We'd been struggling with tracking Meta conversions using Facebook & Instagram app. It worked great with our primary country, but lose over 60% conversions for other countries. I hired freelancers, considered expensive options like Elevar or Stape until I stumbled upon this app. Today is the first day we use it and I already see all the conversions, can't tell how happy I am! Had a few minor issues switching from my previous setup to this app, as I saw in other comments, support worked great. I hope I find this app earlier

1 ★ Sends fake events, destroys your tracking data This app is a nightmare for anyone serious about tracking. I noticed something was off when my Meta Pixel started showing thousands of events that didn't match my actual store activity. No orders, no real add to carts but the app was firing events non stop in the background. Completely polluted my Facebook Ads data. My campaign optimization went sideways because Meta was learning from fake signals. Cost me real money before I figured out what was happening.

The main purpose and benefit of this app is to track conversions properly. Even after a zoom call reviewing all of our settings the app is COMPLETELY Incorrectly reporting our purchase conversions. Its reporting over 1000% higher purchases then our TOTAL online purchase counts for the day. The UTM parameters to show conversion details are not properly showing in Shopify. To aggravate the issue support is lacking. Slow to respond to even urgent escalations. If these issues are not immediately addressed most likely we will unstall the app and use the other competitor apps.

Works great, better than Meta's default CAPI for sure, fast and fool-proof to install. Got a little issue on my end but it was resolved by the support team. Nothing to complain about. For the advanced tracking, I bet their pricing is very much worth it. We were considering Triple Whale and Elevar which are obviously more advanced but not worth the money for the little extra they give, at least for our business scale.

Terrible Experience — Completely Broke My Tracking This app literally destroyed my tracking setup. As soon as I connected TikTok and Meta through Trackify, everything stopped working — no sales, no data, and my ads started wasting money with zero return. The support team is extremely slow — they told me to book a meeting after two days while I’m losing money every single day. That’s unacceptable for an app that claims to offer “advanced tracking.” On top of that, the app keeps logging me out for no reason, which makes managing anything even more frustrating. Honestly, this app is a total mess. I don’t recommend anyone to fall into this trap. I’ll be removing it immediately.

I’ve been using the Trackify app for our Shopify store for a long time, and their support has always been excellent with quick responses. Today, I noticed through the Chrome Pixel Helper extension that our store’s currency was being recorded incorrectly. Even though our official currency is set to GBP, the pixel was showing USD in certain sections. This plugin is incredibly difficult to use. I followed the instructions to activate it, but the pixel didn't install correctly. I contacted support, and they just mechanically told me the plugin was working properly. However, I tried several different ways to test it, and they all showed the pixel wasn't installed in my store. I highly recommend this plugin; it's incredibly difficult to use, and the poor support is truly disgusting.

Bad Experience with the app, in a week it crashed 2 times, none of the app reps informed me so we were running without a pixel... this is NOT cool. the app initially looked very promising due to the multiple pixels etc, However they must work on their STABILITY and actually inform store owner & tell them what to do when the app crashes (i had to go to event manager and then understand that for 2 days the app isn't sending any server events...)

Wow - Tanmay was INCREDIBLE and got me back up and running! My Facebook Pixel stopped recording activity on my Shopify store several months ago. Both FB and Shopify stated repeatedly that the pixel was installed correctly but still no activity was recorded. This is the worst app ever. Support team is not bad but app itself is not doing a good job. If you are choosing this app because it is cheaper than triplewhale and hyros don't do it. I lost a lot of money because of this app. Serverside api keeps disconnecting everyday by itself which is affecting ad results very bad.
