Very useful app, cheap and "light". We tried Shopify Flow that can offer the same feature for free BUT we lost several points of website speed (28 to 24 immediately), which was a huge mistake. Drop in conversions etc... Better pay a little bit to keep a faster loading website.

After installing the app and selecting the notification settings, it didn't send any notification although the system shows some unfulfilled orders. Sent a message to the support team and didn't get any response, I have uninstalled the app.

App doesn't work, I have created a notifer to ping out to all unfulfiled orders and it just isn't sending. We have hundreds of unfulfiled orders that we need to notify and this app just is not working, and support are not responding.

I have contacted many times and reported that emails come as spam to customers, sometimes the emails do not arrive at all. At first they said they would help. Unfortunately I don't get a response anymore. I talked to another programmer about it and he knew where the problem was. Because you have the option to enter an email with the sender, it will be recognized as spam. Even if you enter their own email it will arrive as spam.

All the emails are going in SPAM for staff rules, Tried to contact them 4-5 times, no response. I have ..... (1 Star) ---------------------------------->Edit 2: Now they are responding, Changing it to 3 stars, though the problem is not resolved yet. Edit: They implemented the changes finally. I used this app to help me update customers. I am a dropshipper and some orders take longer to fulfill so the app helps me keep customers updated BEFORE they contact me questioning "where's my order?" I get anxiety when customers contact us asking about their order that's taking long or doesn't have a tracking number yet. This has helped ease my anxieties about the whole process. Customer support is very responsive. They will usually get back to you within less than 24 hours.

This is a very good app to use and very easy to set up. I faced a small issue which was actually a mistake on my part and sent an email. Within a few hours, I got a response and a google-meet was quickly arranged where I shared my screen and the troubleshooting was exceptional. We reached out to the developers about incorporating a "test email" feature, and they had it up and running within 48 hours. Great support! The only other thing I would love to see would be the option to add a logo or header to give the emails a less generic look. But otherwise, this app works well and is easy to use

Update: Requested a new feature to include itemized links with notifications. They responded & implemented in less than 10 minutes. These guys and this app are brilliant. Great App. AMAZING Customer Support! The most impressive response time I've ever seen in the App Store. ON WEEKENDS even!! Response time: On average ( including weekends ) 10 minutes. App does exactly what it says - notifies via email of unfulfilled orders which I have set to 2 days. Clean email notification displaying all unfulfilled orders over the course of a 2 day period which can be adjusted to your preference.
