WORST SUPPORT EVER SEEN. I have reached out to the support team and nobody is responding. Never ever recommend this app. App is not transparent with its pricing. This app is listed on Shopify at $4.99 for a growth plan. But when I tried to explore the features and when I tried to configure and test the automation messages they navigated me to their pricing page and it is very much expensive. Moreover, when I tried to broadcast messages and load the orders, I am getting error messages - “Context cancelled” and “Send WhatsApp message failure.” Seems they have marked the cheap price at Shopify to attract customers.
