For a start up/small business I would highly recommend this app. Naturally, I had 10000 questions about the app and they were all answered quickly/efficiently. I had a couple of minor issues but Sabrina managed to amend them immediately, well not so much 'issues' but something that couldn't be done by me, without the help of the team adding coding. The only thing I would recommend would be ideal to add to this pre-order app would be being able to add specific amounts of inventory for each variant (EG allowing only 5 pre-orders for size S etc) instead of just a free for all (though I'm sure that is great for many other business'), and being able to pre set timers for when pre-orders start and finish as this process has to be done manually at this stage. Other than that, considering this is a free app, it really is 5 star and the above points would be more just a 'bonus' feature, which I would expect to pay for anyway. So, all in all really great start for any small business out there looking to trial a pre-order app without the costs involved!
