This app is great, I'm able to run two Shopify stores with ease with Syncio. Product is amazing, but SERVICE is even BETTER. Implementing Syncio has been a very thought out addition to our stores and has been an amazing experience onboarding. We operate two brick-and-mortar stores, which sell the same products, but unfortunately are two separate shopify stores. With Syncio, we have been able to sync all our products over from our first location to our second location, helping streamline product data inputs, saving us time and money on labor. We have over 4500 products, which so far has not been an issue with the app. Jimmy has helped us with multiple onboarding video calls with white glove service in implementing the app. 10/10 would recommend for anyone that is looking to sync product data.

We are over the top angry with this app. We only needed it for stock amount sync, nothing more. Their support back in time told us yes, we can do that easily, but somehow they managed to fully sync everything, and ruin the listings we had made. But then the app decided to fully change the whole product description we wrote. It deleted our optimized images and changed with theirs. Not even just removed those images from the products so we could recover, but delete fully from our Shopify. Now we have to do everything again. Really really disapointed with this app.

I unfortunately cannot recommend this app at all. The synchronization did not work, and even worse, the app created around 300 duplicate products during the process. These duplicates were faulty and incomplete, which made the situation even worse. As a result, I had to manually delete all of those duplicates and carefully check every single product to make sure I would not accidentally remove the wrong ones. That is an unacceptable amount of work and simply not okay. After finally cleaning up this mess myself, I wanted to resync everything. But apparently that is not really possible in bulk, because you first have to unsync everything first. However, I do not want to risk that, because I am afraid the app will once again create hundreds of duplicate products and leave me with another faulty synchronization. For that reason, I already contacted support. But even though this issue is urgent, I have now been waiting for almost two days without any response at all. That is extremely disappointing and absolutely unacceptable to me. I am demanding a prompt response and the immediate help I need with this issue. It's a consistently problematic app. Prices, stocks, and product statuses are absolutely never updated. We've received many complaints. Customer service is terrible; they blame the Shopify APIs. Problems are constant. Try alternatives. We're also canceling our subscription. We're paying for it, but not receiving the service.

What a terrible app. Just does not work properly and support is so slow. Syncing inventory works properly but everything else is a mess. Payouts are giving totally rubbish numbers. For example an order for $129 is showing on Payouts as $15,000 and $2,000 commission when it should be $129 and $10. Complained about this one month and they fixed it. Next month all the payouts are messed up again. Can't even sort out showing the correct currency symbol everything labelled in $ regardless of the actual currency. If you look on there system for work they are doing, things have been on there for months and years but nothing ever appears on the actual app. They expect the destination store to set all the commission rates... Errr hello thats for the source store to do surely. Not created by people that have actually tried to use it themselves There is clearly ZERO actual development going on. What you get is a very pretty interface with very little substance and just a load of headaches. Has the potential to be a fantastic app but it is NOT fit for purpose. I've only stuck with it so long because I can't find any alternative... But after a couple of years i've decided enough is enough. Update after reply from Syncio You say it's fixed but my June 2025 payouts are still all wrong with massive numbers??? I get that you created the app for your own needs, but as you are charging for it thats no excuse for not making it work. You have expected us to pay for it. I reiterate that things have been on your "working on log" for years without seeing changes on the app. I don't think my review is harsh - I'm just trying to put an honest review out there. I would love to discuss it with you if you want to make the effort to discuss. I've asked for a call or on-line meeting before and been ignored.

We installed Syncio a long time ago to sync with another store. But we always had issues with inventory being out of sync. Along the way, through trial and error, we discovered the reasons for inventory being out of sync depended on a range of things including the ways stock were entered back into inventory, how exchanges were processed etc at both the source and destination stores. It would drive our staff insane having to notify customers that we were in fact out of stock of an item. We put up with these things for a long time, but then when they changed their plans to include billing for source stores that was the final straw. The 'free threshold' is extremely low. They also charged us twice during the same period. We only noticed it because we were looking at the costs of Syncio vs other apps at the time. We reached out and they confirmed this and have applied a credit, but had we not have noticed we wouldn't have received anything. We have since switched to another app which does what we need it to do and is much cheaper.

We have installed the app and found that the app will hackjack the inventory sync even if you didn't turn it on. We had turned on the product sync only but it keeps updating our store inventory. We used another multistore app for inventory sync and it makes double count. Then we have disconnected and realised that the ALL inventory has been removed after disconnection. And our live website keeps hidden our products, we missed lots of sales. Then we tried to uninstall it, the removing inventory tasks won't STOP. And we tried to contact them with email only during the Australia business hours (This company is Melbourne based and we are Sydney based). And there is no one replied us back for more than 2 hours as this critical period. They have removed 600+ SKU and keeps removing the inventory. We even tried to contacted their CEO and founder in LinkedIn but no response still.

Their customer service sucks. Fellow distribution companies: this is not the app for you if you're trying to create a vertically integrated supply chain. I know the app looks pretty, but don't be fooled. You'll just end up frustrated at the absolute lack of functionality. The only use cases I can see for this app are for very simple cross-store inventory syncing and perhaps horizontal supply chains/cross-selling.

We are using this app to - you guessed it - sync inventory between 2 Shopify sites. We realized an issue with inventory not syncing for orders placed but pending payment. Reached out to Syncio, and they responded quickly, and enabled these "Pending Payment" orders to also sync inventory (not a default feature, but something they can "turn on" if needed). Now this app meets our needs perfectly. We are still early on in our use, but I've completed several tests, and the app seems to update inventory just as it should, without any crazy unexplained inventory changes that we experienced with another syncing app. Thanks Syncio!

Not useful at all for large stores. We have 5000 products in our source store and want to sync about 3000 of them to our destination store. There's no way to auto-sync by collections; you more or less have to do it all manually. It's also a bit overpriced.

Problems: 1. It adds tax to the second store when sending the order, but tax is already included in the sale price of the first store 2. It deletes skus from both stores when you delete it from one store. But not all the time, so you have absolutley no consistency in the synchronisation or non synchronisation of deleting products. 3. The stock levles have started to no sync even though in the app it says all is successfully synced. 4. When you try to solve it they can take 24 hours to answer your question, then another 24 hours ot answer your follow-up question. And so it goes on. It's the most expensive app I have and the least robust and with the poorest support. So we are weening off it from January next year. It woud have been different if the support was live chat All problems could be resolved timely. But they are not.

Absolutely saved my dropshipping business. The support is awesome and very helpful. If you are a dropshipping store that needs inventory reported from several brands or other websites, this is the way to go. It's not cheap, but I can understand why, with their servers having to constantly check all product inventory numbers, and the fact that there's no other service out ther like this.

I do not recommend this app for stores that need inventory sync from multiple inventory location from source shopify store to destination store. The app just dumps all inventory count from multiple locations from source store to one inventory location in destination store. There is no solutions to this according to their support. If not, great app to use. The support team have reached out to me and they have updated that the issues I am having will be fixed in a couple of months.

We are using Syncio to enable drop-ship sales from one Shopify store (A) to another Shopify store (B). This functionality works exactly as we would like it to. Unfortunately, they cannot currently sync sales back the opposite way (a different product from store B to store A). I'm told this is on the road map. In the meantime, we are stuck searching for another app that does the exact same thing so that we can enable drop-ship sales in the other direction.

We use this app to sync inventory between a wholesale and retail store. We have high volume flash sales on our retail store that other inventory sync apps were not able to keep up with. My experience with Syncio has varied but ultimately been a very positive experience and critical to my businesses success. They are, in my opinion, the best app in their sector and once you are up and running which doesn't take very long to do, the app runs quite well. PROS: Easy to use dashboard for both the marketplace owners, and for their vendors. Constantly improving the product (and they seek feedback from their app users for improvement ideas). Responsive dashboard/API that seems to talk to Shopify quite well. Order forwarding to Vendors is spotless, this is where they specialize. Overall, GREAT. CONS: Hours of operation are a bit off from North America's so sometimes support request emails take a bit to hear back on (they are based in Australia so the time change is noticeable sometimes, especially going into the weekends. HOWEVER, I know they are actively working on fixing that and have even noticed an improvement in just the 2 months I've been with them). Sometimes buggy syncs results in a few items needing to be synced twice (again, I've noticed these issues largely drop off in the last 2 months, a testament to their constant improvement). Other than that there are no real downsides you could hold them accountable for. They add to the feature set consistently with more things in the pipeline. REVIEW: 4/5 stars - will be a full 5 once they implement a way for Marketplace owners to automatically split revenue as this is the final piece to create an all-in-one solution.

I purchased this app to help manage my product stock on both my Canadian and American Sites. The first test I did went very well and I was so happy with how it managed my inventory. Today I did a huge restock and the app allowed SOLD OUT ITEMS to be sold (i'm not dumb they were set to not allow purchasing after being sold out). All my items were going to -1 and -2. I'm so beyond frustrated as I have had to remove all my inventory to ensure no more out of stock items were sold. This has created a plethora of problems for me and has really damaged my reputation to my customers. I would recommend trying a different app.

I wanted to use this app, to sync data in between my 2 stores. They will charge you on both ends. If you're like me and paying both ends, it won't be worth it. Second, they charge an addition 10cents per transaction. Lastly, what I really didn't like and was misleading is that for the destination store the free trial isn't 30 days but 7 days. Because of this misleading fact, I won't pay an app that could possibly charge and mislead me again in the future.

Seems to work well. I've only come across one major issue: We have a lot of bundles and use the Bundles app that sets the inventory of the bundle based on the inventory totals of the individual products. Syncio inventory sync seems to be triggered by either a Paid Order, or manual inventory edit... but if another app like Bundles adjusts the inventory of an individual product (because a bundle was sold), Syncio's sync is not triggered and does not sync the inventory. If an individual product of that bundle is sold, then sync is triggered and inventory levels on the source store catch up. This will become problematic if you have a lot of bundled products like we do... not sure of a good way to do bundles yet with this app and we don't really want to have to manually assign x number of items to multiple bundles in our source store.

So glad that this app was recommended to us. It makes syncing inventory so easy, allows us to work with many different brands on Shopify, and saves us a lot of time. It's also great that they only charge the destination store and not the source stores. Best of all, their customer support is very responsive and super helpful. They always respond about any question and offer assistance when issues arise. My only suggestion would be being able to unsync products without losing the entire product page, so that you could resync without having to redo customisations once the products are again available from the source store. It would also be great if you could sync with other ecomm platforms other than shopify. Other than that, can't recommend this app enough!

The app works very well in relation to inventory syncing. I have had some issues with the app of items not syncing, however the support by messenger its great and they've solved every issue I encounter. Also they only charge you for the destination store which is fair, unlike other apps. The things that would make this App better are the ability to copy other attributes of the products (like title, tags, and such) but let you choose which attributes to copy. Also, a better log system and a way to massively unscync products, right now you have to individually click an "unsync" button for every product. But for what it says it does and how it does it, the app it's simply great.

Support is responsive. We ran into an issue (more of a misunderstanding of how the app works) and it was resolved within a matter of minutes. Be aware the app will sync any product whether it has inventory or not. So be mindful of what you tell the app to do .. because like anything software it will do exactly that. This app is just fantastic, as much as the customer service (Jimmy) is! I started with one shopify store selling B2B. And after a while, I found out that it would be great to have a second one selling B2C as just having an app changing the pricing depending on which client (B2B or B2C) was ordering was not enough for me. Indeed, the requirements for the outfit of your store are not the same depending if you're selling B2B or B2C. So 2 stores were mandatory, especially for me as I'm in makeup business (where outfit make a huge difference). So I was really wondering how I would cope with the inventory to avoid overselling during the time I would have to use spreadsheets to make my inventory match on an everyday basis. And then, while doing research on how to cope with that, I found Syncio that helped me so much in different ways: - Just by synchronizing the products I had in stock, I didn't have to rewrite all the descriptions but just make slight adjustments. It looks like nothing, but I have 650+ references, so just imagine the time saved on doing this - I'm now not afraid of overselling and don't have any spreadsheet to export and import - it's damn easy to use. And if you're really not easy with computers, the notice to use it is really easy and step-by-step I'm so happy that I would go one step further and push the order from my destination store to my source store (new feature). Indeed, this will ease the life of my fulfiller, accountant, and therefore mine as well, as I will be able to drive the 2 stores from only one!!! I reckon I'm new to Shopify, even though I've been looking at it for a while before jumping into it, but I can absolutely assume that this app is the most must-have app you can get when you have, like me, an e-commerce working on multiple stores with the same inventory. Thanks again Jimmy. You save me so much time and stress!

I installed Syncio to connect the inventory between my two stores Accordion Pro Shop and Hermes Music. Thanks to Syncio, when a sale is made on one store, the inventory will automatically update to the other, saving me time and hassle. The customer service has been fantastic as well, having been able to skype call some questions and the team is always very responsive over chat. Highly recommend!

Super patient support and functions as intended. A few small quirks to learn how to navigate the interface when initially setting it up (as I've found with just about every Shopify app). Still a bit of work to be done on support documentation, but when they respond as quickly as these guys did it's not a huge concern. I've run a bunch of tests and everything seems to be working perfectly.

I use Syncio to run both of my stores and needed it to sync inventory real-time as updates came through but also be able to customise product prices and descriptions in a different currency and language. Syncio does both of these really well, its simple and fast to use, and the customer service is fantastic. Highly recommend!!!

There simply is no Ethi without Syncio. With a small team with big ambitions, we have been able to grow our store to more than 40 brands and offer thousands of products thanks to Syncio. It used to take about an hour to manually upload a collection of products and the ongoing inventory updates used to cause headaches with risk of overselling. Now we don't worry about this with the real-time inventory sync. We can also send orders directly to the store's Shopify backend to fulfil, which saves even more time and effort sending orders manually over email. Syncio is constantly updating and pushing new features and enhancements, which is fantastic.

Highly recommend Syncio for sharing product inventory. Absolutely incredible. This app is an absolute game changer. If you are having issues with keeping up to date with inventory between Shopify stores fear no more!
