Best auto-tagging app in my opinion, and I tested a lot. Lots of options and works well. Many apps focus only on orders and customers, but wit Leap Auto Tags you can also set up tag rules for products, which is what I was looking for. The setup can sometimes seem a bit complex, but with Anto's help, everything is working properly now.

Excellent customer service! I've been using Leap Auto Tags for a few years and just had my first issue pop up. I emailed support and they were truly outstanding. Very powerful app, easy to use, can use other apps to acheive similar outcomes but the Auto tag UI will save considerable resource time. Most solutions can be built in seconds, other apps can take hours to work out how to achieve the same aim, i've scoped out the possibility of switching and very quickly realised this it by the best option out there and worth the usage cost. The support team are also very helpful which you dont get elswhere, im sure with their can do approach there wouldnt be anything you cant achieve.

This app is very useful; we use it for all our first-time customer tags and different customer profiles. Along with orders that have expedited shipping, so we can get those out asap. Tried another popular autotag app with disastrous results, including all our orders being wrongly tagged, and having to pay to get them removed. We spent a month trying to work with their tech support, and each time got a different person who was not aware of the dev issues occurring. Finally gave up and tried Leap. FANTASTIC choice! Everything works, and any time I've had trouble getting the rule logic right their team has responded within 24 hours with a solution. No going in circles. This autotagger has likely saved me 1-1.5 hours of work per week, which makes a big difference when you're busy. Highly recommend.

Absolute must-have if you're looking to automate your operations further beyond what Flow can provide. For us, in particular, automatic removal of tags based on time or conditions feature makes everything that we do a lot more efficient, and will end up saving us a ton of time (and reduce errors). Very useful tag labeling tool, starting at $8/month, $15 package can add 10,000 tags. Products, orders, users can be tagged, optional conditions include product-based variants, and even a sku can be. Labeling is the basis of all fine-tuned operations, user hierarchy, product hierarchy, order analysis and so on should be used. Strongly recommended.

Hands down the best tagging application in town! Before I stumbled upon this amazing application, I used to add and remove tags manually which was honestly quite a grueling task. But not anymore! Auto Tags has undoubtedly taken a lot off my plate. The automated workflows are so efficient that I do not have to worry a bit about anything going wrong. Once you create the desired workflows, it does the job very well! I’ve been using it for 3 of my shops; Ndure, Shoe Planet and Soloto. Moreover, their support team is quite adept in assisting their users. Once, I exceeded the tag limit and asked them to provide extra tags within the same package, they did so very promptly without any extra charges and deduction from the next package! 99% of the job is automated once you are done creating the workflows which is merely 1% of the whole task. Highly Recommended!!

Hi, im having a problem with my workflow, its the only one im running at the moment. my set up is to remove tag "movingsale" when available quantity is 0 or less than 0. I've tried to update the inventory quantity and backdating the workflow, but i don't see its doing anything. I'm using this app to apply a tag every day at a particular time; the implementation wasn't easy for me at first, and the dev team have been incredibly responsive and patient in helping me get everything set up. Its an OK app. It's pretty confusing, you'll run up your tag budget because of tag loops. You don't realize your task keeps running infinite times. Support is there, just always by email and never during US hours. So don't expect to get solutions right away. Tagging logic makes sense when you create it, but the way the app goes about it is confusing because it doesn't work as expected.

This is one of the best tagging apps to work with for ease of use and lots of potential for improving customer navigation. Great library of tagging combinations already set up to try. A very responsive support staff. If you are not careful, it's easy to automate thousands of tags you quickly don't need or want, simply by testing out features, or realizing you needed to edit something and need to reapply to correct tags. I love to experiment and edit a lot and I can predict that getting charged by number of tags generated doesn't jive with the size of my business and how I work at the moment. Conclusion: The lowest pricing tier sounds like a lot, but it can get used up very quickly. If you are prepared to afford the higher pricing tiers, this app is worth it.

The big learning curve is understanding the language of the various functions: I wanted to tag all of my brick and mortar customers as such to direct email marketing to them that is more relevant and do the same with my online shoppers. I didn't understand how to do this from the selection of options in the app so I emailed support and had an answer in short order (the answer, btw, to use "app name" with the function "contains" and type in "point of sale" or "online"). This saved me hours of repetitive, menial work.

Really useful app! Best way to filter by size for in-stock sizes. This app will automatically add or remove the size tag based on inventory availability. Which makes it possible to take advantage of most theme's filtering functionality (we use Turbo theme) which use tags to add filtering to the front end website. Also, metafields (recently introduced in Shopify 2.0) have typically been unwieldy - it's hard to update product info or tags based on metafields. But with this app, we can use the metafields with confidence knowing that we can create tags from the metafields (indispensable for creating collections and filters).

I absolutely love this app. What I LOVE about this compared to other apps - is it will go back and tag orders/customers retroactively if you need it to. Other tagging apps either don't do this at all, or they make you sit on the page and do 50x orders at a time. I tag customers based on what products they buy, so I can easily use Shopify's email marketing to email anyone who bought X. This app is powerful and really helpful, and the developer was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. Really a wonderful product all around.

Both this app and the developer have been amazingly helpful to our business. I was looking for an app that could automatically tag our products based on a price range so that our filter by price function would work on our website without having to manually tag each item and remember to edit the tags if the prices changed. I wasn't able to get it to function as I had hoped so I reached out to the developer and he quickly got back to me with an explanation on how to do what I wanted. He even set up an example for me in my account. When we realized it still wouldn't work 100% perfectly with the specific way our store was set up, he wrote in functionality in the app so that it would work perfectly for us within just a couple days. Nice app, mediocre support. We asked whether we could display customer tags in storefront dashboard, got a no after waiting for almost a week and some chasing. We planned to pay someone else to do it so we tried to look at Google to see how we could express ourselves accurately so we could get an accurate pricing on this. After spending a couple of hours on Google, we discovered that what we actually need is - TAADAA!! 3 lines of codes!! Nothing custom, 100% available in Shopify's official dev documents. Copy and paste, done. Didn't expect it to be that easy as we got rejected from them. So...the app 100% does what it says, but please do not expect anything extra from the support like what other apps did. - Update: So...the app developer get back with a thousand-word explaining their thoughts but chose not to get you a 3-line coding available in official dev document, saying that they are solo devs, have no time, but got time to write such a long, meaningless article. What we asked is a very simple and sensible feature - if we use customer tag to tag customer who is VIP, they should have ways to know and at the end it is us, spending time to improve this app! Caveat Emptor, we are going to switch for another app with better support experience.

This app is amazing! If you wanted to get more out of your data then I highly recommend that you install this app so you segregate your data and analyze it. One of my workflows is for Auto Tags to tag first-time orders. This gives me a quick view as to what percentage are new customers who decided to order for the very first time - it gives me a chance to personally offer a custom discount for the customer's next order. I also know if the order came from Google because one of my workflows is for Auto Tags to tag all orders that came from Google. If I wanted to drill down and find out if it was from organic search results or from my paid Google Ads then I just go into the order and open the conversion summary to see the details. Besides the flawless functionality of this app, you also get great customer service which, let's be honest, is missing on a lot of other apps out there. Aamir is very professional and is very helpful. I highly highly recommend this app.

Auto Tags did a great job of solving a small but persistent problem I had regarding the tagging of my products. In this case, I needed a product to be tagged if the inventory dropped below zero, but have the tag removed if the inventory went above zero. This is one of the most helpful apps I have used in our 9 years with Shopify. Having all tags for orders, customers and products in one place is incredibly helpful. The app is far more intuitive than other auto tag apps we have used. One specific use is for ensuring that all products are fully up to our SEO standards on our website. There were some features missing such as "if image count is 0" than apply tag. The app developers added everything we asked for in a day and remain extremely responsive.

Our main problem at Armatura is that we always have a lot of out of stock SKUs, this app has helped us a lot on this issue. This app has been helping us greatly with our order admin and with improving our customer service. The workflow library is great and I can see lots more ways the app will be helpful once I get around to setting up a few more workflows. Support is quick and responsive too.

We use it to add customer tags, based on order parameters (which we then use to define customer segment). Auto Tags made this process a breeze, and saved tons of time both updating existing customers, and by auto tagging new ones.

This app saved us a lot of time and made our automation possible where Shopify out-of-the-box was lacking. Support was fast and to-the-point helpful. I would recommend this app for anyone looking to make their store more hands off and systemized. For the devs, my only suggestion is making a glossary of terms/wiki, a few conditions are hard to understand what they mean/if you have the right parameter. That said, the provided workflow library is a great resource, they have many starter/template workflows and inspirations. Thanks for existing, please don't go anywhere but up!

Super happy with this app and especially the support. I added the App so I could do some time-based tagging (i.e. identify new products on the store). Support helped me with this and we were up in running in hours, working perfectly!
