Were to begin this updated review. Twik is probably the best user experience Ive ever had. They had issues with rescans on websites which looked like bots, including on my shop. I accused them of scamming and running bots. They refunded me immediately but also engaged with me and wanted to show that it was by error not design. We worked back and forth for over 3 months and Twik finally came back with a new and improved system. I saw the scan traffic for one day and then back to normal!! That's dedication to your product and your reputation. Even after resuming with the purchase, Twik still stayed engaged even going as far to demo new features and how I can extract maximum value from the data they provide. Looking forward to hitting new revenue highs!

A soon as I installed this app I was receiving very unusual traffic from Columbus Ohio. I deleted the app and this stopped. I spoke with someone from Twik who said that this was a problem with Shopify. He convinced me to reinstall the app with an offer of a free month. Within 20 seconds of installing the app, I was bombarded with bots from Columbus Ohio again. So I have deleted the app and won't install it again

Today we have uninstalled the app Twik from our store. It had become very difficult to track the deliverables of this app. We were on the legacy plan and we were told that all the features will be available for us as we were one of the first users of this app. However, it was disappointing that neither the team kept their promise nor the app looks to be any more as useful as before

This is a revolutionary app that has taken an otherwise static customer journey and enhanced it to make it personalized and specific to the customer's shopping behavior. This is Gold Jerry! We are well into our second month and have already noticed increases in important metrics like, add to cart, purchase rate. To top it all off, excellent support from Guy. who has taken the time to work with us and guide us throughout our journey with Twik. Must Have APP! at least give it a shot.

I've only had the app for 1 day and my website has received plenty of incoming traffic and this app hasn't done anything. I am willing to wait and see but so far I don't see anything from this. There has been plenty of traffic for them to capitalize on and still 0% progression rate. I will provide updates as they come. Also, since adding this app I've seen a growth in traffic rate. Yet, this app claims to "not" drive more traffic towards your website. Odd

***ABSOLUTELY MUST-HAVE*** Twik has been a game-changer for our business! We have a huge catalog with many products, making it sometimes hard for customers to find the right match for them. Twik's no-touch personalization approach made it easier for our visitors to find their right match by re-arranging the storefront and promoting relevant products. Thanks to that we were able to generate significant new revenue and were able to invest more in marketing. If i could use zero stars i would. i love the concept, but it is horrible. They say it doesnt slow down the store, and that many page speed calculators may recognize that it slows down, but its not the case. This is a complete lie and a scam, my store traffic after the installation, gradually went down over the course of a week, until i have zero traffic, form a few thousand a day, down into the single digits. Ive emailed and messaged them so many times, and i haven't had a single response from a person, just one from a robot, out of a dozen sent messages. There is no support!!!!!, Also, after deleting the app, i still have the store speed issue, because of all the coding junk that, hasn't been removed. Be warned, stay away, i wish i had. I'm Stuck, with this issue, with no way of resolving it. If someone from Twik sees this, i need you to remove ever single character of coding ever associated with this app. This is definitely Assur!!!!

Update: so i hopped on a call with Roi, Guy and Michael to better understand Twik’s services and it was very informative. It was a misunderstanding and i look forward to continuing with Twik! Old Review: Been here for nearly 2 months and I have a 0.12% conversion rate from them. My review could change after I get in contact with an expert but that’s only one sale. And only one other abandoned cart. Very underwhelming. Once again, could change but low traffic and even lower conversion.

Twik! in 8 days only you've made me 5.17K NIS! It equals more than 24% of the total income for those days! no doubt it is worth any dime! not speaking about the 17.65% add-to-cart ratio with Twik and an increase to 14% avg. I just deactivated and deleted the app, however my product pages show an error 404 PRODUCT NOT FOUND. need assistance please. I have an update from Twik and the solution has been properly corrected. Thanks to Roi and Michael for their expertise and the assistance. They both really get to the bottom of things. Twik is now installed back onto my online Shopify store. They reassured me that if it happens again to reach back out. So far so good. I am very satisfied with the outcome. Thanks again Roi and Michael for top notch services and solutions.

I've been trying to contact twik for a while now, but they don't respond. chat doesn't work at all and refers you to email. app constantly shuts down and only shows fixed default values After finally receiving a message I think it is good that they gave an appropriate solution.

Added the app and no products were showing anymore from all collections on desktop. Was fine on mobile. We had to delete immediately. DANGER We're still willing to try the app (even though it's pricey) if the app CS gets back to us with a reason/fix for this huge issue.

I have been using it for a few months and signed up for their cro services Very sloppy work at times had to check it a lot, I lost customers to the glitches and had people complaining about the currency being changed to dollars when we are in euros (they couldn't change it back), I gave the team a few chances but its always one thing or another, some of the features would pop up twice or load on the website like something from windows 2000, I do wish them the best of luck as they are nice guys

Love the app, sometimes the statistics won't show, otherwise the plugin is flawless. Also, the response emails sometimes go into the spam folder, so it is presumed that the team doesn't respond back. But they do revert. Apologies for not checking the spam folder.

We have a lot of items per category, so organising collections was always somewhat of a headache. Twik takes the guessing out of the equation. It's very simple to operate and the results are really good - which isn't something I expected to be able to say about the app so fast!
