I placed my first order on Trendsi from my Shopify account, and Tendsi has not received the order. I then placed a second order, and again they have not received the order. So their order sync doesnt work1 Then they ask me for a million screenshots, like i must do all the work when their system is at fault. If orders dont sync to them, whats the use of this app? Also just found out their prices dont update either. Quite useless actually!!!

WARNIG: Trendsi does not update inventory daily. They do it just once every week and that is why the reason lots of the seller cannot get their orders fulfilled beacuse they doxnot traxk inventory. I placed an order for my client and AFTER 5 DAYS of making the payment they cancelled the order with no explanation. I had to come to customer chat to request a reason of why and they just said "sorry the product is out of stock" even when I contcated support 2 days after I placed the order to make sure rhey will send it to the client on time. So trendsi docnot care about your clients nor you rhey all care anout rhe membership you oay them beacuse eather if you make a sale or not they still get tour monthly money. So becarefull. I will unistsll rhis app for such of horrible service. My client is very mad and now I have a negative complaint on my store.

UPDATE (2026): After working more extensively with Trendsi, I still appreciate their responsive customer support and quality product offerings. Chette was recently very helpful in clearly explaining wholesale MQQ requirements and inventory options. Their product photography and sample quality continue to be strong advantages. My main feedback is that more flexibility in wholesale purchasing --especially mixed-color pack options--would be very helpful for small boutique owners. Overall, Trendsi remains a valuable sourcing partner with excellent support.

Updated review. I'm not sure what's going on at Trendsi, but things seem to have gone from bad to worse. Specifically, their shipping delays and lack of communication thereof. My last order took over a month to ship, and after I was told it was shipped, I was then told not all of the order was shipped, and I was being refunded for the piece that didn't ship (due to a quality issue, their generic reply). Their customer service only makes things worse. Why is it that I don't have shipping issues with the other 5 suppliers I use? I'll no longer be selling from Trendsi once I get their products removed from my store. Update-6/2 order placed, informed 6/12, it was out of stock, unacceptable!

Great product catalog and fast support response. I ran into a sold-out issue caused by the Trendsi fulfillment location being registered incorrectly for my store, which took some back-and-forth to diagnose. Trendsi has been very disappointing. I mainly use it to import items because the catalog is organized and, sometimes, the inventory tracking works. After importing items from Trendsi, I place my customer orders through other suppliers whenever possible. Unfortunately, the reliability of their inventory is inconsistent. There have been times when an order was placed by my customer and I paid for it, only for Trendsi to notify me days later that the item was suddenly out of stock or could not be fulfilled. If an order cannot be delivered or gets canceled, I should not be finding out three days later after my customer is already waiting. The customer service experience is also poor. Communication feels careless and generic. In my experience, they do not apologize for their mistakes or make a real effort to fix the issue. It often feels like they do not care because they are making enough money selling marked-up items to people who are new to dropshipping or do not know how to work with professional suppliers yet. The pricing is another major issue. Compared to other suppliers, Trendsi’s costs are inflated, while the products themselves are not unique or hard to find. The catalog may be easier to browse, but the same items can often be sourced from other suppliers for around $3–$5 less and with faster delivery. Another very serious concern is that I received an IP infringement notice from a product I imported through Trendsi. That creates real risk for sellers who are trusting supplier product data and listings to be safe to use. The only real benefit is the organized product catalog and occasional inventory tracking, but that is not enough to make up for the pricing, fulfillment issues, customer support, and potential IP risk. For sellers who care about margins, reliability, and customer experience, I would highly recommend using other suppliers to fulfill your orders.

I’m updating my review because the seller’s response is simply not true. My order has still not been shipped. I contacted customer support again, and they confirmed that they still do not have any shipping information or tracking available for my order. This is extremely frustrating. I placed my order almost a month ago, well before Chinese New Year. When I started asking why it hadn’t shipped, I was told the warehouse was closed for Chinese New Year. However, they have now been open for over two weeks, and my order is still not shipped. Every day I contact customer support, and every day I hear a new excuse about why the order hasn’t been sent. The only “solution” they offer is to wait, which I have already been doing for weeks. A supervisor even told me on March 2nd that the order would ship on March 8th, but now it’s March 10th and there is still no shipment and no update. The supervisor has also stopped responding completely. To make matters worse, the only compensation they offered was $20 on a wholesale order, which is extremely disappointing considering the inconvenience and the amount of time wasted. Instead of offering something reasonable like express shipping or a proper solution, they expect customers to just keep waiting. I have been placing orders with this company for over 2 years, and unfortunately I keep facing the same issues over and over again. For a company of this size, the customer support and problem resolution are far below acceptable standards. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

They completely shutdown their shipping operation in February They gave a window of 2/12-2/24 of slow shipping but they actually stopped shipping as of 2/1. I have orders that are now over a month old that have no delivery status. This is unacceptable. Their customer service team seems to not care because it is not their problem. This is no way to run a business. You took orders/money from customers with no problems but cannot ship the products. I'm having to cancel orders for my customers and it is tarnishing my brand. I have also received no feedback on orders that are still in a warehouse processing status that are 3-4 weeks old. I'm now receiving chargebacks from my customers. I'm actively looking for new vendors because this is not ok.

Extremely Disappointed I’m extremely disappointed with the products I received from Trendsi (T-R-E-N-D-S-I). The quality was far below expectations cheap materials, poor craftsmanship, and items that look nothing like something a legitimate wholesaler should be selling. Based on what I received, this feels less like a true wholesale supplier and more like low-grade dropshipping. The products resemble the kind of items you’d find on AliExpress or other ultra-cheap overseas marketplacesthin fabrics, flimsy accessories, and overall junk quality. Earrings, clothing, all of it felt mass-produced with zero quality control. If you’re running a serious business and care about customer satisfaction, this is not a supplier I would recommend. Selling this kind of merchandise risks damaging your brand and credibility. I regret doing business with them and will not be ordering again. i want my money back!

i am a shopify store owner and was doing a test purchase to see if all my integrations were working correctly for both my store and my account with trendsi ... i had to reach out to customer service to let a representative know the order that went thru *(yayyy) was just a test and bogus order!! my representative "Lorie" came up within 90 seconds of my reaching customer service and instructed me to just cancel the order shown and pooof it was gone.. excellent speedy customer service
