We had this app installed for several years and continued being charged monthly through Shopify Billing. When we recently reviewed the app, it was not functioning and showed a "site can't be reached" error when accessed. We contacted support requesting clarification and a refund review but did not receive a response. Unfortunately, this was our experience.

1/5 Terrible experience with the Superlemon app! The chat window stopped working, and despite multiple attempts to get support, the issue was never resolved. The support team keeps making empty promises but does nothing to fix the problem. This has severely impacted our business as we are unable to communicate with customers properly. After weeks of frustration, we are uninstalling this app. I know the developers will never respond, but I hope this review reaches their management. Their negligence and lack of accountability are unacceptable. Avoid this app if you don’t want to waste your time and risk losing business!

Please do not install this APP. It has been two years they have been charging $25 every month. We have a paid plan from day 1, and it was supposed to be $15. Despite multiple tickets, we have not received the refund. And we are going to complain about this to SHOPIFY no one else should fall into this trap. They shamelessly keep charging no matter what you do. Apart from this, when you install this app, you will see the abandoned cart details in the app, but they will not show up in Shopify customers / abandoned carts, so if you discontinue the app, you will not have these abandoned carts and customer details. We are left with no option other than to write this feedback here to get their attention. Because the customer care SUCKS. They promise to refund but keep charging.

If you just need the widget that appears on your website to connect with your customers Superlemon works just fine. However, none of the automation works properly and to make it worse no customer service is available to help. I have sent over more than 3 emails and I just got one response saying they will investigate and never came back to me for more than a week.

Feels like a fraud. I was getting billed without any usage and being on the free plan. Customer support didn't react to my complaint. Update: Customer Service finally responded. They linked all charges to the automation in the app but none of the automation functions were activated on my side - so I still confirm a fraud. Won't be fighting further over the couple of bucks. Just stay away from this app.

IMBARAZZANTE. Non solo attivano widget in automatico, per disattivarli devi, modificare parti del checkout come vogliono loro, dopodiché mandare la richiesta di corretta modifica, aspettare che controllino e approvino le modifiche in 2-3 giorni lavorativi, solo dopo questo ti permettono di disattivare i widget. Per quanto questi widget possano avere senso e funzionare in certi casi ad aumentare le conversioni, come pretendete che c'ho non possa provocare l'effetto contrario? Le mie conversioni sono crollate da quando è attivo, ho bruciato un weekend, ho dovuto fermare le sponsorizzate tutto per un vostro capriccio. In tutto questo sto aspettando eh. Come ultima cosa, mi avete fatto modificare parti del checkout, peccato che quest'ultimo era strutturato in modo da aiutare il cliente a inserire correttamente i dati. Rivedete questa PAGLIACCIATA che avete fatto. Non provate a rispondere dicendo che avremmo potuto risolvere in pochi minuti scrivendo all'assistenza perchè così non è dato che sto aprendo dei ticket di supporto da 2 giorni.

We used this app for over a year and it worked super well. However they changed their plan and didn't let us know over email. The app stopped working and we learned from our customers.... ON TOP OF THAT, THEY INSERTED A POP UP IN OUR CART PAGE that STOPPED OUR CUSTOMERS FROM PROGRESSING TO CHECKOUT. We never signed up for any pop up, never allowed it. El soporte nunca responde o se tardan demasiado mientras yo sigo perdiendo ventas, pesima App no la recomiendo nada

Even you have good features but you bacame an aggressive, sticky and unpleasant app. You are sticking to the add to cart, to checkout to collect customer data but that can't be mandatory as not everyone using WA. In plus, without any consent and settings from our side - you generated 20% discount codes for customers on a market where 5% is already to much.... Your customer support poor and mainly just automated answers - no willingness to sort the problems.....That can be an option what you restricted and can't setup our 4th store. Was using the free version just for the widget, but recently some clients came to us saying they have been receiving unsolicited whatsapp messages in english (our store is in portuguese). Turns out this app launched new features and turned them on by default, which also means they charged us $64,32 and sent over 800 whatsapp messages to our clients in a foreign language. VERY upset with this. I want my money back. This was the most problematic thing that happened, but once they did an update which behaved badly with other apps and broke our site. And another time I was testing our sales funnel and discovered they had inserted an optin checkbox for whatsapp messages on product pages. The features are interesting and they have been developing a lot of new features. Would be great, but the transparency on what is actually being published to our store (and charged) is very bad.

Very rarely i do this. installed this app and subscribed for ultimate plan. From day 1 the whats app icon was not showing properly on the website after landing on any page, every-time when new page is browsed one has to refresh page to make the icon visible . We escalated this issue with video recording, it took good 14 days to fix this issue with multiple follow ups, and the issue got resolved creating major issue on our website i.e our "add to cart" and "checkout" button stopped working. It took 2 days for us to identify that when there was NO sale happening and some buyers complained. 2) We then escalated this new issue to them, and we are sitting and waiting for them to fix this, and our live website has currently non-working "add to cart" and "checkout" button. Will wait till today for any positive outcome, if not shall uninstall the app for good.

Been getting good traffic but has had a really bad conversion rate before. I was thinking that I must be lacking somewhere. I don’t know if these people visiting my store are interested in my products so I tried investing more time in customer service part..
