The AI helper has been amazing to work with. I have been able to get a lot of things handled. There are some things I would like this app to do. Mainly, I want to be notified if a customer text communications goes beyond 3 customer questions. I would also like to be notified if I decide to handle a customer question, I want to be notified when and if the customer responds. The agent said the app is working to implement those items. These would be great improvements IMO

Had to uninstall the app after YEARS using them when they were a little fish in the pond. Our store was completely offline for two months due to unforseen reasons. They tried to bill us (for sending people into the ether..no store online, nowhere for customers to go..seriously!) As a long time shopify merchant i am warning you PLEASE make sure you see all other sms options BEFORE you install this app its the least and best you can do for your business especially in this economy. They are getting ready to bill us for another $266 next month but as i mentioned to Shopify support (Harvey needs to know about this whole thing) they will have to send that invoice to our attorneys because we're done dealing with them.

Honestly - I went in grumpy, had to migrate from Yotpo which is a pain - but I was ultra impressed by not only the support (on the day after Christmas even) but the cost value is incredibly reasonable for SMS sends and the control panel looks super. Grumpy face now = Smiley face. Well done guys.

Lol they're very fast to defend themselves so you're denying not sending the wrong support email to my customers? I have proof for that and the chat transcript. How long are you guys gonna lie and get away with it. And you have charged an additional $150+ in bogus charges which is again with proof so how are you gonna deny it? This definitely needs to go on X and Linkedin Original review: "They're beta testing their app with us customers. Sometimes it sends phantom emails to customers(and I've to point it out and they say their apologies like it's just another day) and infact I was double-charged for the campaign and now they're saying it's a technical issue just like every other time. From my experience stay away from these guys better stick to Mailchimp or Klaviyo atleast they don't try to screw small businesses like this. "

I was shocked by how expensive this app ended up being. I sent only four small SMS campaigns and was charged over $350 AUD in one month due to multiple layered fees (subscription, per-SMS, service fees and commissions). The pricing structure is not transparent and is simply not sustainable for small businesses. I’ve since removed the app and moved to a more affordable SMS provider. Use with caution.

Account was double charged by $1,990. Yes, I paid yearly. Was it charged by yearly? Nope. Charged by monthly. Annual subscription turned into monthly subscription. The problem should be fixed instantly and unacceptable. This app's billing practice is extremely unprofessional.
