Apologies, I thought I'd already reviewed this long ago, as it absolutely deserves 5 stars. I've been using the app for a year now, and have gradually upgraded from the Free to the Essential to the Plus plan as my needs grew, as it's simply the best. The support team is amazing and has helped me multiple times with some custom coding. The tab options look nicer than all the other competitors out there, and it just works.

I honestly don't know if I've ever encountered such a perfectly simple, intuitive, intelligent, functional, helpful app with such amazing support! From the second I installed this, everything was an absolute breeze and working perfectly and beautifully. I had one question and Meghan responded immediately and made the necessary changes as per my needs. Meghan is VERY helpful, and the app is really powerful and it does get some getting used to, there is a bit of a learning curve but after that it seems you can do a lot. I had many questions and support was always very quick and helpful. EDIT: Meghan is even MORE amazing, the support is insane, but besides just the support, this App makes it so much easier to bulk edit products.

Ive had this app for less than 24 hours but I feel as compelled as the rest of these reviewers must have after stumbling on such a great and USER FRIENDLY- app! WOW! Its simple, loads instantly and even now with this free plan/single tab I was able to create a WAIT TIME button thats made the world of difference! Meghan really cares about you as a store owner and wants the best for you. She will provide unbiased, honest recommendations on how to improve the setup so you can get the best out of Tabs Studio. I wish there was a 10-star rating here. The bar has been set so high, we will surely be disappointed with all other apps customer support haha ---- This is possibly, one of the best apps we have used to date for our store. That is mainly for 3 reasons: 1. Excellent customer support. I emailed them for a question with specific use case. We received a response from their team, specifically Meghan B. who gave us a thorough response and easy step by step guide on how to achieve the desired result, which we did! 2. Simple Design and no BS - straight to the point 3. Easy to use, works like a charm without issues with the codes. No delay in loading, does not affect page load speed. It auto detects text in the product description. Magical! I would pay more money for this app for the amount of effort and time it saves us! Highly recommend this app!

I was looking for a solution to add dropdown tabs for my store so customers don't have to scroll through a long description and ths app is perfect for that. I wish I had found it sooner as it would have saved me a lot of time in updating descriptions in my products, but I am sure it will be very useful in the future for making updates in bulk. I was a bit unsure of how to use the protab function initially, but I contacted Station and had a response within a couple of hours. Meghan was very helpful in explaining everything clearly to me. I would definitely recommend this app as it is great value, simple to use and with brilliant customer support.

it is a great tabs app!!! we have used several apps to make the tabs in our product page, neither of them can reach to our request, untill we find tabs studio. after tring this app for several days, we immediately upgrade the plan since it really works, helpful and price is really really reasonable (i would even say it is a low price comparing its quality). and when we have one part need help, via their contact form, we can easily get the help and Meghan helps us so much on it. First of all, I would love to thank Meghan for helping me. I first inquired about whether or not tabs worked with meta fields. I received a response from Meghan AND she gave me a video showing me how it worked. I then ran into some issues that I didn't quite understand.. AGAIN she was there to send videos and help me. I was stuck on another coding issue I didn't understand and she offered to fix it herself. She was patient with me, understanding, and catered to my questions. This one is a winner. I had a good looking but complicated tab system on both my stores and my old devs. left me hanging when the tabs wouldn’t update with new version of my theme. Meghan was quick to respond and out her excellent coding to work so all of the tabs now function on both sites and will not break with updates. If there ever any issues, she’s extremely good at taking care of them in good time with no extra charges. Of all the apps that I have on my store, this one has provided the most value and has by far the best support. I’m very grateful.

Excellent app - simple to install and manage and works well. Does not appear to slow down the site. Update after custom work:- After HeyCarson said it was not possible, Tabs Studio performed some custom work to integrate Feefo reviews into Tabs on our product pages. Within a day they had done the job, and on request even added the Qty number of reviews in the Reviews tab title. Very impressive rapid, competent & friendly support. So good (and rare) to have a highly respected reviews service like Feefo properly integrated into tabs on a Shopify website. A feather in your cap Tabs Studio! Thank you.

Trialled a few tab apps and fell upon Tabs by Station, which had exactly the elements I needed, e.g. custom CSS selector and lots of adjustable settings for the product page. Although implementation worked out of the box, I had to get customer support involved for an issue from my side, and Meghan answered within a few hours with the exact code snippet I needed. Can only recommend.

I recently changed themes. My previous theme supported an integrated tab system called JS tabs. For the tabs to appear I had to have specific code in every product description. As a result I ended up with product descriptions that contained code that the new theme could not use. The result was product pages that just didn't look good. I decided to find another tab app with the idea that it would be a long term project. I would have to edit each and every one of my 5000+ product pages so that the new tab app would work with my existing products. I thankfully decided to install Tabs by Station. Immediately I could tell that this was a superior app. It installed right away and immediately worked. I was able to customize the tabs to look exactly like I wanted. I was about to start editing my 5000+ product pages when I thought I would write to the developer to see if they had any suggestions that would make the task easier. To my absolute joy Meghan replied that she would send it over ot the development team and get back to me later in the day with a script. It would automatically make Tabs by Station compatible with the tab code that I already had on my product pages created over the last 5 years. 2 hours later I was sent the script! It took seconds to install and instantly worked. However it needed one tweak. Not to worry I contacted Meghan again and she had the modification done within the hour. This time it was absolute perfection. This is how an app should function and be supported. Simply outstanding all the way around!

By far one of the easiest apps to use for tabs. Puts all of the product information into concise categories and the HTML code was tidy, unlike other apps we have used in the past. We are currently using their free plan and it has great features compared to other free plans out there. Would highly recommend giving it a try if you are not code savvy. Keen to try out the other features that come along with their paid version.

Solid app. Well worth the money for what you get. Tabs allow you to add lots more content to your product pages without overloading the user. It's great for CRO, SEO, and to get more out of your product pages. Tabs by station is very easy to set up and customize, the logic for making the tabs are customizeable and makes sense from a user perspective, and you also have dynamic tabs that display based on different criteria, like tag, collection, vendor, product type, or individual products. And lastly, support responds fast - usually in much less than a day, with the help you've asked for.

We are using the app for 2 years now in our European store and we are as happy with it as on the first day. It organizes the clutter of product information into beautiful tabs in no time. Excellent App! Initially on "Free" plan and upgrading to the "Essential" plan Integrates with my current theme and allows me to create tabs from my product descriptions (h4 tag) and assign tabs to groups of products. Next is to integrate a "Reviews" tab. Great product keep the enhancements coming.

I love it! So easy to use and customize! The free version is awesome too. From what I see, the free version does not allow you to have many shared tabs. For example, you want 10 of your products to have the same tab, well instead of copy pasting to each product, you can do it directly from the app. But if there is two shared tabs, like 10 products with this specific tab and 10 other products with another specific tab, then you have to pay. I think it's a very fair deal. I highly suggest this app. It's really helpful such as adding the same shipping information on each product or dividing the product description into many tabs such as description and ingredients or description and sizing chart. I am not very good at explaining, but it's really a good app to have for starters at least.

If you're at all like my team and I, time is precious during the development phase of an e-commerce endeavor. I've also learned over time that an apps behind the scenes performance is far more important than the function that it claims to provide and that you see in action. So downloading an app to try it is time consuming and unless you manually comb the code to remove remaining tid bits of code, you're page load speed and functionality can be greatly diminished. In short, we base many decisions solely on the reviews and ratings to save time which is deceiving because some of the best apps that we use had very few or poor ratings and the latter are terrible and expensive for the most part. So again, time and maintaining your own project standards often requires help from the outside and that is where my review of TABS BY STATION begins: there are several apps that provide roughly the same functionality, however this app goes deeper with its customization ability and not just the aesthetics but more so the actual functionality and flow which pays more attention to the overall users experience on the live site once you go live. Hands down TABS BY STATION is the most user friendly as the builder and it doesn't affect page speed at all. We scored an 86 on GT Metrix before the install and set up and the exact same days later once it was installed and setup. The only reason this review is lengthy is to convey our amazement with this app but more so the developer support they offered us today. We use a premium theme from Pixel Union available here in the theme store. This theme limits the product detail and description to a single column with the ability to code in additional content at full width and using code to create the tabs which they provide a reasonable tutorial for but the tabs look like junk. We wanted an app and once we added the app the theme put the tabs into that single column which again is terrible. We reached out to the theme developer 8 days ago and still haven't heard from them other than the auto-respond email we received following our support ticket submission. Come to find out, on their contact FAQ it states they take 5 days or more (Obviously) because of how busy they are. So I reached out to the developers at Station (This app developer) 3 hours ago asking for help knowing full well that our issue had nothing to do with the performance of their product. I'm sitting here now with the issue completely solved!!! Megan from Station responded within 10 minutes, I granted her developer access and she went into the code and made our vision a reality and even went as far to email in great detail the exact code changes and placement and a down to earth personalized account of why it was changed and what the code did so that we could learn from it. Not just a link to a vague FAQ with a paragraph that leaves the question unanswered. Absolutely blew my mind and the minds of my team members. The same passion that you have for the vision that you are bringing to life with your website and the passion you'll convey to your visitors and customers once your site is live is the same grass roots passion and willingness to help that we experienced today with this app and more so the creators of it!!! The core of Shopify is awe inspiring and blindly trusting their recommendations for apps and so on is still possible but we have noticed that with the influx of new users and stores being created due to covid, is also bringing some shifty under performing apps so the advice of people that have used the apps and products is the only currency of importance. We've used them all and this one is the clear winner and the support is out of this world!!! Thanks again Megan!!!

Honestly, the best customer service I've received on the Shopify platform. I was having issues with customised code that I had added to the tabs to format with my theme and was stressing out. This is a very handy app for stores with products that need more explanation or boilerplate text. You can set tabs to show for certain products, so you can add safety warnings, shipping information, or for us: a glossary of hobby terms so that non-hobbyists aren't stumped by some of the words in our product descriptions. It's fully customizable so you can make it fit your store's personality. The true test of any app, though, is how the developer responds when something doesn't go perfectly. We heard from a customer with sight issues that the voice-over accessibility feature on her iphone wasn't working with the tabs. I contacted the developers on a Saturday, and they spent the whole weekend working on this and testing it. They kept me informed, and by Tuesday, they had pushed out an update that had voice over compatibility working perfectly, verified by our customer. I am LOVING this app! I initially had a problem enabling Tabs by Station with my theme and contacted support. I was initially dubious about allowing access but Meghan found it was just a cache issue with my browser, and sent me a video showing how she was able to enable it. Even though I'm not in the same time zone (I'm an Aussie) Meghan answered my questions more quickly than any local support call I've ever made. I saw the log, and she spent half an hour on my question and I hadn't even signed up for the paid plan yet! So impressed. Once I got started, Tabs was dead simple to use and I'm very happy with the results. My conversion rates are already improving!

In my opinion, the idea of this app is brilliant! It allows you to create tabs in a very neat way for your products page (you can use it for different purposes as well such as creating shipping policy, FAQs..etc). At costs of no more than 6$, other size chart application can cost you multiples of that amount easy. Even better, the tabs content is part of your store theme and page, and you do not see the delay in loading that you experience with other apps. A point to note, is that yes different themes will have different layouts and with this application you might not get the 100% just by clicking the install button, but the developer seems to be very genuine and helpful to get any issues fixed. *Always remember to keep a backup of your theme in case you need to revert to a stage before any coding updates I believe this is a must have app for any store.

The tabs were easy to add, but hard to remove. The collapsed accordions were overlapping with Loox reviews, so I had to uninstall. Had to go into the html template to remove all instances of "station", though, because uninstalling doesn't undo changes to the template.

I have been using Tabs by Station for the last 4 months or so. As I am using the free Shopify theme Debut, it has come in incredibly handy to give my site and product pages a much more polished and compartmentalized look - rendering my site far more professional looking! It works a treat and is always consistent. I have even incorporated the Alireviews app into a Tab so that the reviews appear in an orderly fashion, which has only been made possible because of the fantastic support team. They are awesome and have really helped me out. I have been helped numerous times by customer support agent Meghan. She has been there from the beginning and has always put absolutely every effort into making my requests a reality. And has remained friendly, eager, and courteous even after the 1000th of me contacting her! Greatly appreciate the support of this app, they are hands-on, respond quickly, and will do their best to get the job done.

My product descriptions were long and I wanted something that would make them easy to navigate and read. I easily installed the Tabs by Station and it made my product descriptions look organized, professional, and easy to read. Customer service is friendly and fast. I'm giving it a four star because: 1. I wish they would add an option for FAQ/Help Center. I want that page set up differently than the tabs on my product pages. 2. When you make one change, all of your other settings are deleted and restored to default.

Fantastic app, easy to use and flexible - a must have. We have added shipping times and sizing charts for vendors, and the result has been in a dramatic decrease in phone calls. One of our vendors is being discontinued and we added a cross-reference for their products based on product collection type to other brands so that we do not lose all of their customers. We have over 200,000 SKUs and this app is not at all affected by the size of our database of products.

Amazing! First of all let me state that this app is extremely easy to navigate. I was able able to add the information I needed for specific products/collections with no problem. Secondly, the technical support is A+ if and when issues do seldom occur the response time is extremely fast. I have worked with Meghan and she is amazing. We tried several other tab app solutions before but each of them quite badly interfered with existing theme styling. (Always back up your theme before adding an app like this in case that happens so you can revert.) This one was clean, and also gave us the best options for easily customizing the look. We didn't need to resort to any CSS edits. As a bonus, no noticeable effect on load times either. Like several others, it takes product description content with a particular HTML heading tag (defaults to H4) and converts that into a tab, or an accordion if all of the tabs don't fit on a single line, which is perfect for mobile use. You can elect if the first tab is open or not automatically in an accordion view. There are a lot of good looking preset styles as a starting point and a nice UI for customizing and previewing the look to match your customized theme. What's most important for an existing established store is that by adapting an existing tag (say an H4) you can slowly introduce tabs to your product content pages and easily choose not to use it on some if desired. We found this very practical, plus it typically took seconds to a minute per product to get the look we wanted, which is great for stores with a lot of pre-existing content. You can easily have content above the first tab too. The only thing on our wish list it doesn't do is give us the ability to have content after the tabs. Once you've used the HTML tag associated with a tab, the tabs will pick up on all of the remainder of the content. It'd be nice to have another heading tag that can be used to specify where tabs end so standardized footer content can be included in a product description. That's the only thing stopping us from giving this 5 stars, and it's not a show stopper so this is a keeper for us. You can see this app in practice at The Microbrand Store. This really simplified filling and updating our product description. We can create different tabs with different titles with ease and really streamlined and have a simplified tab for every product. The interface is clean, easy to use, and straight-forward. Integrating to a customized theme may take you a couple of attempts, but disabling / enabling under the Settings > Theme manager > Actions > Disable / Enable a couple of times did the trick. This can be really helpful and of great value for companies in their growth stage.

FINALLY! We've been dealing with an ongoing issue with tab apps not syncing properly with our products - intermittent missing tabs based on collections in which we'd have to unpublish then republish the product to get the tabs to sync. And that's assuming we could find the products with problems because there was no way to search for this error. This is the ONLY app that solves Shopify syncing problems INSTANTLY by allowing us to add tabs based on a combination of collections AND tags. We've seriously struggled with this problem for months. I am utterly elated to finally have a reliable tab app that works around the problems that we can depend on to display ALL of our product pages correctly the first time around. This is an AWESOME app! Works flawlessly and did exactly (and more) of what I needed. I have been using a different tabs app, but the interface and so was a bit "clunky" and outdated. Now i found this tabs app instead, and its just SO much better. This app provides a really great way to simply create and style tabs in a very easy-to-understand design panel. You have several options of either creating product-specific tabs or general tabs that can be used on one, several or all products. The app provides a number of presets so as to simplify the process of styling your tabs, but also allows complete customization to ensure you have the tabs that work best for your theme. If you want to test whether you need the Tabs app before you go live, you can enable and disable it on your different themes, so there is no commitment or leap of faith necessary, especially with the free trial. TLDR: Use this app for your tabs needs. There are lots of other tab apps out there, and I know it's tempting given higher ratings (for the time being until people realize how good this app is - the developers of this app have also created Shopify themes so take it on good faith that they know what they're doing), but you seriously will not regret using this app. What's the risk in trying it out? Again, it won't destroy any themes and you can uninstall the liquid code at any time through the app.

Saves me a lot of time manually writing the same information in every product description. I was able to create a Made In Canada tab once in the app and could just make it show up across all products. Also, I was able to create a Reviews tab that worked with our Yotpo reviews. This is great because not all our product have reviews so it was looking bad. It also cleans up the product pages. Recommended for companies like ours. Thank you so much for great support.

I've gone through a few apps for tabs, and find it silly most themes/shopify don't have a good tab system. This is by far the best tab system on the app store. Easy to set up with little to no liquid requirements (this is coming from using an extremely customized theme). The most powerful conditional set up saving crazy amounts of time. Fully mobile optimized. I honestly don't think there should be any other tabs apps available on the store, because this one is exactly what you need.

Brilliant app! You can tell a lot of attention was put into the details. We sell high quality bands for the Apple Watch and we needed an easy way to add information to all of the products in a particular collection at once (and only have to change it in one place when it needs updating).
