. My deadline is approaching, and I need this issue resolved before June 10. I need a clear answer: * Does the supplier currently have inventory for these products? * Can the supplier fulfill the orders? * If the supplier cannot fulfill them, when will I receive a refund? If the supplier does not have stock, then I believe I deserve an immediate refund and a sincere apology. I placed these orders through a supplier available on the Syncee platform, and I relied on the information provided there. I am not asking for excuses or repeated explanations. My first experience with Syncee was terrible. I installed the app to import products from one supplier, and instead it automatically pushed a bunch of unrelated items into my store, including rugs and random home products I never selected. This wasn’t user error — it happened on its own. The imports used up my entire quota, and even after contacting support, nothing was reset or fixed. For an app that’s supposed to make things easier, it created more problems than it solved. I’m uninstalling it and moving on. I wouldn’t recommend this based on my experience.

One thing I suggest for the import part is for there to be a setting to help stop duplicates due once pushing items to my store it automatically duplicates by accident. I tried to contact for them to fix but I was talking to their AI the entire time who kept repeating the same thing. Using Syncee for 3 months - Support is inadequate and app is malfunctioning For the past 2 weeks, despite correct settings (import lists set to inactive), the app continues uploading products with 0-stock variants to my store. This results in 2+ hours of daily manual cleanup work. The scale of the problem: 26 products with 119 zero-stock variants keep re-importing Manually deleted 7+ times - they reappear every time Import lists confirmed inactive - app ignores the setting Support response: Two weeks of the same copy-paste message: "Can you test? We'll have tech look into it." No investigation, no timeline, no resolution, no follow-up. Business impact: 28+ hours wasted on manual deletions (2 hours/day × 14 days) Polluted inventory data Cannot trust the app's basic functionality Half my store runs on Syncee - cannot uninstall despite app failure This is not a minor bug - it's a core feature (import controls) completely failing. The lack of urgency from support makes it worse. I've provided screenshots, detailed reports, and clear reproduction steps. Still no fix, no ETA, just generic responses. Would not recommend until they fix basic import controls and improve support responsiveness.

We had a very disappointing experience with Syncee. We encountered multiple technical issues, including order search problems, fulfillment complications, and Shopify integration inconsistencies. More concerning, however, were product authenticity and IP-related issues involving items sourced through their platform. As a retailer, IP compliance is extremely important to us, and having trademark-related issues or potential related complaints for their supplier-sourced products is unacceptable. We reported these concerns several times and requested support, cancellation of our subscription, and a refund due to the lack of usable value from the app. Unfortunately, despite multiple emails and follow-ups, no refund was initiated and the matter was not properly resolved. We rely on transparency, supplier verification, and reliable system performance. Based on our experience, Syncee did not meet these expectations, and the lack of resolution ultimately harmed our business operations. We hope the company improves its supplier vetting process, IP compliance oversight, app technical abilities & Shopify integration, and customer support responsiveness moving forward.

The positive reviews have to be fake. No way they have a 4.3 rating!!! Don't use them; you will be pulling your hair out on every order. 60% of orders don't get fulfilled even after I have paid. They are out of stock or the order just goes to a void. Then you cannot get a refund for the order, so you have to file chargebacks for all of them. The support is overseas or AI and is useless. You cannot build a business around Syncee; it would be impossible to scale to any size. The concept is great; the execution is about as bad as it can get. Read the other bad reviews, those are the real reviews!!! Not faked.

They say it's a premium dropshipping service, but it has a lot of inactive suppliers who take payment but don't provide any feedback. Everything takes forever to load, and worst of all, stock levels aren't synchronized. You have to pay an extra €55 to have stock levels synced automatically. A top app for wasting money and time.

Mi experiencia es mala. Hay productos que recién después de importarlos te enteras de que ya hay pocas unidades o no tienen disponibilidad para hacer envios a tu país. A las descripciones les faltan datos como la tabla de tallas para las prendas. También hay falta de sincronización con tu tienda ya que al cambiar la moneda, los precios no se actualizan y para cambiar estos u otros detalles, debes cambiar el plan de pago. Además las promociones son engañosas. Te dan un plan gratuito y si pasas el límite de productos o cambias los productos por las razones antes mencionadas, no te dan posibilidad de volver a la promoción del mes a 1 USD.

That said, the delivery took over 21 days from payment (ordered December 16), while the platform advertises a 7–10 day delivery timeframe. Even accounting for holidays, an additional 11+ days without proactive communication is difficult to justify from a merchant perspective. Product quality is top-tier, but delivery reliability and transparency remain a concern for store owners who are accountable to end customers.

Für diese Leistung ist der Preis deutlich zu hoch. Die Produktsuche ist unpraktisch, da man Kategorien nicht filtern kann und nach dem Öffnen eines Artikels wieder komplett nach unten scrollen muss.

Runaway! Terrible Logistics. If you have taken the trouble to build a brand a customer loyalty do not use this app. It will diminish your brand. The Fulfillment process is a joke. Deliveries take 10 days plus and you have to dig through emails to find a tracking number affiliated with a sketchy Chinese carrier. If you have a dropship company with zero branding, just swindling people who aren't familiar with Amazon, this app is for you. If you're a small business owner building a brand RUN! I only gave this 3 stars because most people only check the 3 star reviews. My real score is Negative A BILLION STARS. Again RUN!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Had a free account and it upgrades me to a business account. I don't use this app ever, but for some reason this has become a common tactic for their business. Then they want to refuse a refund. This is becoming an issue for numerous people. I have a social media following on Instagram and FB with thousands of people, and I will press this and show how much of a CON system they have going, if I don't get my money back. This randomly charging people for a free account is a ridiculous. I don't even use the app.

Went in and cancelled the subscription, got the info that it was complete and that my last day of being able to use it was 8 of october. Now I got billed full amount today on the 20th of october and had to cancel again. Got the message that it was complete and that my last day of using the services was the 8th of november. They activate your subscription themselves again and steal money from you even though you cancel their services.

I am very disappointed this service and I contacted Benjamin a customer service. You can not get any support from this person. The system charged me three time and took £132.14 after the initial £1 payment are unauthorized and violate the terms I agreed to. Despite signing up under the £1 first-month promotion, yet the system processed multiple charges without my consent or proper notice. I find this practice misleading and unacceptable. I strongly believe the app is fraud and shopify is given access them to deceive the customer.

Excellent app, and support is excellent! But the chatbot screening is frustrating—it tries everything to keep you from reaching a human agent. If a chatbot could actually resolve issues, I wouldn’t mind, but we’re still years away from that level of reliability. For a paid app, human support should be the priority. If the goal is to train bots, that should be done through a free service, not at the expense of customers’ time—something small business owners simply don’t have to waste.

No warning before full charge – lost €87.57 without notice! I started with Syncee’s 3-day free trial, followed by a promotional first month for $1, which was fine. However, after that month ended, I received no warning or reminder that the full subscription price was about to be charged. To my surprise, I was automatically billed €87.57 for the next billing cycle without any notification. I hadn’t used any paid features beyond the initial testing phase and uninstalled the app as soon as I saw the charge. I contacted Syncee support and explained the situation, but they refused to issue a refund — even though I never intended to continue with the paid plan and didn’t use the service. This kind of billing practice is highly disappointing. At the very least, I expected an email reminder before such a significant charge. I strongly urge Syncee to improve communication and transparency around trial and promotional plans. Be careful: if you forget the end date of your $1 promo month, you might be charged nearly €90 without warning.
