We’ve had an excellent experience with TryOn so far. Before committing, I had several questions about how the app would handle our unique “Try Before You Buy” process, including authorizations, partial captures, returns, and re-authorizations. Vance responded quickly, answered every question thoroughly, and provided outstanding support throughout the process. Outstanding support is just as important as a great app, and Vance has been a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

Great app, easy set up. The step-by-step tutorial video on YouTube is super helpful and answered almost all of my questions. For any other questions they have a live chat. Perfect option for our luxury clothing brand where we get frequent returns. Very satisfied!

Easy to set up! Can easily see this being the future of ecommerce, seems like a no brainer to let customers try before they get charged! Optimistic to see what this does to my conversion rate and overall revenue.

A really simple and excellent application! Support is extremely fast and does the job the same day! I'm really pleased to know that we can select the number of days after we want to collect the payment after his purchase, because other applications offer only 3 / 5 or 14 days ... Plus there's paypal integration! I recommend it 100%.

This is a very good app for a Try Before Buying program. It works seamlessly with the Shopify store and can be integrated aesthetically with the design of the Theme so it doesn't seem like an "add on". I particularly like the "authorized credit card" hold so the risk of not capturing the funds after the trial period is reduced. I found the best part was working with the Tryon Team for support. They were very responsive, helpful, and always accessible and made the implementation virtually effortless. I would highly recommend this app.

Don't waste your time. The app has a problem with shopify payment integration (verified by 2 web developers that do not work for tryon, but the app says no issue on their end)!! The customer service is non existent! The app keeps saying the customers didn't have sufficient funds, but out of 30-40 orders -0 went through, and all failed to capture funds by tryon? what are the chances of 40 people not having $50 balance on their card? including an order of our web developer? Regular (non Tryon) orders go though with no issue!! Stay away and do not waste time and money with these amateurs

The app doesn't work with 3PL fulfilment centers. The support is non existent they reply 3 days later. The app rejected all coming orders with tryon, over 20 came in and got rejected. Regular orders coming through ok, everything from tryon gets rejected! It was a huge waste of tome and money since we spent almost $2000 in ads promoting this deal and no orders were captured!

Tryon is a Game Changer. Perfect for giving unsure customers the confidence to try our products & we've had 100% follow through with purchase. We were managing Try-On orders manually (booking appointments, managing timelines) prior to finding Tryon. Now we're able to offer the Try-On experience in a seamless self-serve model, saving our Style Advisors time and effort while also offering our clients the option of a self-serve experience.
