Cost us a $1,199 bike and their support just keeps denying it, proceed with extreme caution I run an e-commerce store for 10 years and installed this app to boost post sales using rule based discounts. Instead, it cost us real money. On July 3, 2026 an order came through our store for a product worth $1,199 that checked out at $0.00 — full retail item, zero dollars collected, shipped and delivered before we caught it. We're out an entire bike. Hijacked by an Aimbot aimr.dev on their app. When we opened a support ticket to get answers about how a $0 checkout was even possible with this app in the flow, we got nothing but denial. No ownership, no investigation, no willingness to look at what happened on their end. Ticket after ticket, the same brush-off. As a merchant, here's my honest take: if an app is sitting in your checkout/upsell flow, it needs to be airtight, and support needs to take pricing and checkout issues seriously the moment they're raised. That was not my experience. In my opinion this is exactly the kind of thing that can be exploited by bad actors and bots, and I'm deeply concerned about how it was handled. I can't recommend installing this. If you run a store where real inventory and margin are on the line, learn from what happened to us. As of July 28, 2026, this is still unresolved and support is still denying responsibility. — A merchant who lost real money

This is unacceptable. You did not resolve the issue — the widget is still broken after the so-called "upgrade" that you promised would fix it. On top of that, your agents keep disconnecting the chat mid-conversation. I have to restart the explanation with every new agent because nothing gets properly escalated. And worst of all: I don't even know how long this app has been broken. I only found out because a CUSTOMER warned me that the addons weren't being added to their order. I've probably been paying for a broken app for weeks or months, losing sales the entire time. I'm uninstalling Selleasy and switching to another app. I'll also be leaving a detailed review on the Shopify App Store reflecting this experience. Please revoke the Collaborator access from your side.

Unfortunately the app does not have the certain functionality we specifically require for our store, the app was easy to set-up and install. Selleasy is a solid app for upsells and cross-selling, and it’s generally easy to use. However, we ran into issues when using it for free gift promotions. Even with the setting “Match offer product quantity with the trigger product” enabled, customers were still able to add more than one free gift, which isn’t ideal. That said, the support team was excellent. Boomika in particular was very helpful and responsive, and she worked with us to implement a workaround that solved the issue.
