This is such a powerful App with great integration to my print providers and also my own personalised design products in Shopify. There are so many features I can utilise to create endless design ideas for my business. I have found the support incredible as they really try to help your situation. Their documentation is also really well described along with You tube videos they produce. Its taken a little while to get my head around all the ways I can create but it's worth it and the in app support has been there to help when ever i've need it. Great app!

We are just starting out and we are using complex logic to build out our custom campaigns before we launch. The customer service has been amazing. They have answered every question and follow-up that we have had usually within a few hours or by next day. They have even created videos so we can see how to setup custom logic. Even with my many questions they did not treat me as though I was bother or talked down to me. If I did not have them working with on this project, I am not sure that I would be able to get ready for launch. It feels great to be supported by a company that wants you to succeed and treats you with respect.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I specifically needed an app that would allow customers to change dog coat colors and add in text when needed. I tried 2 previous apps with the same issue...but TeeInBlue was the only app that actually worked to figure out the problem. (The Vitals app was interfering with the cart.). In addition, whenever I've needed any smaller help so far...they've been super quick to help me get it figured out. My site feels polished and professional...and I have no doubt we'll see a nice increase in sales with TeeInBlue installed.

We tried reaching out also, but couldnt seem to get a response during that time [additional note] be careful, sometimes the preview can come up pixelated which can cause conversion loss. Frustrating when issues arises over the weekend and they're not available.

Hello, I am actively using Teeinblue for a total of 5 stores. However, I am currently experiencing a serious issue with one of my stores, and I have not received a solution for nearly 10 hours. I requested your representative to access my store directly and help resolve the issue, but no effective support has been provided throughout the business day. During this time, my store has been unable to make sales, which is causing financial loss. As a long-term Teeinblue user with 5 active stores, I am very disappointed with this experience. I kindly ask you to prioritize this issue and provide an urgent solution as soon as possible. If this situation continues, I will have to reconsider continuing to use Teeinblue for all 5 of my stores. Please provide an update and resolve this matter urgently. Thank you.

I love that they are always updating the app with new techniques and tools to stay competitive. Between their responsive chat and the helpful help center articles, you’re never left on your own. This app is rich in features for clipart manipulation, however beyond simply entering text, like a name, the text features are lacking. You are unable to provide a text dropdown list of items for users to select to have printed on an item. They state you need to turn these phrases into clipart, which then does not allow the user to select fonts or font colors due to being an art image. Really is ashame because the clipart features are really good, but they did not place as much effort into the text features.

While I really want to love this app for it's many features, especially since customer service reps have been very responsive and very helpful, I simply can't get past a couple of problems. One of these problems is a HUGE deal breaker for me. The first problem is that you can't add another design to the listing for different variants like you can on other apps. So if I have a black design on a journal, but one of the journal variants is black, I should be able to replace the design just for the black variant and add a white design instead, all in the same listing. But that's not a deal breaker, I know. However, the fact that you can't see your design as it will look in real-time on the product, is a deal breaker. Many print on demand sites and personalizer apps allow you to see your artwork on the product as you work on it. This way, you know exactly where your design will land on the product. You can then decide if the artwork needs to shrink down or be enlarged, move up or down slightly, or move left or right. Unfortunately, at this point, you can only guestimate how your design actually looks. After days of not getting responses about print area differences, which is not what I'm asking here at all, one of the reps finally told me to just order samples. That is not cost-effective to be ordering a sample for every design, just to see how the design looks on the item. I would like to be able to see my design on the product, not a mockup, which is NOT ACCURATE as it is a depiction for the customer. I need to make sure that what the customer sees on the mockup is the same as what I created on the product. Otherwise, it could lead to very dissatisfied customers and returned purchases because the design on the item may not match the mockup. Finally, one of them admitted that this feature is not available in Teeinblue. That's a very standard feature that you can find in almost every other personalizer app. Unfortunately, for all it's bells and whistles. They forgot to include the most basic feature to let you see your own design on your product. I am very frustrated and disappointed at this point. And hope that they will fix this problem.

Edit: Nach 6 Monaten, können wir immer noch nicht genug von Teeinblue schwärmen. Sie arbeiten stetig an Neuerungen und sind auch im Support-Bereich einfach immer für uns da und helfen uns. Gerade haben wir ein neues Theme aus dem Shopify-Store veröffentlicht, welches nicht ganz smooth laufen wollte. Ich kontaktiere Tiffany und Jason meldete sich ein paar Minuten später mit der Lösung zurück und brachte alles wieder zum Laufen. Einfach ein perfekter Support - wie man es sich wünscht. I can't say enough about how much we love Teeinblue. The support is always helpful, friendly, and quick. There are constant improvements – the community is listened to – and the software always works flawlessly. Of course, there is always a learning curve – after all, we're talking about a professional solution for personalized designs – but this solution is easier than many others I've tried. In the end, only Teeinblue remained, and that speaks for itself. Keep up the great work! Thank you for being there! Edit: After 6 months, we still can't stop raving about Teeinblue. They continuously work on new features and are always there for us in the support area, helping us out. We recently launched a new theme from the Shopify store that wasn't running smoothly. I contacted Tiffany, and Jason got back to me a few minutes later with the solution and got everything working again. Simply perfect support - just as you would wish for. Edit April 2025: Today I needed support again, and what can I say? The team at teeinblue is simply fantastic. I also want to mention that ever since I installed it, I feel like I'm on a continuous journey of improvement. They are constantly working on new solutions and even implement feasible suggestions when the community feels they are necessary. Plus, new features are regularly added. I haven't had the chance to test the app live yet, but I have been working on setting all the customizations up for about two weeks now. The app is easy to use, but most of all the customer service is incredible. It takes a bit of time to get used to the app and the people in the live chat are super helpful and reply very quickly. The team at Teeinblue not only have a masterfully crafted product but also a GREAT TEAM behind it. We want to thank Andy, Heni, Jason, and Tiffany for their help! And thank you to the developers for making something so useful and cool. When we set it up and test out being able to customize our products using various methods like text, paragraphs, image upload, image selection, etc. it feels like magic! We thought that only big name companies can afford to implement such a personalization solution for their products. But with Teeinblue, especially when combined with Tepo Product Options, you can do it too. And it’s not that difficult. Granted, we had a gazillion questions to bug the team but they were a sport and answered all of them to our utmost satisfaction! Andy, I would bombard him with a huge chunk of questions, a big paragraph, and he would soldier on answering the gauntlet of questions one by one in an understandable way. Andy provides a lot of useful links, screenshots, and short video demos that he creates to illustrate his advice better. We’re really appreciative of this. They help a lot! Of the entire team he answered the most questions of ours! Heni, on the other hand, comes in like a juggernaut and squashes the technical issues! We appreciate his great help a lot! He fixes very difficult problems. We asked for help integrating GemPages and he did it just like that! He fixed our product page so that the layout is horizontal when it became vertical even on desktop. He is very technical. Both Andy and Heni are great assets to the Teeinblue team. But then again so is Jason and Tiffany. Jason helped us fix it so that the cart drawer appears after the user clicks the “Add To Cart” button from the preview popup (Teeinblue lets your customers preview their customization work in a dialog). All of them deserve a huge raise, if you ask me!!! Double the pay! We’ve researched some other product customization options but prefer Teeinblue due to their awesome support, first and foremost, and then their polished, easy to understand video documentation as well as, quite obviously, their AMAZING PRODUCT! You set up the various elements of a mockup and upload the mockup itself and then position the elements within the mockup. It’s POWERFUL and they have great developers working on this. This is us saying this without even exploring ALL of their feature set. They even allow you to upload Photoshop PSD files that may help save time. We’re going to look into this feature on a later date. Tip: You can connect a bevy of POD (print on demand) services such as Printify, etc. if you want a deluge of products to customize. I needed to find an app that supported live preview for my customizable products and I chose Teeinblue for all the features the app provided. I would say the app is pretty hard to navigate at first, but you learn by doing. After importing several products into the app, it becomes much easier and more intuitive to use. If I couldn't find the resources, I'd reach out to the Teeinblue support team. They have been integral in getting the app up and running on my store and they are a pleasure to work with! They are really responsive and always helpful in providing solutions and recommendations and have even helped me during non-working hours! TeeinBlue is great! I tried a competitor for a while and went back and forth w customer service and couldn't get it work work on my store. I then tried Teeinblue while waiting for a response and figured it out in half the time. I have tried a few product personalizer tools and I am so grateful to have landed on Teeinblue. If you are serious about personalization, you will need to take some time to study how things work and they have guides for that. Even better is the support team on demand, not to mention the facebook group. It is like a swiss army life of personalization tools, utilizing integrations from maps to other cool features which I haven't seen from other competitors. Overall, highly recommend.
