Very disappointing experience with this app. I have been working on it for the past two weeks, but it has been a complete waste of time due to unresolved issues. The customer service is highly unresponsive and has failed to provide any proper support. A complete fraud. Stay away from this app. After been having serious issues with the app many years ago that impacted our revenue seriously the app developer decided to give us FREE OF CHARGE LIFETIME usage of the app. A few months ago they started to charge us for the app anyway. We have reached out to the app developer several times that have promised to oversee the transactions and refund us for the wrong charges but nothing has been done and they continue to charge us. Will report to Shopify. Stay away from this app for all means - hire a coder to do it one-time for you - it will be much cheaper.

Fantastic app. Easy install. GREAT support. I needed a small tweak to the theme to finish this easy install, and they did it in real time. Don't know why Shopify doesn't make this functionality native, but, until then, this is the app to get. Highly recommend!

We have been using without issue for 4+ years. Works wonderfully and exactly as described. Very easy to setup on the product level. Many of our products will have 4+ variants with 5-8 images on each variant but with this app, our customers are not overwhelmed with 40+ images on one product! Their experience is clean and fast to load images as they select their choice. We recently had a theme change and started having issues but StarApp support was quick to jump in and solve the issue with the app and help pinpoint another issue with the theme. This app works for wall art variations. It fixes my variants so only the selected options show at once. For example, instead of showing all 47 of the variants that I have for each product, it shows just the one or two options based on the customer's choices). It's worth the price. It fixes tech that is not native to shopify. It definitely makes my site load faster and easier to understand by viewers. It took a lot of work to add so many variants to my site, and this app makes that work pay off! Thank you, developers.

This app was recommended by Gempages as a way to manage variant images. It was not straightforward on how to set it up, but customer service helped me through it. Long story, short... the app is working fine on desktop, but does not work fully work on mobile. It reorders the images based on the variant selection, but the variant images are still visible. Customer service is responsive, but little follow-up or resolution so far. Update: They did get the mobile version working.

This app, together with Swatch King, exceeds my expectations. I missed something I wanted to add to our variant product. I just contacted customer support in the app and within a few days all my issues and requests were updated and installed. The app does not work as expected. It’s supposed to show the correct images based on the selected options (like color and size), but it doesn’t work when a customer picks a combination that isn’t available in the store. The theme developer confirmed that this issue needs to be handled by the Variant Image app. I shared their detailed feedback with StarApps support, but unfortunately, I haven’t heard back since.

It should be much easier where you can drag images to the color. it took me a while to figure out the order is important. meaning you have to choose a base image and then all other images follow. However, Bhushan was SUPERB supporter, I couldn't do it without him. I was very frustrated, and he was patiently taking me all the way to a nice outcome. I will definitely rate him 20 out of 5.
