I have been with Teelaunch for a few years now and I think they have really great customer service! They are usually pretty quick to respond and always very helpful. You get a human and not an AI chatbot (at least while I write this). I've been selling their metal signs mostly, and there were issues with the shipping and packaging. But they have fixed the shipping partner issue so our customers now receive their orders in a timely manner which is awesome! They have gone though a few iterations of packaging, and that combined with better shipping partners, there isn't much damage anymore. If I did have a sign that arrived to a customer damaged, they have always been great about shipping the customer a new one. My customers now have a much better shopping experience!! I also really like their app- it's user friendly and easy to use- integrates with my stores well. I find it pretty reliable. I've tested other POD providers, and I think Teelaunch's customer service is the best

Syncing products to my store is a royal pain. I created 200 products in the fist day. The first batch went flawlessly. The second batch? Wouldn't even process for about 18 hours. Woke up the next day to see I could at least click a button on each individual product to re-process mockups. Meanwhile in my Shopify store, all of the faulty products have appeared! No images or anything, so they aren't visible on the public facing side. Once the new mockups had been processed, I clicked "send to store" only to find it now has duplicated them. Now I'm dealing with 100 duplicates, triplicates, and somehow even 4 of some of my products.

Their app will insert poorly optimized script into your website and cause significant problems to your website speed. I did lighthouse tests and Their script: "/sizing-charts-script.js" has a 1900 ms Script Evaluation delay that is more than every other app and scripts combined.

I have had so many issues with this company. I've been with these guys for 3 years and I sell 80 to 100 signs a month. They wont do anything to fix the problem. I've had 3 damaged signs this month. They package these signs in thin cardboard sleeves, its honestly a joke. I've talked to other sellers and they are having the same issues. They make you jump through hoops get a refund. They use a company in Louisiana. Also when I complained before the CEO was supposed to contact me but he blew me off. This company is the worst when it comes to customer service. I've been looking for a metal company unfortunately they are hard to find. The moment I find one, I am out. So if you expect to use them, prepare for big losses because you will be refunding $200-300 orders back.

A lot of orders errors. There must have been an issue where all files were compromised, but almost every time someone orders, I get an error and when inquire about it, they ask me resubmit the file. I'm going to be switching to another drop shipper app.

The only thing I'd prefer to be different with Teelaunch is the payment system. Right now, I pay the wholesale costs when an order comes through, and then Teelaunch pays me what the customer paid them (minus payment processing fees). If I didn't have to pay the wholesale upfront, and could just be paid the difference in prices, that would be wonderful! Otherwise, they're great! Their prices are low enough for me to sell the products at a reasonable price and still make a reasonable profit. Their customer service has always been quick to respond, and they have a great variety of merch items so I can give my (music) fans anything that I think they'd want. The fact that they integrate with Shopify, which allows me to have product listings directly on my website, as well as Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, is amazing!

BE CAREFUL! Exercise caution when dealing with TEELAUNCH. While they may fulfill a few orders promptly, ordering in more than a few orders poses a risk. They struggle to meet deadlines when you start submitting more than a few orders and to exacerbate the issue, they enforce a 10-day no-movement tracking policy. This means they acquire the tracking information but don't dispatch the item to the courier for an entire ten days. Unfortunately, this policy nearly compromised my business during the last Christmas season.

I have been working with the Teelaunch app for 1 1/2 years and would recommend it and the team of customer service. For POD I primarily use Teelaunch for the Metal Wall Art and the Laser Etched Cutting Boards. My customers RAVE about these two products! I create all of my own designs that are personalized, so every sign I create is different. Whenever there is a problem with a product (damage during delivery for example), the customer service is quick to respond and almost always resolves my issues fairly. You will never find a perfect service, with perfect products that always are without flaw - because people are involved and people can make mistakes. But Teelaunch has been great to work with and I find the team there to be kind, efficient, and willing to help at every turn. I've even needed to work out a bulk order and talked directly to the owner of Teelaunch to work out the details - which went flawlessly. There are hitches in every partnership - I wish the metal signs were packaged with more protection. But other than that, I have had a great working relationship with Teelaunch. Did I mention that I have hundreds of extremely happy customers that love the products that I get through Teelaunch? I use Teelaunch because of the unique print on demand products that I can sell through them - I recommend them for that AND because their customer service has been second to none for my business. Oh, and I really like the interface where I upload the designs. It is easy to use and SOOOO much better than some of the other POD services (and I use 5 others for a variety of products.) Each order is synced directly from my Shopify store and in the Teelaunch app I change the design to the personalized design. I can correct the shipping address there also. It's easy to use and never a problem to change out a design. When the order is fulfilled all of the tracking info seamlessly gets sent back to my Shopify store. Works like a charm! Highly recommend this app!

Been using them for a while and I'm finally cutting them off due to the fact that they will not let me cancel orders and get refunded even after they emailed me saying they are having major printing issues and won't know when they will be able to print my products. Also, they are always slow as molasses. And if they mess up your print, their reprints take even longer. Don't suggest printing flags with them. It will only frustrate you.

Oh boy, I really wanted to like this app. I downloaded it today, launched 1 product and immediately had issues. With jewelry, they send a text box for customization. Well you can't select the finish until you add the name into this unmarked box. The box is also located just above the add to cart button. Somehow they have it locked down that you cannot change the order of any options for this product. You cannot take the box out, label it or list it first. This is confusing as everything is grayed out until that box is filled. I contacted customer support and was told it was a shopify issue (I spoke to them first) and that I should just put a note in to fill out the box first. I'm sorry I have to just deal with the bad coding? Uh no. This is my business and if you cannot correct something to make it functional, and let's be honest, correct, I don't think we can be in business together. First day 2 hours, waste of time. If they contact me regarding this and fix the issue I will update my review.

Been using Tee Launch for years and would recommend to anyone who hasn't got the funding and physical space to stockpile large quantities of items. On top of an easy-to-use, plug-and-play Shopify app, Tee Launch also has really good customer service. They just recently helped me out big time with an issue and the care was fast, personalized, and crucial.

No good for international orders. They used to be really good with great support, but now with rising shipping costs and VAT rules for Europe and the UK it's no longer worth it. Not all their facility's can give the IOSS number needed by couriers to ship to Europe or the UK so customers may get charged customs fees and it causes big delays with orders. This is not a problem with other POD companies that I use. My last order from Etsy came in over 2 weeks ago and at the time of writing the order still has not been shipped, and it seems that there is nobody at support during the weekends. Sadly I will have to find alternative suppliers if I want to sell outside of the USA.

To all those reading reviews... I want to express how exceptional both the product and customer service at Teelaunch are. I initially ordered some metal art samples and I was pleasantly surprised by the top notch quality. Honestly, I wasn't expecting such an impressive outcome, and I was so thrilled that I couldn't help but show everyone for an entire week how wonderful the product was. However, I did encounter a shipping problem along the way. Luckily, my customer service representative, Anthony, was there to assist me. He was incredibly personable and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. His communication skills were outstanding, and his positive and uplifting attitude made a significant difference. When utilizing a service like Teelaunch, there are important items to consider. Having an integrated app, a large catalog selection, and the manpower/facilities to fulfill & ship orders timely are the first things that are accessed. But one thing that most businesses overlook is how will the company respond to problems? It is inevitable that mistakes or systems issues will occur, packages will get lost or stolen, and sometimes the product itself will have an error. The key to making it through those rough spots is having a true partner in your business, that cares as much about your customers as you do. That's hard to find in the Print-On-Demand space, and I'm so happy that Chris (the owner) takes this aspect seriously at Teelaunch. I especially want to recognize Anthony, who has been my contact whenever I reach out to support. As a business owner, I want to know what's happening behind the scenes when there is a problem, because that arms me with facts/information to help my customers. A lot of providers will just give you bare minimum responses, without specific details, and that is not helpful at all. But Anthony will make sure that I know what really happened, and work with me on options to make it right (both for my business and for my customers)! He has even gone so far as to offer me a kind word when I was having a rough, stressful day to help me keep going. Thank you to Chris, Anthony, and the rest of the Teelaunch staff for offering products that the market wants, and for helping me to grow my family business. BEWARE Store Owners - teelaunch Customer service is seriously lacking. Be prepared to send 2-3 emails before getting the specific information you requested, if at all. Shipping issues from my very sample first order. I ordered samples on 2/25 and as of 3/14 the shipment still not received by carrier (USPS) despite listed 3-7 day production time. Multiple attempts to get updated information/status but have only been provided the tracking information again and again with no further explanations and no attempt to make it right. For example: If you are used to Printful's level customer service - you will need to drastically adjust your expectations for teelaunch. Aside from that, their pricing/cost is more favorable for the seller in most cases. Give them a try, but be aware they might not resolve your customer service issues to your satisfaction.

So did I send a vulgar email filled with swearing to Teelaunch? I sure did. One out of a couple dozen is not bad. Yes, I've had to reach out to Teelaunch dozens of times in the past due to bad product they sent me or my customers. I was always cordial, which in turn the Teelaunch representative rarely was. They need lessons in manners and professionalism. After so many screw-ups from Teelaunch, I just about had enough of their incompetences and went off the rails in my email to them. The fact that I did this does not and will not change much with Teelaunch. Most of the problems I have addressed with Teelaunch in the past so many years still exist. I think only one issue I addressed has been addressed. The fact is that they are inconsistent. One may or may not get quality items from Teelaunch. Their quality control department is one I would not be proud of if this were my company. Good luck to you if decide to use Teelaunch. Inspect all sample orders from them and don't assume just because they got it right once, they'll get it right every time. They don't....often.

Like one of the reviewers, i have been using this for a couple of years. Then they made an update and I was never notified until one of my orders never processed. I too was told I had to create a new account, only to find that my items i created were no longer in the app, but was assured when an order was placed it would sinc that product. There use to be an easy option once the product was create to push it to Etsy. That is now gone also. It was free and easy to use and now I have to pay for another app that will connect my Shopify items to Etsy. When I downloaded that and got two orders, one of the tumblers on each order was the wrong one...correct on Etsy, wrong in Shopify and TeeLaunch. I was asked if I had changed the SKU's. I haven't touched any of my listings in over a year...SKU's are auto generated...have no reason to touch them unless I intentionally don't want to get orders. Needless to say, the last couple of weeks have been a mess!!!

Been using them since 2016 along with a couple of other providers here on Shopify app store and all has been OK, but suddenly they did an update and all my products are gone! I have written to them and they have not helped me at all! I have moved all my orders out of their site and onto their competitors who do a much better job with customer support.

I've been with Teelaunch for a couple of years now, and I would never use another POD. Here's why... 1.) After a couple years, I've only had a handful of printing errors (unavoidable in this business), and all of them were promptly replaced and shipped to my customer within 24hrs. (with other PODs I had used prior, bad prints were a common occurrence, and it was like pulling teeth to get a response from customer service in regard to a replacement.) 2.) Customer Service typically responds within minutes or an hour or 2 - depending on the issue. They are always very friendly & knowledgeable, and have gone above and beyond on more than one occasion to ensure that things are running smoothly with the app and my store. 3.) The wide range of products allows me to use them for just about everything. 4.) Prices are excellent for the quality of products. Now to address the new app issue. With a complete change in how the app connects to various platforms (shopify & etsy in my case), a few hiccups are to be expected. Any issues I have encountered have been addressed and fixed very quickly. In one instance, having to do with shipping rates, the owner of TeeLaunch even contacted me directly, and the issue was solved on the spot. In regard to some of the other reviews where people are stating that they had no notice of the switch to the new app, it is obvious that they just weren't paying attention, as there were numerous communications as to how to prepare for the switch to the new app, and as stated earlier, the TL customer service team has been very responsive and helpful with any issues/questions that come up. Bottom line: I have used other apps/POD providers. Teelaunch has been the best experience overall, and I do not foresee me using anyone else. I highly recommend TeeLaunch for POD fulfillment. Today is Feb. 21, 2022. I've made a sample order since Jan. 21, 2022 and my status hasn't changed from "In Production." If I ever get my sample or my order canceled, I'll update this review. Until then, let it be known that this is an app to avoid. UPDATE Feb. 22, 2022: They were swift to respond, and provided insight on my problem. It turns out the product was out of stock but was slated for a delayed delivery. They said I should've received an email about it about 17 days ago (from the time of their response), although I couldn't find that email. Nonetheless, they seem very courteous, so no complaints there. I opted to wait for the product, so I'll provide another update when that expected in-stock date comes around. I'm updating my 1 star review to 3 stars. UPDATE Feb. 25, 2022: I found the missing email. It turns out it was sent to a different email address from the address I was using for my review/complaint. That's forgivable since it was a technical/configuration oversight on my part. In hindsight, we should've verified the address where the email was sent to cause I incorrectly assumed the address I was using was the same one they sent their email to. This happens when Shopify uses one email for accounts, and can use a whole other automatic emails; And within each app, another email can be used all together. It might be easier to have a single location where we manage all emails, and where & how they'll be used... But that's conversation for the Shopify platform itself, not you guys. I'm changing my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars. UPDATE Mar. 15, 2022: I received my item yesterday (Mar.14), a little over a week sooner than I was expecting it. Let me tell you, the product pictures didn't do this thing justice. I wish I could post a photo here cause it's pretty awesome. Things go wrong in life, but how you recover says a lot. Great job guys! I'm changing my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars.

I was amazed to see that they completely changed the app and have no way to import existing products, orders or anything. Unbelievable. I had NO notice of this either, probably because I had to register for a NEW account and they didn't have my email anywhere on record (even though I have been using this app for years). They sent me a canned response about this with a link to a video (that's broken - giving a 404) and no other responses after. [UPDATE] I’m updating this review. I think their rollout for this update could’ve been much, much better. However I’ve been working with Christopher on this issue pretty much all day. I have to say I am very impressed with his responses and attentiveness. I think the most important thing about any business is how they respond to issues when they inevitably arise. Teelaunch has shown they rise to the occasion.

I would rate this a zero if I could. I chose them because they are US-based. Three stores with them and not one order fulfilled, not one customer service reply, nothing. They act as if it is "In Process" but three months later and nothing??? I have had to find alternatives and pay more to maintain my business integrity. Skip these guys.

I am not impressed with teelaunch. Placed an order on 11/22, sat Pending for 3 days until I emailed them. Now 15 days after the order was placed, still sitting in production status. This updated system is a horrible experience. I recommend other POD over this one.

I am so upset about the latest transaction with Teelaunch. An item was ordered via Etsy on Nov. 17th and didn't ship until the evening of Dec.3rd. I had multiple communications with them up to that point and multiple emails with my customer who was ok with the long processing time as long as they received it by Dec. 5th. The amount of excuses as to why it took so long to produce and ship is a joke. Every email was worse than the last with their addition (it looks like 16 days before shipping but when you factor in all their employees wellness days to them it was just 11 days of processing). They refused to credit me ( I had to refund my irate customer) and then I said fine ship it to me and they went ahead and shipped to the customer anyway which was icing on the cake. I have removed all their products and warn if you are a small business that relies on your own customer service this type of business transaction can really put you in a bind. No one wants to wait for a purchase this long. OH, and if you didn't realize how long the Teelaunch processing times are (because it's not listed with the products) they will send you a blog link that you should have read to find out. SMH.

Teelaunch is a great print-on-demand app. The customer support replies pretty much instantly. The blankets are awesome quality. The tumblers ship super fast even at the busiest part of Q4. Overall, I'd highly recommend giving teelaunch a shot, they offer a pretty wide variety of products. I haven't tested all of them out yet but the ones that I have, customers have been pleased with the quality. The new app is much faster & user friendly than the old one as well which has been great for workflow.

Communication is poor between merchants and developer. Lost entire inventory when I attempted to “update” my app. All the products are still in my store, but they’re no longer in the teelaunch app and if someone buys one, guess what. Nope. ***UPDATED*** I WILL START HERE... I have had a very challenging experience with Teelaunch. That said, they have found out what the issue was with the disconnect between their application and my store. That alone has led me to change my rating from 1 star to 4. If I have success moving forwards, with minor issues in the coming weeks, I will revisit a 5-star review. Until then, I will be in touch and see how the application's interface works for me. ***I have been emailing back and forth with this company since October. The connection between my store and the application stopped working. They sent me instructions and asked me to send a screenshot. I followed all the instruction, and sent both a screenshot and a recording. Now, every time I send a message.... I get the same reply... that they have sent my request to a manager. I have sent a message today as well. I have had application issues before, but this is just beyond unappealing. I took the time to prepare several designs for products, but none of them will be pushed to my store. The makes things awkward, as I have prepared Items for clients but the items cannot be completed. I wish I had a great experience like other merchants, but here I sit disturbed and unhappy with this app, which I was very excited to you. I'm very jealous of those who could get this company to reply in a timely manner, as that has not been my experience. I'll be on the hunt, once again, for yet another supplier.

Please STAY AWAY from this app. Particularly if you have many SKUs; whenever you receive an order, it will require you to manually go to the app, find the order, and select MANUALLY which items belong to teelaunch and which items don't. It's an absolute waste of time. I had to refund my first order and delete the app after a week of trying to fix the app. The customer service is basically useless as well.

Not working at all! The website has tons of bugs, the app is not working at all... Just started to work with the app. and now I have no choice but to delete it... Hope they will improve all and see them again . Update: After I reviewed with 1 star, Founder Christopher contacted me and told me that my issue regarding resizing the design uploading is based on what they like but not what I like. He mentioned I am the only person who has this idea and others are willing to adjust their files into (for example 860x600px) photoshop first before uploading it (Because you can not upload 2000x2000) Here I see they replied "We are willing to hear and improve, but in the email I received from the founder he said: (Our app requires our customers to create files specifically for those products, I understand other apps allow you to upload any size file and adjust it to fit the template, but we've found that if the customer takes the time to make it specifically for that product the end result is better then letting them upload whatever they want and try to make it fit. So while I understand that isn't what you're expecting but that is how it is set up. So I will definitely look into that first bug and try to figure out why it happened and get it fixed. ) This comment was absolutely right from their side but completely destroyed the customer's expectations or suggestions. (even if we call it complaint) All over I found the conversation between me and the founder kinda bad. Because He was trying to correcting me!!! And was convincing me that my words and review were bad!!! I feel very very bad and offended. so I will never recommend it to anyone. Even if I was wrong. the way I am feeling very bad, disappointed, and offended is not random. I am not here to review badly. this is my second-time review with a bad rate out of around 30 apps I reviewed. Teelaunch is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST U.S. based Print on demand company! I've been using them for years. Their customer service is amazing. They get back to you the same day (during business hours), and often right away. Their products are excellent quality. I personally like their District T-Shirts because they are soft and comfortable 4.3oz cotton, which is slightly lighter than the standard 5 oz cotton shirt (which the also have). Teelaunch also has glass cutting board and printed-tile jewelry boxes. They stay on top of their subcontractors and send emails to us artists to let us know if they expect any production or shipping delays. True, Teelaunch may not have the largest collection of products, but they have all the basic items like apparel and drink ware. Their production creation tool integrates very well with Shopify. Yes, you need to have your graphics in specific sizes, rather than one-size-fits all, but I personally like that type of control. INSTALL AND USE TEELAUNCH! They are definitely worth it.

After using many POD companies, I have to say Teelaunch is the best offering consistently high quality printing and products. Most orders ship out quickly, every so often a random order takes a lengthy amount of time to ship, but generally they are speedy, and I have been pleased overall. Their customer support is awesome! Hands down the best of all POD companies. They usually reply same day within minutes or hours. They are helpful and knowledgeable and are always quick to be accountable and resolve any issue. My only complaint about Teelaunch is they do not have enough products. I have to use other POD companies to have a well rounded line of products. If Teelaunch carried them all I wouldn't mess with the other POD companies and their inconsistent print quality and subpar customer service. Items I would like to see from Teelaunch in the future, wrap around print mugs, puzzles, full print cosmetic bags, and more clothing options

UPDATED REVIEW: Teelaunch did everything to make this right. I was, and my customer, was very satisfied with the result (though it did take a while and some pestering to get the order out.) A second purchase order came in and processed – this new customer left this review: "I am so happy with my purchase! It came out better than I expected and I will definitely be purchasing more in the near future!" OLD REVIEW: The first order placed and it got messed up! Sent the customer 1 out of 2 that were ordered. How does this happen? I am mortified and so disappointed because the product I know is going to be very profitable for me going into Q4. When I received an order, payment was seamless, email systems for orders are great and informative. However!! Good: Customer service excels. Replies were always fast (longest it took was 48hours). Great variety of products. Competitive pricing. Very reliable app. To improve: 1. the user interface is more on the simple side, compared to the competition. You can’t edit products you created in the app, for example, it has to be done on the shopify side. Also the file has to be an exact size in pixels for every product or you won’t be able to upload. So if you wanna use the same design in 5 different products, you have to create 5 different files of five different sizes. 2. Talking specifically about mugs, I wish there were more size options specially for the accent and the black mugs. 3. Also I wish there was an “all around print” option for mugs. 4. I’d appreciate more mockup options on mugs as well. Overall, don’t get the wrong impression. This is a company worth Doing business with.

App is easy to use. One of the better POD apps I've seen thus far. However, I wish you we're able to upload one file size and have it automatically applied to other items. It seems it would be relatively easy to do based on pixel width. As of now, you have to manually resize and upload images for different products which is tedious and takes forever. In terms of shipping: For t-shirts, I placed an order very late on June 24th, began 'processing on July 25th, it was finally fulfilled on July 9th and shipped in July 11th. So, it's looking at about 22-23 days from order to delivery currently. I was hoping the delay was due to the Fourth of July. But I'm testing again with another order which was placed July 6th and has yet to be fulfilled. I'm hoping those times improve to at least under 7 days, otherwise it won't be feasible to use Teelaunch for t-shirts. On the bright side, their tumblers shipped very fast and are fairly high quality. Latest order was placed on July 6th, fulfilled July 7th and delivered July 10th.

You have to remember you are one of many e-commerce sites they have to support. Install the app and try it for yourself. Negative reviews can often be the result of many not understanding what they are doing much less following or reading up before they implement the app. Are they perfect? Is anyone? I am in the process of adding product to my store. I added a mug with 2 variants and later went to add another variant only to find out that you cannot add more variants after the fact. So I started over with photos I had used previously plus several more I had planned to use, for a total of 10 variants. I then discovered that there was a limit of 5 variants for most items. I'm not sure why the limit, but i think that more should be allowed. The app is fairly easy to use once you learn how to change your photos to meet their criteria for formatting.

I have been using Teelaunch ever since I set up my shop and had no issues. I recently had an issue with shipping and a order getting lost in shipping. This was during my busiest season (Thanksgiving and Christmas) and my customer was not happy at all. I contacted Teelaunch along the way and they did everything they could to make it right. I understand not everything can be fixed such as a lost package by USPS. They rectified the issue (on Christmas Eve mind you) and made it right. I really appreciate the customer service they have provided. I will continue to use them to fulfill my orders because of the customer service. Thank you!

I really hate to write a bad review on any business but I want to help any other business of making career suicide ..... because if you add this app to your store it will most definitely end up ruining your reputation/ good name. Shipping takes FOREVER ..... no matter what/when you order. Once our customers have recieved the long awaited items ...... only to find they are not even correct. Quality-control .... Not sure if this company has ever hear of the phrase quality control. The items came with the stabilizer on the fronts of some of my customers products .... lucky we do embroidery also and I knew what to tell my customers to do. Customer Service was email after email = nightmare. You get quick responses and then when they know something is wrong ....... you get NO RESPONSE. Your profits are completely eaten up by time spent on each order. They offered to resend products which my customer agreed to wait ..... the new products also toooooook FOREVER to receive. I emailed them asking when they would be in and the owner told me that ..... "oh they might be at my house" ..... only 1.5 months after ordering initially. We received the new order and it was WRONG AGAIN .... emailed the owner saying hat didnt come and got a quick response telling me "LOOK INSIDE THE BAG" looked inside the bag only to find out it was the WRONG COLOR ..... now no response. Communication / Customer Service is completely lacking. Also the products are cheaply made and sent incorrectly with NO quality control. They also offered to refund me because I ended up having to refund my customer because it took so long. They said they would refund the cost + profits lost (which came straight from the owner) and NOTHING. Which isn't even that big of a deal .... but they are a company who's word means ....... NOTHING!! Save your customers / yourself the headache. I would not recommend them ..........!!!!! Also the design tools are not easy to use ..... you have to have other software in order to create your products (if you are a beginner it may not be the greatest). There are others print on demand companies out there that you can design it right in the app. So the ease of use with the teelaunch app ..... is not the greatest. I will also add both times I have had the app installed on our multiple sites they have lied about where they are located. Who really cares / why is it that big of a deal.

My original review was from 2 years ago now (see below). I was pleased with them at the time (3 orders in) but now I am over the top thrilled with this company! I have used them for well over 2500 orders now and I can honestly say after using several other POD companies, Teelaunch is the best. I only wish they offered Larger Vinyl Stickers and Car Magnets. Other than that, I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. And Kristy in Customer Service is the Best! She deserves a 5 Star review of her own! My original review 2 years ago: 3 orders in and I am very pleased, so are my customers. First-order was for 12 vinyl stickers and my customer was thrilled with the quality and the turnaround time. The second order was for 12 mugs for an attorney. She was very pleased with the quality and turnaround time, as well. One mug's printing was a bit smeared looking, Teelaunch immediately reprinted and sent a replacement mug within one business day. My customer could not believe how quickly the replacement arrived. She told me that she was sure she would be waiting for an eternity. The 3rd order was for a mug and I was told by my customer that her gift recipient loved it. I would highly recommend Teelaunch. Easy to use app, wonderful quality and speedy service, not to mention their prices are fabulous. My one and only complaint is the s&h cost for multiple mugs. $74 is a bit outrageous for 24 mugs sent UPS Ground. I may have lost a sale due to this, but I am still hopeful.

The ABSOLUTE BEST Customer Service I have ever experienced in 6 years in the industry. This is one Company that responds QUICKLY to emails. When you have an issue they are on it. If the first level can't help them it's referred directly to the owner who jumps right in to provide assistance. There is no "email fear" of waiting days for a response. It's timely and I don't think I have ever waited longer than 15 minutes! The app is easy to accomplish and the interface with Etsy is a breeze. My Print and Mail timeframes are certainly within 5 business days and with over 30 "test" orders out the door there has been ZERO quality complaints. Through our follow-ups we have been looking for complaints and all that we heard were "Very Happy" and "Would Order Again". We are certainly happy we made the change from doing our own DTG printing to Teelaunch!

I’ve been in the POD space for about 6 years. Started on other platforms before there where a ton of integrations for Shopify and since then i’ve moved to creating Shopify stores. Finding a reputable POD partner was not easy. No need to say names but i’ve tested plenty of them and TeeLaunch quality exceeds the others and has great prices as well. I initially tested them out for Canvases and they blew the other POD I tested out of the water. The quality of print, vibrancy, and canvas material was on another level. After that I decided to test them for clothing and again was surprised at the high quality of print compared to the other POD i’ve used. To top it off they actually have a customer support team that responds extremely quick as well as on Saturday and Sundays. To me that type of support is extremely important and rare now a days. One thing they could work on though is shipping times (only a few other their products are on the slower side). Their in house items like tumblers i’ve seen ship same day which is insanely fast for a POD company…and i’m talking actual scans from USPS receiving the package the same day. Canvases and some others take a bit longer than I would like. Besides the shipping times for some items, TeeLaunch ticks 3 very important boxes for me: Quality, Support, and Price. Plus they are always adding new products, and their product line is very unique with items not regular found from other companies.

I like that they have flags, as I've been looking for a company to print those for me. I do wish they had more than one size, and that they made outdoor flags as well, but this is good. I'm not thrilled that I can't duplicate a product and then amend it, so I have to enter all information from scratch for each version. UPDATE: I'm really impressed with Teelaunch's customer service. I had an email waiting for me within an hour of posting my review, to give me information and see what they could do to improve my experience. Learning that teelaunch makes all their products in Utah is great. They have indicated that they can offer other sizes of flags, and will look into it. The flags ARE of a quality that can handle outdoor use, however the recommendation is due to their being printed on one side only, so they don't look good on a flagpole. WIth this information, I can market my flags much better. Regarding the interface, they are still working to add more ease of use and functionality, and they took my suggestions seriously. I really like to support smaller companies, so I'm willing to put in a little extra time setting up products for the level of quality and support they offer. Really impressed! Changed my review from 4 stars to 5 stars. Well-deserved.

I needed a POD service that offered my customers an option to personalize products with their own images. I tried a couple other popular ones, but there was something in my store's coding that didn't allow their apps to function correctly for my customers. Even when asking for assistance, I only received generic replies from their "support" teams. I ran into the same coding problem when I tried Teelaunch, and went through the motions of requesting help - figuring I'd get the same generic unhelpful replies. Imagine my surprise though when Kristy got right back to me in minutes, asking me if I would mind if Chris checked out my site. I was a bit skeptical initially, but took a chance. Chris and associates literally spend days trying to figure out what was wrong with my site. Turns out it was a very simple fix - but it was an unusual problem that they had not run into before. Bottom Line: Very responsive company and decent line of products. I did make an initial test purchase prior to writing this and found the quality very nice for the price point. Trustworthy and friendly staff - that alone makes them winners in my book. They also seem to be adding more personalization options - which is exactly what my site needs. I plan on using Teelaunch for a very long time. Edit: I have updated my review to a full 5 star in light of communication to fix the situation by the owner over a policy change that caught us off guard. I have been with teelaunch for over 4 years and hope to continue that relationship in the future. Communication and customer support have almost always been top notch. With that in mind, it is my hope that in the future they make it MUCH MORE CLEAR when policy updates, removal of products, changes to pricing/shipping occur, like adding it to the newsletter. The help desk that houses a lot of information isn't even accessible from the main menu on the website. The website in general could use a face lift in the future. It would also be great if they could expand into hats and better branding options to stay competitive in the POD field. It would also be nice to see success stories or other shops being featured in the blog that are utilizing teelaunch in there stores. Overall, I still highly recommend partnering with them, just know that they are growing and with that comes new obstacles, so stay informed. They are thankfully still a very personal company that cares about their brand, so I hope they never lose that passion. They have a few descent products but their customer service is lacking. With that said, they do respond quickly during normal business hours. The customer service agent Dave Alpers was rude, condescending and ignorant. Rather than take constructive criticism about how their app doesn't show the products I created and imported to my store, they say you can see it in Shopify by looking under all products and searching for the word teelaunch which is what the vendor will be listed as. Although that is true and as they said "it's basically the same thing" being basically the same is not the same. They still don't have a section showing the products you've imported into your store. That is not user friendly or good for business. Every other dropshipping app that I have been using and I use about a dozen lists the products of theirs that have been imported into our store. Poor manners from customer service and their less than average overall product offering knocks them down to three stars. Do keep in mind that they have a YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCRGszI7ZL-IYQ2dylXJQPvg) where they post videos that you can use to embed in your product descriptions for some (not all) products. I don' really think that is true because he seemed pretty purposeful in his response to be that way to me. However, the call from the owner made me update their review to three stars from the original two-star rating. There is still room for improvement and I am weary of order fulfillment based on others reviews...wait and see game now... Still no list of products imported. :(

I am a business owner that not only produces many of the dynamic custom products we offer and sale, but also collaborates with other manufacturers to compliment and round out our entire eCommerce store. My perspective is different because I am more versed in managing complex production processes versus selling products online. So, let me be clear...there are SO many constraints in making physical products and getting them to customers on-time. WHY I appreciate Teelaunch and their services is because no one can be perfect in manufacturing. It’s impossible. So instead of criticizing, I understand what is more important than building unrealistic expectations around delivery for products I sell, but don’t produce myself is this...Does the company I want to collaborate with minimize my risk by creating technology and partnerships that always try to do the right thing and a good job? Is Teelaunch perfect? No. Do they have a vision, leadership and a staff dedicated to the prospects of performing as much as constraints allow? THEY DO. In my experience 90% on-time is good. They took 24 days to get the product to my customer which made my business look bad. I had to refund the product to the customer, but received no compensation from them, no apology, and when I checked in with them (daily) they were very rude and defensive. One response I got was this: "It has only been 11 business days". If you're looking to keep a good reputation for your business I would STRONGLY recommend not using this app.

They can't even get sample orders right... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY. Terrible customer service. Dave (owner and customer service rep) has proven himself incompetent and unprofessional. Here's what happened: I placed my first sample order on teelaunch app and received an email saying it was not being fulfilled. So I cancelled the order. Then I asked DAVE and followed his instructions for placing another sample order. I got the same error email saying the order is not being fulfilled, AND the sample discount was not applied for the second order. NOW both orders are in production, none were cancelled and I was charged for both cancelled orders! Haven't heard back from Teelaunch or Dave since. Bunch of amateur thieves. Or maybe it's just Dave by himself? Either way, Teelaunch won't last long in this economy. Good bye Teelaunch! HAHA!

I have been using Teelaunch exclusively for my shop for a little over two years now. While there are some bumps once in a while as is to be expected with any POD, they have always worked with me to resolve any issues I encounter. Out of over 1000 orders I have only ever had returns due to customers not expecting the small size of the small blankets (even with dimensions posted). I have since removed the size option and havent had any further issues. I have all 5 star reviews on my Etsy shop, which focuses largely on blankets, and a few pouches, tumblers, tapestries, wall art, and tees. The blankets are extremely high quality and everyone that has touched one or bought one from me has been extremely satisfied. I have done expensive custom pieces for coworkers with nothing but rave reviews. As I said before, during times where there have been hiccups, delays in shipment time or a customer request to change something they weren't fully comfortable with, Kristy and Dave have made sure to resolve the issues for me and respond in a timely fashion. They offer a unique variety of products as well which is awesome. I would say that overall they are an awesome company striving to grow and add new products to their offerings. I see active effort on their part in resolving issues as they arise in quality control and fulfillment times, and a true desire to put out high quality products and make sure customers are happy. As a small business owner new to this business model that would not be able to afford my own equipment and overhead to run such a shop, I am extremely grateful for this company and the possibilities it opens up for me. I have tried Printful as well but the profit margin is so small with their super high prices. Teelaunch makes sure to price so that you can actually make money on your sales. That is a huge plus. Just stay in close communication with your customers if there is an unforseen delay, I have had minimal issues in so doing during the hurricane and shift in production facilities that slowed down orders. I see negative feedback on here but honestly, fulfilling probably thousands of orders a day, there is bound to be an issue here and there for any company, it is all in how they handle the hiccups. They strive to show a pattern of improvement in every area to build a stronger and more useful service as time goes on. I also want to mention their designer Andy is awesome. He answers technical questions and offers helpful feedback even after business hours and literally edited a design for me when I was stuck on an expensive custom order and trying to figure out Photoshop. I cant number the amount of tedious questions he has happily answered as I was learning the ropes and building my shop and trust in the company. He is a another reason I truly love and appreciate this company. Give them a shot.

I've been working with teelaunch for a little over a year, and I've had an entirely positive experience. Here are some of the things that I appreciate about teelaunch: * awesome customer (seller) experience - customer service team responds within hours and provides helpful responses * products ship in a timely fashion 99% of the time * great product selection - and always expanding * many fulfillment partners for some types of products, including worldwide fulfillment for faster shipping to international customers - makes a huge difference for customer experience when receiving item in a shorter timeframe Honestly, after working with teelaunch for a year, I have nothing bad to say about them. I have been selling POD and working with other vendors for over two years, and teelaunch is one of my favorites. Easy to work with, reliable, good communication. Sure, there are things that happen from time to time. Maybe a specific fulfillment partner has a problem that delays some orders. But that's just how it goes no matter who I'm working with. And I find that teelaunch's customer service is a cut above, which helps tremendously. Honestly, I wish I could think of something to criticize about teelaunch because it might lend more credibility to this review. But the honest truth is, I have no complaints.

Shipping took 30 days-70 days, unbelievable that my products got through quality-control (not sure if it exists) and customer service with Dave (owner) was a nightmare. Regarding my dissatisfaction with defective items, he told me "Rather you sell 100 a day or 1 a day that is how we handle it." Save yourself some heartache and stress and pay a little more somewhere else. Mainly because of the owners bad attitude, I would not recommend them. EVER.

I have been using tee launch for quite some time and have had very little issues. in this past month or 2 I have had so many customer complaints on late orders. Items that were taking 2 to 3 days from order to ship are taking 5 to 9 days in production and then no tracking data on shipments. Lost orders as well as orders not shipping in order. I have had to request orders that were lost be reissued instead of this being suggested by the company itself. This is the holiday season and my business is taking a hit because several orders that were placed from back on November 30th are still not delivered to my customers. I am beyond disappointed.

Luckily, that wasn't the end of the story. Chris, the owner of TeeLaunch, contacted me directly to resolve the issue. Chris was very friendly, and more than willing to do whatever it took to fix things. No company is perfect but, when the owner of a company takes their personal time to fix an issue for one of their clients, that's a company you WANT to work with! This app has been nothing but hassles for my business. As an apparel e-com store owner I would not recommend them. Their app lacks basic functionality and features, if you have to do anything it takes forever and they have an extremely slow and difficult to use "manual ordering" setup. If you want to place a manual order, forget it. You have to create a duplicate order in shopify where it emails your customer again and messes up your accounting adding the price onto your daily sales twice. The "order processing" page looks like something out of a 1998 PC word document, has zero useful information and no ideas or ETA's or order processing. Surprisingly their customer service is pretty on point, and had no problems there. However, end of the day the app has to work and it doesn't - unless you JUST STARTED a new store and have it sync'd up automatically from the beginning and ARE NOT SHIPPING TO CANADA, it's just going to cause you lost time, money and stress. I wouldn't even recommend it for USA orders. If you're looking to ship POD use Printful instead or for Canada, use "redbubble".

Tee Launch is great. You get custom product in up to two weeks and it looks great when you follow the templates. I can't stress it enough! FOLLOW THE TEMPLATES AND GUIDLINES. If you don't make sure your artwork is good, you're not going to get good product, and thats your fault. Customer Service is great, I've had representatives respond back to me at 11 at night. Plus the price point is better than any other dropshipping app I have, with a larger variety of any other dropshipping ap I've tried.

Their prices were really low compared to other print-on-demand companies, but I quickly found out you get what you pay for. Crooked prints on mugs, incorrect color shirts shipped, terrible and clueless customer service, and app unreliability were the main issues. I have a lot of mixed feelings about Teelaunch and I would love to see them improve their interface, as they seem to really care about their customers, but I must choose to go elsewhere after over 20 hours of tweaking my collection and having to start again from scratch. I just realized today, when I was ready to launch, that their interface has a glitch that will alter design sizes (please read below) when you are creating multiple garments using the same design/file. The good: - Customer support is amazing. A girl named Kristy answered my questions in 5 minutes or less during business hours. I had some questions about resolution and Dave was helpful and even recorded a video showing me how to fix my problem. - When you upload one design, you can create many different types of t-shirts (unlike Printful, where you need to create each piece individually). This should be basic on every POD. I don't understand having to upload the same image on every. single. t-shirt. What I'd love to see changed: - Many times when you finish to place your design and you hit "Create", the interface bugs and you need to start from scratch. - Many time while you're adjusting your design on a piece (let's say on a t-shirt), the interface changes the size on other pieces as well (that was the last drop for me). - There are only three options of moving your design on a garment. This means you need to create a single individual size for each product, except for t-shirts. - Automatically their interface will cut down your design where it has transparent areas. The problem about this is that, for example, if your design is too close to the neck, as you only have 3 pre-determined options of placement on the t-shirt (no dragging), you need to reopen your design on Illustrator, create an invisible pixel on it so it doesn't get trimmed by their interface, export and upload it again. It's annoying because sometimes it looks great on a Hoodie but it looks bad on a Baby's Bodysuit. - The info of the products and titles DO NOT go automatically to the description, which I find to be really time-consuming. This means you need to copy it individually from their website (or uploading area) and paste them individually on each product. I ended up downloading a bulk editor. - The measurement of clothing come only on a single PDF, so you have to navigate through it, find the garments you are working with and then type them down manually, as you cannot just copy and paste them on a chart. I have tried all PODs that have reviews above 4 and I understand no POD will be perfect, but at this point, I was going to have to redo my entire collection as I just noticed the interfacing changing my design sizes continuously. I loved their customer support and I do hope they improve these issues that make it really hard to work around despite my best efforts (such as creating invisible pixels, typing down all measurements manually, using an external bulk editor. If they do, I'd be happy to revisit my review and their interface.

One of their printing facilities was affected by a hurricane weeks ago yet they've continued to take orders for the items they knew they wouldn't be able to fulfill anytime soon without telling sellers but continuing to charge them when those orders come in. Now we have orders that have been stuck "in production" for two weeks and angry customers.

I've been using teelaunch for well over a year. Everything I've gotten or sent out has been excellent. Recently I had a customer that needed some custom team shirts for a conference they were attending. Like most customers they needed it yesterday. I got the shirts designed and the order placed. I contacted Christopher at teelaunch to see about a rush option on the order. They don't have a rush service but he would see what he could do. Less than 12 hours later the shirts were printed and waiting to be picked up by the shipping company. The customer had their shirts in time to wear them at their conference. Christopher and the teelaunch went out of their way to make sure I could keep my customer happy. For a small business like mine, that makes a huge impact on my reputation. I can't express how much I appreciate everything they did for me.

I used this app to help make shirts for my store. The app is really easy to use, the product adds to the store with ease, and the prices are quite low for the quality of product you recieve. I've tried a few other POD services, and I always end up stocking my shop with Teelaunch products more so than any other supplier. It would be great if there was a simple way to add varients to a product already in my shop, or easily make edits to the graphics once in the shop, but being able to load a graphic to many types of tops all at once is amazing. BE SURE TO REVIEW PERMISSIONS BEFORE INSTALLING Turnaround times are 5-7 business days *from the time they enter production* which is much longer than average for same product types. All orders are also placed on mandatory 24 hour hold before being processed, adding further delay. TeeLaunch is requesting an extremely high level of access & authority which is completely unnecessary and unrelated to their stated function. This includes access to ALL customer data whether related to TeeLaunch orders or not, control over all pages, the ability to create redirects and modify shop coding. Support's first step was to demand even further control. I placed three initial orders. The orders were pushed to TeeLaunch and appeared under the orders tab in the app. However, shortly thereafter I received a message insisting that the shop's master fulfillment setting be changed to "Automatic" or the orders would not be processed. Three days after the initial order was placed it still had not progressed from pending to production. As confirmed with Shopify support, this is not only unnecessary but highly unadvisable. TeeLaunch's API already had authority well beyond what was needed to create products, receive, process and fulfill orders. Further, the only legitimate difference between "Manual" and "Automatic" master fulfillment settings is whether the shop owner/staff need to click 'Request Fullfillment" prior to the order being pushed to the app. Pressed on the issue, TeeLaunch support staunchly stood by the requirement and refused to fill the orders until it was done. When the extent of the permissions granted to the app were reviewed, I confronted support about the extremely suspicious degree of access & authority and asked their reasoning. I received a one sentence response: "I can delete the app." Strongly advise any shop against installing this app until is reviewed further by Shopify and requested permissions are curtailed to necessary and applicable functionality.

I've been using Teelaunch exclusively for about a year with a 1000% satisfaction rate. I chose them initially for a number of reasons, the primary one being their easy-to-use interface. I've seen over time that their tech support and customer service are consistently fast, accurate and on target. In all the hundreds of products sold in all my stores, I have never had one complaint about quality or timeliness of delivery. In fact, people go out of their way to compliment the quality. In all my 45 years of being in business, I rarely have seen such a well-run company so my hats off to Mr. Hamze and the rest of the staff. I didn't need much hand-holding because their interface is so easy to use, but it was there in case I wanted it. Their integration with Shopify is also exemplary. And I appreciate that they batch orders 6 times per day which makes my bookkeeping and accounting much easier! As I go forward with more stores, I hope nothing changes with Teelaunch! UPDATED and Angry: my last experience where someone ordered something on the 11th, contacted teelaunch and spoke to a dave that told me its school time so its harder to get things out. The customer ordered it on the 11th to get it in fast shipping time like every other person ordering something does. Well Dave told me on the 21st 24-48 hours. Guess what, 48 hours AND STILL not shipped. Worse experience ever. Never use again and I recommend to use anyone else but this company UPDATE: Wow they ship super fast. Absolutely amazing quality. They just really need to add more products Couple things, first off I want to say this is the most SEAMLESS clothing integration there is for shopify. And its nice creating products; wish you could add more than 1 design on the front or back of the shirt. Multiple uploads is not an option. You would have to edit your file in PS or AI or whatever you use to get it to work with a lot of logos or designs on the logo. They need some more items in the store for me to rate it a 5 star. I hope they are screen printing and not digital prints. No hats or beanies???

Just wanted to take a moment and share my experience with Teelaunch with regards to setting up my shop https://lovefortheplanet.com. The team at Teelaunch is super-speedy to answer your questions, and I never once felt alone or "stuck" while configuring my Shopify account. They're willing to go the extra mile, and it shows. As for the setup itself? Their system of letting you download a template, configure your design, then upload and preview it is pretty awesome. Really, you just have to be concerned with the designs and colors (and pay attention to the tips they give you with regards to the templates) and if you do that, then it's a pretty painless process. Like for example, they have a template which allows you to upload an image onto an American Apparel Men's shirt. This uploader is really cool in that once you upload it, you can even change where the image is located, how big it is, etc. Then, once you do this once — you'll have something like 10 color variants built in, with many sizes as well — all from uploading the template once! I smiled when I saw this hit my site :) Overall, I went with Teelaunch after doing quite a bit of research (and reading reviews). I won't bag on any competition here, but Teelaunch seemed to me to be the most customer-focused print-on-demand / drop-shipping company, and that mattered to me. I had read horror stories about other companies and how they aren't very forgiving or flexible when it comes to returns, etc, so I figured it was worth going with Teelaunch since they not only have quite a large selection of items that you can ship from your site (they have dog bowls — rad!) but they also clearly value their customers, and for that I'm a fan.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLE PRODUCTION TIME! NASTY NASTY NASTY! These guys changed the turn around time from 5 days to 9 days without telling me! My items primarily sell on eBay so I ended up getting a bunch of shipping defects and now my seller rating has fallen below standard. Anyone who sells on eBay knows this is DEATH to your sales and near impossible to dig yourself out of the hole for a WHOLE YEAR! My sales have dropped 75% because of Teelaunch. Whats worse is that they continue to be non-apologetic about it - they act like it's MY fault! Do yourself a favor and move your stuff over to Gooten. Their CSR's are actually HELPFUL and they use the exact same printers (but ship items MUCH faster). Well worth the extra few dollars you pay for the service! OH YEAH - and Teelaunch still has a small cosmetic bag of mine "in production" for going on 9 days now! Even after I removed all my products from their fulfillment I'm STILL getting screwed!

I have been working with the Teelaunch team since Oct 2017 and I think I am qualified to give this 5 star review after that amount of time. We started with mugs and then did some apparel and bags. Everything has been great. The customer service has been excellent. Any issues have been quickly solved and to a higher standard than expected. My only complaint would be the expensive shipping to Australia on a lot of items killing the profit margins because we currently don't have a great exchange rate. So I would like to add more products but can't right now. That's not really their fault, it is what it is. I have dabbled with other suppliers and while you might save a dollar or two somewhere else, it's not worth the headaches if you have a problem. Highly recommend the teelaunch app and team.

You'll be in for a shock if you encounter Dave. Unprofessional, rude and either does not know how to solve issues or refuses to. Trying to order samples for a store, paid in full upfront per their instructions, now they are refusing to i) fulfil the order ii) refund the 50% (for sample) unless they see screenshots because it does not show in their system. So sent screenshots, even then they claim they now need access to my store to verify the order, because apparently i) their app, ii) their PayPal, iii) our PayPal screenshot iv) the orders screenshot per their request are insufficient. What a waste of time. Refuse to resolve issues. Obviously not vetted by Shopify. Highly unprofessional, thieves. Absolutely disgusting.

DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM IF YOU WANT TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS. I opened my store a little while back, worked diligently with the graphics, the photos, artwork placement, logos, everything.. I did all the work. Placed an order to get some of my samples so I could do a photoshoot with them and get some actual product photos up. Waited. and waited. and waited. for a month. Checked my account everyday to see when my items would be shipped. Idle. Nothing. Not a notice, not an email something was wrong, nothing. Finally contact teelaunch, and they go back and forth with me for 2 WEEKS, trying to figure out what shopify and teelaunch are not connecting. They tell me they have had the same issue with 50 000 other clients.. That its resolved but when I try to place the add, it never shows in teelaunchs app. I gave them full access to my shop, no headway. The customer service rep promised to send out the samples complimentary of teelaunch, but says *I* have to place the order. I tried, 3 times, still no order went through. Then the CS agent simply states, that he thinks they are not a suitable fit for my business, that they were not able to cater to my needs. Teelaunch, If you're unable to simply get a few samples out for a budding business, YOU have NO BUSINESS owning and operating a platform that has been having these issues, for months now. Appalling customer service and professionalism, sign up if you want to waste your time !!

If you have a print on demand side to your business - or if it represents your entire business - then you should look into Teelaunch. I currently have 3 separate businesses (a t-shirt company, a gift shop, a wall art company) that use Teelaunch as their primary fulfillment partner, and I could not be happier. I have been designing and selling POD products for more than five years and have tried many different fulfillment companies. One, which I wanted to like a lot, constantly had inventory issues. They'd run out of blanks and my products would have to be put on hold or taken down completely. Others had shipment problems or were too expensive. Teelaunch is not only one of the least expensive providers (please, Teelaunch, don't use this as a reason to up your prices), thereby leaving you more profit, but you cannot beat their customer service. As with any business, you will run into customer service issues. I have had delivery problems, such as when the post office could not deliver to Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria, customers who came back a day after placing their orders who wanted to change the shipping method or address, you name it - and Teelaunch has always come through, which helps my businesses look good. Whenever I have an issue, or a question, or a suggestion (such as, please include 8 x 10 and 11 x 14 in your poster sizes as these are standard sizes for matting and framing), Teelaunch always responds within a couple of hours, if not before, and they work with me until everything is resolved to my customers' benefit. A shout out, especially, to Dave and Kristy, the reps I regularly work with and who have earned my deepest respect and appreciation. Case in point: last week I wrote to Teelaunch asking if they have any images of the back side of their wrapped canvases that I could use for my Amazon listings. Within 15 minutes, Dave replied to my email with four images attached - he had taken them with his phone just for me because I asked. Amazing. Great customer service, such a simple thing, but very important! Try Teelaunch - I cannot recommend it enough

prices are higher than what their description says, only accepts PNG files larger than 2400px for a t-shirt which is just a ridiculous size compared to most photos being half of that. This app isn't for me, I will find another one like it.. hopefully better.

We have been using Teelaunch for about three months now and thus far I have nothing but great things to say about their customer service. I have worked with Kristy, Christopher and Dave and all three have been fantastic. Once you get used to the app it is very simple to upload your images and get things going. Their apparel prices are much better than the other POD companies I've tried. And they offer a free size replacement to the customer. In my opinion, this alone makes them worth using if you are selling apparel. They are constantly working on making things easier for us and although there may be a hiccups here and there, they always make things right. Oh and their Facebook group is a huge help too!

It's an ok app. It is user-friendly but there are several minuses as well. The production and shipping are very slow. My other POD supplier has my items out the door in 4 business days flat. I never know how long it going to take for orders to ship. In addition, their prices are quite high. They suggest selling a phone case for $35 and it will cost you $11. I don't know what kind of phone cases people are getting away with selling at $35 but my customers are not paying that for a plastic phone case. Just be sure to crunch the numbers carefully to make sure you can make a decent product without breaking the bank and make sure your customers know how long it will take to get their products. I think there are suppliers who can get the product out quicker than 5-7 business days. Last, the picture size thing is annoying. Just be prepared for some pics to have to be resized before placing on the product. Revised to 4 stars. The owner contacted me to address my concerns. That's great customer service and even though no company or product is perfect, I appreciate that sort of service tremendously. The production/shipping was better explained and it's fine. Not much can be about the pricing and the sizing issue was with my logo I believe not my designs. So, definitely give the app a try.

I ordered a t-shirt sample with my custom design on it 3.5 weeks ago (Oct 29th) and still have not yet received it. I've been told that Asentia shipping does not track once in Canada (from the US) and there is no way I would expose my (Canadian) customers to this kind of service from an integrity perspective. I was very excited to use TeeLaunch for my business / site which planned to launch last week - in time for Black Friday/Cyber Monday - and now not only will I not be going with this vendor, I've lost out on promoting my site/products in time for this holiday. I'm incredible bummed & disappointed.

Having talked to him, I thought I would install his app and check it out. I must say, it is a great design and is very easy to use. There is a wide selection of customizable products available... and it is very easy to add your designs to those products. The app itself is excellent, works well, and is easy to use. The samples I received were decent but not amazing. I would consider it "good enough" but not something I could charge a premium for. The reason for the 3 stars is because when I received the package it had my personal information all over it. The shipping label contained my home address as the origin and the packing slip contained my personal phone number. Teelaunch has a specific area within their app for you to enter your personal information. This information is for their internal use. They also have a business information area for things such as business return address and business phone number. While, I was sure to keep my personal information separate from my business information, teelaunch just threw it on their label and packing slip. I did reach out to support about this problem. I was told they didn't know where the business information gets pulled from. I sent them pictures of the problem on the label, slip, and within their app. They said they would reach out to development. It's nice that they may eventually work on a fix but I have since removed the t-shirts from my shop. The relaxed response from support makes me feel that there is no sense of urgency. I wonder how many merchants have unknowingly exposed their personal information to their customers due to this problem. This is not the first time I've had packaging issues with TL. I had another issue with packaging and marketing materials last year [different shop].

On Shopify, you have several apps to choose from for printing and fulfillment. I strongly recommend that this is the only one you use. First of all, let's talk about service. They are fast to respond and really strive to make you feel valued. I think each one of their staff members is amazing! Product selection - I mainly sell mugs, so my use of product is limited, but occasionally, I create T-Shirts as well. They have a great selection of products to choose from and their costs are awesome. You can make great margins with their selections! Plus, if you are going to pay a monthly fee like some of these other programs require, they are just making up for margins elsewhere. Don't pay a subscription - Get this app and service and keep your margins high! (Bottom and Top-line!) Quality - These aren't cheap supplied merchandise from China that breaks (and yes, I have tried a couple other fulfillment companies which I will not mention here, but have had mugs that break by simply setting down or crack in the dishwasher). They may not have a ton of offerings like some places, but the selection they have high quality. Shipping - I love how they can find the most reasonable costed carriers, plus the packing they do for mugs is awesome! Polystyrene packers that are thick and while I don't recommend you try to drop them, I have a couple times on accident and in that packaging, they don't break! Don't let someone ship you a mug with peanuts and bubbles! Awesome shipping! The bottom line is I give them 5 stars because they deserve it. It's hard for me to give 5 stars, let alone on other sites, but this company is great. Keep up the great work teelaunch!

Although I had a few issues with my first order, I spoke with the owner and he upgraded shipping to 2nd day air so my customer would get their order within the time frame allotted. I have not heard back yet regarding quality of items ordered. No news is good news? Maybe. Pro's 1. Easy app 2. Good Prices 3. Decent, on the verge of good, customer service. I received quick replies, but was given incorrect information at certain times. But, they were willing to look at the situation for me. 4. Customer received product within the stated time frame. Con's 1. The shipping charge on the invoice was less than what I was charged by quite a bit. I was told the shipping charge would never be the same as what the invoice shows. I use shopify "lite" so that may have had something to do with it. Either way, I was told I would have to add up the shipping cost manually for every order I place. I'd rather not do that. 2. It took 10 days for my order to ship. I had to reach out to them after 9 days to see why it was taking so long and was told it would take longer to ship since it was a larger order. I had 13 items total, made up of 2 different products. 3. Their production time and shipping rules need to be made clearer. If you order more than one type of product, it may take longer than the statd 3-5 days to ship. Owner stated he would make that clearer on his website.

Although the products are slightly more expensive than other shopify apps, teelaunch is so easy to navigate. Its usability alone is five star quality, as is the product selection and product quality. I would like to know more about the products though. Although a lot of them say dishwasher safe, they do not specify whether or not they are microwaveable. Overall great app.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! After countless tries, I am giving up on this company. We had a customer order in March and the printing was wrong. Their customer service said they would correct and resend a new product. After 16 emails, they still have not responded nor sent a replacement to the customer. We would not recommend this platform. There are so many more options out there, don't waste your time! UPDATED rating from 1 to 3 STAR: After leaving the 1 Star review, the owner of the company contacted me and worked with me diligently to make my customer happy. While the damage to our company's credibility with our customer cannot be mended, at least there was a valiant effort made to restore credibility as a business partner. We are uncertain if we'd use this company again as there are many, many more options, but I will say their platform is hands down the best one for uploading and positioning the images. I would recommend ordering a sample before just posting on your site though to ensure the quality is what you want.

UPDATE - 6/23/17 After a few years, we decided to give them another go. They've consistently printed my products extremely quickly and with great quality. I highly recommend them for all your POD items. UPDATE - 11/4/2015 Despite the trouble I had starting up, I stuck with them with hopes they would get better. Within a few hours of posting the review, the owner contacted me. He helped me solve a few of the issues I was having. Since then, not a problem. If you're looking for t-shirt fulfillment, with a lower cost, definitely look into Teelaunch. --------------- Original Review: Easy to set-up, good concept, good phone cases, and relatively quick turnaround. However... Horrible customer service. I've sent multiple emails with no response. Come on... In addition to this, I ordered a few shirts and a phone for myself to see the quality of them. Really? The size of the print one my shirt is maybe 1/3 or 1/4 of what the mockup shows. And the quality is not too great. I would not wear this shirt. The white underbase on one of my designs did not even line-up with the color layer on top. (A white underbase is how you print colors on dark shirts). I'm not even sure why they would send these shirts out...I got two different designs and not too impressed. The phone case came out good, however. Good concept, but have some ways to go.

UPDATE... June 7 2017... After I wrote about my REALLY frustrating experience with Teelaunch (see below)... Christopher the owner of the company contacted me via email and spoke with me about my issue with them... he was... quite honestly... greatly concerned with my poor experience and wanted to take the time to reach out to me... He didn't have to step up... but he did and I appreciate that a lot... so... I'm going to try them again. I had originally rated my experience as a single star... I am changing that to 5 out of 5 because he made the effort to connect with me. I have to get into the nuts and bolts of the app and figure it out... but I'm hoping round two goes better! ORIGINAL REVIEW... June 5 2017... This review is strictly about Teelaunch's customer service... I added their app today to my Shopify store... but because I am from Canada their app wouldn't let me add my correct 2 letter province acronym when entering my credit card billing information... they only allow US credit card billing addresses... Dave... the customer service guy I was dealing with was quick to respond but WOW... was NOT helpful WHATSOEVER. Many of his responses were one line at best and contradictory to his other messages... BRUTAL! I have NEVER dealt with a customer service agent who did less and cared less than he did... EVER!!! I solved the problem myself by deleting their app... If I am having this much trouble with customer service... I don't think doing business with them will be any better. Good riddance!
