Title: Poor Support & Non-Functional App – Avoid I installed the Ultimate Size app hoping it would help streamline sizing for our customers. Unfortunately, the app never worked as expected — charts wouldn't load properly, and integration was inconsistent across product pages. What’s worse is the complete lack of support. I’ve contacted the developers multiple times over the past two months with no reply whatsoever. Not even an acknowledgment. For an app that’s supposed to enhance the customer experience, it has done the exact opposite. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such poor service, especially for a paid app on the Shopify ecosystem. If you're considering this app, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere — there are better alternatives with actual support and working functionality. Until the issues are fixed and the team starts responding, this app is a waste of time and money.

The Pathic App lacks essential video tutorials, making it difficult for users to navigate and understand its features. I encountered several issues where the app wasn't functioning properly. Despite multiple attempts to troubleshoot, the problems persisted, rendering the app nearly unusable. The user interface also feels unintuitive and clunky, adding to the overall frustration. I hope the developers address these issues soon to improve the user experience.

I wish I could leave a good review because it looks like a nice app but unfortunately after I have installed it a few days ago I am still having an issue on mobile and iPad version... i tried to get in touch with support and as of today I still did not get any answer... now my 3 days trial is over and I guessed I will be charge for an app that simply did not work as expected... waste of money and waste of time...

Created my size chart, clicked SAVE, and it didn't save. So I made it again, CLICKED SAVE, and it didn't save. I did this another 4 times and it never saved. I was reached out to by customer support and they offered to help, but I have since installed another app which works better for me. I bumped up my review from 1 star to 3 stars

I have tried most size chart apps on Shopify and none of them compares to this app. It has really good features, especially the size calculator. The team are the most helpful team ever and help me out with every little change I want to make, even custom changes. I have been using this APP for over a year and I find it's simple to use and the size chart displays very nicely on my site. Plus its easy to change a chart when I make a mistake. I had 1 issue over the past year and it ended up to be my problem >> You have to make sure the product you are updating is "online" and" available" before adding the size chart. Amazing app, allows you to have a unique size chart for each product. Vikas also really supported me quickly with a few changes I needed (e.g. I wanted the chart to appear in the product description instead, wanted specific decimal points in the CM to Inch conversion and also other features amended). Unbelievable customer service. Our store required a unique installation, this was handled with ease and outstanding care. I highly recommend doing business with the Ultimate Size Chart team, you won't be disappointed. The app is easy to use and it does what it's supposed to. The grouping feature is also very useful, allowing us to select multiple products and group them with the same size guide, making the job much time-consuming. BEEN LOOKING FOR A GOOD SIZE CHART APP. All on shopify are pretty basic and ridiculous. Then i stumbled on this app. Vikas has been extremely amazing in helping to setup the size chart for us. He even customized everything as well as going further to even help us with some coding errors on our site (knowing we arent coding experts).
