  honestly I will uninstall this app. If you are in Netherlands don't use it. The app doesn't automatically update the status and I have to constantly retract it to make it work. It's just not competent. I like the feature but what's the use if the tracking doesn't work at all? I have to submit retract for every step. No status updates like picked up but the courier or in sorting centre. To do that you have to manually retrack. Avoid it

  Spent several hours helping identify and explain a bug in this app. The team used my store to reproduce the issue, tested fix, and ultimately improved their product based on bug that was reproduced on my app During our conversations, I mentioned that I was planning to purchase the annual plan, and I was under the impression that my time and assistance would be recognized accordingly. Unfortunately, when it came time to subscribe, they refused to extend the discount to the annual plan and stated that the previous discount was unrelated to any future purchase. While I appreciate that the bugs were eventually fixed, the overall experience left me disappointed. I invested a significant amount of time helping improve the app and, in the end, felt that my contribution and loyalty as a potential long-term customer were not valued. I hope the they reconsiders how it treats customers who go out of their way to assist with troubleshooting and product improvements.

  super app! very good customizacion. It would be amazing for improving giving the opportunity to see the images updated at the moment in the customizacion page when we upload a new image. Now we have to move to the “view” page. Another thing, the app need to put a widget of customizacion to the store owners to be able to make reviews of clients about the shipping, for the clients that have ordered to see it. Furthermore, in this section it would be so important to make a “leave your review” section, to increase the review rate of the new clients.   Excellent tracking app for dropshipping Track123 is a must-have Shopify app for anyone doing dropshipping or international sales. It automatically tracks orders from AliExpress, CJDropshipping, and hundreds of other suppliers and updates the tracking info directly in Shopify and sends notifications to customers. The dashboard is clean and easy to use, and the automatic updates save me hours every week. Customer tracking emails look professional and have significantly reduced "where is my order" questions.   As other reviewers have said, this app sends incorrect data when customers track their order. For example a customer whose UPS package will be delivered today (according to the UPS tracking site), incorrectly showed the packaged will arrive over a week from now (tracking with Track123). Not acceptable.

  We’ve had a really great experience with this app. In the beginning, we had some challenges getting it properly integrated with our local carrier, Danske Fragtmænd. The tracking wasn’t fully aligned with their system, which made it difficult to give customers accurate updates. However, the support team was incredibly responsive and solution-oriented. They took the time to understand our setup and worked closely with us to fix the integration issues. Now everything works exactly as it should. Tracking updates are accurate, reliable, and perfectly synced with Danske Fragtmænd, which has significantly improved our customer experience. Highly recommended if you’re running a store in Denmark and need solid tracking functionality
