We have been using Videowise for some time now and have been very pleased with the platform. The shoppable video features have been especially valuable, and the ability to seamlessly link and embed videos wherever needed has made implementation incredibly efficient for our team. We have also utilized the Live feature in the past, which made streaming across multiple platforms simple and effective. A special thank you to Carlos for his outstanding support throughout our experience. He has consistently been responsive, proactive, and incredibly helpful whenever assistance was needed. We truly appreciate all of his support.

Not a very pleasant experience. I wasnt using their shopping features ( just displaying the videos) but they were still charging me for this. I reached out to them, their founder told me we can offer you a flat rate since you not using all app functionnalities. I told them about this lately but they said, since they were still charging me. they responded and said no sorry we cant do this, and never heard from them since then.

This is not another app without support- VideoWise actually cares to improve conversion and site engagement and act as a true partner to Skullcandy. The VideoWise app and thier products have the right level of customization and content types to easily match our storefront video content needs. We rarely need dev support and when we do its a 5 minute update, not days of work with new page templates:) The admin is easy to use, we will continue improving our site with VideoWise!

We've had a great experience with Videowise, its let us utilize video way more on our site than we ever have in the past. Our fear was that video would slow down our site speed, but we haven't seen any issues now that we are hosting videos on the Videowise platform. We've also found some new wins with our shopable vidoes on the PDP - overall the app has been great for Legends, and we will continue to test it in new ways.

Just never saw what justified the cost here. We were going to delete it a month or two ago and only kept it because they'd made our legacy plan free. But then we got our next Shopify bill and they'd charged us $100 again. So now we're deleting and feeling a little salty over the breach of trust... • It's really unpleasant to work with on the backend - just unintuitive in every possible way. • For us at least it doesn't deliver value to justify the price tag. Maybe we're missing some use case but there are lots of apps for embedding social content on your shop for cheaper if that's all your looking for. • Trying to reach their customer service is a non-starter. It's an AI chatbot that doesn't give substantive answers. • The UGC detect feature just wasn't that reliable or robust. It misses a lot of content that other ones pick up - not sure why.

I have experience with other video apps in the past and we were on the market to find an alternative platform that, would not only be reliable but fully featured as well. Pricing is very competitive when compared to other platforms and leads in number of features overall. I decided to give it a try and was really surprised with the helpful and amazing team, especially Stela, Chase, and Johanna. They're really the amazing trio! They were able to answer all of my questions and more than accommodated my specific use-case. On top of that, they have a "success implementation" process of sorts that ensures you hit the ground running whether you're staring new with a video platform or moving from another one like in my case. There are so many features that, I'm still processing and trying to implement for my website. It's not really a dislike so if you're really short on bandwidth, the only bad outcome is not being able to fully utilize all of the features it offers right away. Thankfully, Videowise got you covered with personalized implementation that DOES follow through in getting you to implement most of its features.

We are just over a month or two in the relationship but so far & the team checks in with us frequently and guides us on additional opportunities to leverage their tool. Luciana, our main point of contact has been amazing! She sends short video clips explaining how different features work, provides regular opportunities for check in, and came to the table with a great list of ideas & suggestions before we even got started. We are a small team so additional work she has put in has been so helpful! I also love how I can ask for a suggestion on how to accomplish something with video and she provides her expertise & I love how she encourages us to bring examples of other video we've seen to see how we can incorporate the idea into our tone of voice. Since this is a new relationship for us, we don't have much in the way of reporting yet as we don't really have many products tagged however, I am already so excited to see how robust the Videowise reporting capabilities are! There is so much interesting data that they monitor and share and I cannot wait to gain some new insights as we gather some history. It's much more in-depth that the previous tool we used.

After learning of videowise and doing the necessary research, I decided we've got to give it a go. Customers discover us from the videos used in Facebook ads, so it makes sense to use them and other UGC to showcase products on our website. The dashboard does an excellent job of helping you to assess performance. They've made a considerable effort to provide helpful analytics so you know your numbers. The onboarding has been brilliant, and the whole process of working with Eugen has been really positive. Having a dedicated CS rep makes it so much easier, I wouldn't like to take on this project alone. I look forward to continuing to build out our library and testing video placements. I'm excited about what we can do with the tech.

So, we have been using VideoWise for about a month now and its about time I write a review because its long overdue! For anyone reading this, we are a fashion webshop and we decided to use videowise for product videos (with a product specific video on every product page) because everyone knows that playing product videos in shopify normally sucks. We are in the process of shooting more brand videos and review / unboxing style videos to accompany the current video setup. so lets begin... So far the experience has been amazing. their customer support is really great, they respond to chat in minutes and they always offer a solution to any questions asked. Which is a big win, because an app can be as good as it can get but if the support is shit, it will be an issue. But VideoWise has this covered. Now, the app / service itself. Its epic! there are a couple of different companies out there that offer similar services, but Videowise definately offers the most well designed players + customer / end user experience. And if you want to get a good converting setup then this is extremely important. Even though we have a video popup / slide in on every product page it is absolutely not annoying to customers, and this partly because of the design of the video player and the customizations you can add to the player. now, because we have a unique video on every product page, it means that that there is a lot of work involved in the setup. this was something we where scared of in the beginning. but a few weeks in and we found that the time spend uploading, syncing products and setting up widgets is extremely doable. for example, uploading 50 new products, adding shopable products to these videos, and conecting them to product page widgets only takes us about an hour. the process is streamlined and well thought off. Now, the big question. Will this app make you money? Yes, it will. the day we launched the first 50 products on our site with video we had our best day so far. not only that, our conversionrate has definately increased already by quite a lot. (conversionrate cross site went up 25 - 40% already and only part of our product pages have video now, we are busy expanding to more product pages and branding videos and review/ unboxing videos will be added later this year) Im quite sure that we will see our conversionrates at least double because of videowise later this year when we are done setting everything up) When you start out with this app / service i think the best thing you could do is create a small content plan and make sure you create good quality video content that is useful for customers. Our product videos for example are simple, just a model walking to the camera, showing the fashion / clothing and walking out of the screen. whole thing is just 12 seconds long, no audio, one take. but the video quality is good, the background is interesting and the product is clearly visible. as long as you create content that will be benificial for the customers purchase journey you will see great results with Videowise! As for negative points, i dont really have any. i had a few minor issues but support has taken care of them extremely fast. the upload limit has been a bit of a pain in the ass for us (we shoot in very high quality which makes longer videos very big) but they have been extremely flexibel with things and made sure we where able to upload all the needed videos. bigger upload limits will be added soon as well. (but if you are on the fence because your video files are to big, just contact their support, im sure they will find a solution that fits your needs, as it was with us) So, thats my review. Would i recommend Videowise? definately! They offer an fantastic product which is an absolute conversion beast and their customer service is really great!

Videowise is a great platform with many use cases. Shoppable videos on-site, embedding videos off-site, and QR scannable codes. You can do so much with it. Onboarding, customer support, and communications are efficient through Slack. They are truly an extension of your team. You won't get the usual SaaS onboarding call and then they move on to the next. Jide has been an enormous help and I enjoy working with him. And most importantly he gets sh*t done. I am excited to see the analytics in the next 12 months. With just a week since implementing, on-site added time reached 24 hours, and 1034 videos were watched. This app is a hidden gem, the technology used for this app is incredible. For what the price is, every store should have this app and focus on posting value based content to get the highest returns. We have been using VW for less than 7 days and already tripled our investment and have a conversion rate of 9.25% and this was just the "testing batch" of videos. When we had a small bug(nothing really serious) the CEO personally reached out to us and handled everything immediately. Our focus now after installing this app and seeing the magic is to go all in on VW's onsite/offsite shoppable videos feature. It worked like a trash, but I was patient. Claudia - the CEO - asked me for ideas to improve the app, and he provided FREE FOR LIFE to my account. Now the app has changed a lot, and a lot of those change were the ideas I shared with them. About a year ago, suddenly his staffs did not give me full access to the app --> Claudiu apologized that nobody in his team knows that special offer Free For Life, they fixed it and gave me full access again. AND NOW, SUDDENLY THAT THING HAPPENED AGAIN! They removed the feature which I was able to use from the beginning, and ask me to pay to use it. THEY BROKE THEIR PROMISE, AGAIN AND AGAIN! They made me feel wrong with my client because I promised my client that he can use the app FREE FOR LIFE which Claudiu the CEO told me. They stole my ideas, they promised good things, they beg me to remove the negative review, and when they get some more customers, they broke their promise. SUCH A HORRIBLE AND UNTRUSTABLE COMPANY! We literally saw sales coming through our shoppable videos DAY ONE!!!! It is such a beautiful shopping experience, keeps the customers on your site and feel just like TikTok or IG stories, which people are used to. It makes sense. I couldn't be more impressed with the VideoWise team as well. They helped advise me on how to set it up to increase conversion, convert other videos on my site that weren't shoppable to now be shoppable and cleaned up my branding. It really made a difference! Now I'm integrating it with my SMS campaigns to add shoppable video links to all those as well. I can't to see the conversion when that's done! Videowise is a superb addition to our store. It offers a clean and fast loading way to add videos to our landing pages. And the ability to make videos shop-able by making add-to-cart buttons pop up during video playbacks is a great feature. Much better than embedding youtube videos on your pages (like we used to do). VideoWise is an incredible addition to any store. The ability to provide short format, shoppable videos is a game changer. This app helps us do a few things. One, our retention rate skyrocketed, people stay to watch our endless feed of content to educate customers on what Gel Blasters are and how they work. Two, it helped us tremendously with our CVR. Loved working with the team! Dora and the others are all super helpful, offer great advice, really worked with me on implementing the widgets (which i'm loving and implementing on all stores). What I like about it, especially if you're going to use vertical video, is that it allows the smooth tiktok swiping motion to continue watching as well as offering an add to cart button. OH and it's hosted on like a CDN or something so it doesn't affect page speed! Which is huge!! Highly recommend to anyone!

I found this app while trying to find a way to display video reviews on my site easily. After trying a seemingly endless list of review apps and pulling out too many hairs, I finally found this very unknown app, Reeview. It had everything you'd need for displaying, but what about collecting review videos? So I jumped on support chat and met the owner, Claudiu. WHAT A NICE GUY! He was so eager to help me find what I was looking for and in the end, he was even able to create a feature I had requested. I couldn't be happier with the app and the support received from this app and the developer. It has only been live on my site for about a week now but the stats look very promising and I can already tell it will lead to more sales in the long run.
