  Vrobo has been a game changer for our Shopify store. What I like most is that it’s not just a WhatsApp automation app. We can build complete automated flows for order confirmation, customer follow-ups, upselling, and different order scenarios. The integrations with shipping and payment providers make the whole process much easier, and having everything connected to Shopify saves us a lot of manual work. The ability to customize flows based on customer behavior and order status is especially useful for our business. We’re also using it for cross-selling after order confirmation, which gives us a much better opportunity to increase the order value. The support team has also been excellent — responsive, helpful, and quick to understand and solve issues. Highly recommended for Shopify stores that want to automate their operations and customer communication, not just send WhatsApp messages.

  The best app for WhatsApp order confirmations and marketing. Pricing is very fair, and my favorite feature is the automatic call confirmation. if a customer doesn't reply to the WhatsApp confirmation, the app follows up with an auto-call. This alone will boost your sales and cut down your returns. Highly recommended.
