TikTok · Marketing and conversion
Every review we hold for TikTok, quoted in full, with the store that wrote it. The summary of what they say is on the app page, and every line of it opens onto the reviews below.
Bigger stores rate TikTok 0.5 lower than the crowd does. The App Store prints one number; the store behind each review is the part it never shows.

It was a bit confusing in some areas, especially when it came to porting over my products from Shopify. One example being that my kids shirts are 'restricted' and TikTok Shop is requesting a TON of documentation. I have a third party fulfilling my shirts for me so that is super annoying.

I think selling on TikTok is great but only being able to have 20 items listed isn't great. Also the 30 days before getting paid is hard. I understand you have to make sure something isn't getting returned but when you have over $300 of orders on hold and you are a individual just trying to make money it can be hard waiting for this money to come in. But I don't have any other solutions so I do understand.
