This Wholesale app is very much worth the price given the amount of customization allowed, but beyond that I am very impressed by the support team. In my experience they are always responsive and thorough, and they do a great job breaking down exactly what went wrong and how to fix it or prevent the issue going forward. They are a pleasure to work with and I'm very glad they're here to help. I have worked in technical support myself so I know the temptation to give boilerplate answers to common problems, but this team takes the time to investigate and test every time I've worked with them. They should be very proud of their work in that regard.

I tried out 5 or 6 different wholesale apps before I tried Wholesale All in One. This was the only app that had all the features I needed to have a good integration with our existing retail shopify store. It was a bit tricky setting everything up, but the support was very responsive with helping me out and discovering a clashing app that was making things not work exactly as I needed. When we went live by importing wholesale customers (from our old separate wholesale website) and tagging them so they would see wholesale prices there were no dramas at all, and wholesalers have been using the new ordering system easily.

We have been using this app for several years but we will be switching over to a different wholesale app. Do NOT use this app if you want reliable customer service or support. Our discounts have not worked for days and their support team has just stopped responding. They dont have a support chat and so the only way to contact anyone is via email which they dont respond to.

Used the app since August, 2025. Everything worked well at first, but after a few months of use, the system gradually started to glitch. Discounts are no longer applied reliably, making the behavior unstable and unpredictable. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, and the failures appear to be completely random, with no way for the user to control or influence the outcome. I did not update our theme and I did not install any new apps that might cause these problems.

I have been using this app for a few years now and the DigitalCoo support team have been real rockstars. I'm not going to lie, the set up was pretty rocky. It took months of back and forth for the app to function correctly on my site and because of that my first review was for only 2 stars. But since then this has been by far the best wholesale solution that I have found and they have been making a lot of helpful updates and new features along the way. I have a over 400 SKUs and over 300 clients with different pricing tiers all placing orders using the Quick Order Form with NET30 terms. Fantastic app!

10 Stars Out of 5!!! I needed an app for my skincare company that would allow the public to see our prices, but only allow estheticians to order the products. Additionally, I needed a dashboard for the estheticians to access a single order page with all the products listed conveniently to place bulk orders, track their orders and access resources. I reviewed multiple apps in detail and chose Wholesale All In One, because of their pricing structure and functionality, but I got MORE than I had anticipated. The app is excellent, and does exactly what I needed, but the customer service is the real bonus. I had several questions when I was setting up the app, because I wanted to tweek some small details and their customer service staff went above and beyond to help me with everything I requested. In addition to answering my questions almost as fast as I could ask them, they even created screen shots of my site to show me how to accomplish the tasks. This is the BEST, most personalized customer service I have ever experienced. I give these folks 10 Stars Out of 5!!!

I have recently changed Themes and actively made adjustments alongside other developers. The theme wasn't playing ball with the app on our test site. I contacted Wholesale-All-in-One, and within 24 hours, they implemented the fix that integrated the system back into the website. One error I made was that I had a developer working on minifying the website using a copy that, when put live, was not the same version, and I had to get back in touch with the app developer. I am pleased to say they were helpful and understanding and fixed the system for us again. My only future suggestion would be to include instructions on adding this ourselves when the auto-installation doesn't work as expected. I'm really happy with the service. A little update here, we recently used the app again for another website and they have been fantastic is resolving a few installation issues; they got it working as expected promptly. Very happy with the service.

This app is INCREDIBLE and I highly recommend it and the team. My store is selling to customers and wholesale customers on the same site. Some products are tracking inventory, some are dropshipped. I needed to: • Set minimum order quantities for wholesale customers' first order and then a different amount for additional orders, and not let them be able to checkout until they fulfilled those requirements - done. • Set different MOQs for different products, and not let customers checkout without fulfilling those requirements - done. • Some products to have volume pricing - done. • A sign-up form for my wholesale customers that I could then review and approve - done. I spent weeks trying to stitch together free/less expensive apps to get the functionality I needed and it was a complete headache and didn't end up working as I needed or was missing an important feature, or the apps interfered with each other - after all that time. THIS APP DOES IT ALL IN ONE APP. PLUS there's so many features that I'm not using yet but can as I continue to grow my business. Working with one team vs. various teams already is a lifesaver. Their team is very thorough addressing all of my concerns, professional, kind, understood everything I was needing help with, troubleshooted, provided screenshots and mini videos for me in their responses, and the app is working beautifully. I cannot recommend this app or team enough.

I used this app to provide both Pro Deals and Wholesale pricing for select customers. The support team is responsive and even built a new feature which addressed one of my needs and incorporated it into the end product. I would recommend trying Wholesale - All in one if you need an app like theirs. We use this for B2B and special customer tag pricing structures. Be aware that if you are not using the stock cart from Shopify you may need assistance integrating the app with your 3rd party cart apps.

EDIT: This is an update posted 5/17/24. It took over a month to get everything resolved, but we finally got the app bugs and website bugs corrected. So far I like the app. I don't like the shipping options they give you. I wish it would let you use the same shipping rates like a regular Shopify customer. But otherwise its a good app, not a great app. From early April: So far I don't love it. The customer support is difficult to communicate with because of the time difference. I've repeatedly mentioned an issue and they can't seem to get it fixed. I took the app from demo mode to live mode and its not visible for me to try using it on my own. Debating installing it. Currently do not recommend.

My store hasn’t launched yet but after investigating all the other wholesale apps in the Shopify store, Wholesale All in One seems to be the only one that does everything one needs to run a dynamic online wholesale experience. I mix online wholesale sales with local wholesale sales and the Wholesale All in One team was completely willing to make a few minor tweaks to the platform to meet my specific needs. They were kind and responsive - asking clarifying questions to make sure I got exactly what I needed to make the app work for my specific use case. The app was also the most simple to set up out of all the other apps I tried. Simply put, there is no better Wholesale app on Shopify, especially for the money!

UPDATE: I don't know what happened. The app stopped working for any customer outside of the US and I couldn't get any help with it. Had to switch apps. Ended up going with Regios which is working with Shopify much better. --- I've really loved this app mostly because our company has perk membership and we can easily create sales for those customers tagged with our special designations. I came across and issue where the discounts were not rounding properly (if the discount came to $1.995 it should be $2 but it would come up $1.99 - our customers noticed) and contacted their support. They fixed the issue within a few days. I find this impressive as I've asked for help on lots of apps and platforms and got the run around. Not with this app. They responded, kept me updated, fixed the issue, and then sent me a video showing me that they got it working. 5 stars. I do have a couple suggestions. 1. Coupon codes. Some of our special members are promised special coupons. I'm discovered this is an issue on shopify. Not with this app but in general. 2. More customization with free shipping. I don't know how but since we use live shipping, I'd love to give a free shipping method so that all shipping methods aren't "free". We want to give free cheap shipping not 2nd Day UPS. This issue comes up in all discount options on shopify. I don't think anyone out there has thought of this. Also, part of me suspects now that the thoughts are out there this app will solve them.

There was an issue on our website that started around the same time their app was installed, It was a different app causing the issue (we had updated the theme version right before installing their app, so that's likely where the issue came from and why the timing was so close), but they still took the time to help identify what app was causing the issue so we could fix it. Using this app is very frustrating. I wish this app would fix the documentation and have better customer support. I would only recommend this app for very basic integrations. There are a few major limitations and Shopify features your store must give up that this app does not make clear. The documentation is outdated and very unclear. There are multiple spelling and grammar errors as if the person writing it has not learned English. If the team fixed this then we wouldn't need to contact their customer support so often. Contacting the customer support for this app has been a painful experience. Every reply from their team has been vague as if they are trying not to answer questions. Clear documentation would fix this.

Ever since Shopify updated their interface, the performance and reliability of the app have significantly deteriorated. We've encountered consistent issues during checkout, which have not only impacted our sales but have also eroded our customers' trust. While a 'temporary fix' was introduced, it remains flawed: wholesale customers experience erratic price changes if they navigate out of and then back to the checkout. Despite our numerous communications with both Shopify and the app developers, a permanent solution hasn't been provided. We appreciate the time during which the app served our needs, but I must express my diminished confidence in its current state.

We use the app to hide prices from public, launch a sign up form for new customers, set a minimum quantity ordered of each products and a net term payment for specific customers. What we needs are different from others. Digitalcoo can help with those added on options. The prices are affordable too. Digitalcoo can do all of the works we need but we have to be specific on every details. They response fast but can only be contacted by email. We never need anything urgent, so we are fine with the communication via email. We have been using the app for a year and very happy with it. Highly recommend.

Haven't tried other wholesale apps but this one is unbeatable. Best price with all essentials though some functions require additional payment (but it is really worth paying those one-time fees if you do the math.) Like they provide the volume pricing grid and by far, no one else has it (I couldn't find any grid from others' demo store or screenshot photos). Special thanks to Max as he provided prompt troubleshooting when I accidentally deleted some theme files that made the app and its add-ons stop working. The only concern is speed. The wholesale prices applied to variant options are not so responsive on front end. Will look for some speed optimization for my entire store.

I honestly have no idea how someone could give this app 5*. We have been using for a couple of months and we have had nothing but issues. The team it seems doesn't know how to code their app. We tried to launch two ranges with them to trade only ahead of launching to the public. It was a disaster from start to finish! The 'tags' did not work. Our retail customers ended up seeing the whole range two months ahead when we planned which ruined the launch we had worked so hard on. Our trade customers were seeing crazy unknown prices for things, the VAT add on (which is the reason we went with them) doesn't work, it miscalculates the product. As soon as we can we will be removing this app and good riddance!

*Update* Customer service reached out and solved the situation. It functions as intended and is very useful. We've been using this app for some time now, and paid extra for the "log in to view prices" feature. This was beneficial to us as we serve both b2c and b2b, so having certain prices hidden for the general public that only b2b customers can access is very important. The challenge with this app is that it is now malfunctioning, and at the cart stage is forcing ALL clients to "log in to view price" regardless of the product or if they are b2c of b2b. This is causing a 100% bounce rate on our b2c marketing campaigns and thousands of dollars. I'm only writing this review because of a lack of customer service. It's been 3 days with no response, and every day it's costing us a significant amount of money. Otherwise the app functions as advertised, but this lack of customer service is very concerning as I'm forced with no other option but to uninstall if even this public review gets no response. Approach with extreme caution.

Update to my app: Asad has been in contact with me. and while i've had many issues/bugs he's been very patient in hearing my concerns and going above and beyond to fix them. The app is good in theory. But the wholesale prices don't actually carry to the cart consistently. Support is via email only so if you're running a flash sale and you're in the US don't expect an answer until the next day... after your sale is over... I switched from another app to get volume pricing and MOQ requirements but those also work sporadically. They also will conflict if you use a variant app that adds on a price. This app will override and any add on prices, just fyi.

I wanted an app to combine the offer of trade prices to be seen only by tagged users, Volume discounts to be seen by all users (not logged in) and also the ability to offer trade payment (net) terms to tagged customers. I spent ages looking around and had a number of false starts. Every app I found said they could not combine the Volume discounts for all users with trade prices for tagged users. Well "Wholesale -All in one" does it all!. Not only that, but as with most apps there are always teething problems. Any issues we have raised with the support team so far have been handled quickly and very competently. Its early days but so far I would give this app and the support 5 stars.

This app is perfect to offer wholesale pricing to your B2B customers directly on your Shopify store. There is no need to have a seperate store anymore. B2B customers can log in to get their rebates based on collections and their own shipping rules. DigitalCoo team installed the app on our theme within 2 or 3 days and B2B customers can now see their rebates on the home page, collection page and product page. They have a couple of addons if your B2B strategy is more complex (price list import, product lock, etc) We don't need those at the moment, but it's very interesting to know it's available.

We have a very complex website and needed many customizations with their wholesale app, and they were able to accommodate everything we needed at no additional cost to us. The app itself is great and has many features that other wholesale apps did not have, plus it is simple and easy to use. We highly recommend Wholesale All In One!

The support team is brilliant and very helpful at answering our questions and making sure the app works for our use case. That said, this looks to be the best wholesale app out there for bulk pricing, user control, custom shipping options and all the other things you'd need (but don't think about) for a wholesale store built ON TOP of a consumer store.

What a phenomenal app! Does everything I need it to for wholesale! Very easy to use. It even allows multi-product discounts, each with there own pricing structure... very few wholesale apps have this capability. The best part about it is the help of the staff. Wholesale - All In One is an excellent app for wholesale. It is obvious that it is important to them that you are pleased with the app and that it is working well on your site. The interface is beautiful and professional. The shipping is pretty comprehensive and integrated, and to my understanding also works with Shopify's calculated shipping. It would be beneficial for them to do a line sheet for easier reordering for customers, then it would have it all. And, it does take them a few days to get things installed (they must be busy). But, they were very communicative and responsive with me.

Setup is a bit slow, it took 3 days for them to get me setup and ready to start using their app. With that said, the app works wonderfully and allows me to offer tiered pricing to customers for various products and wholesale for a specific group. The wholesale group is important, as it shows them the actual price they will pay along with what we're retailing it for. I've found that the easier you make it for your wholesale buyers, the more you'll sell.

I use this app for wholesale pricing. It works very well with choosing pricing at customer level (using tags or login) and at product level. The interface is user friendly and it is very efficient. What I liked even more, was the availability of developers to customize the features. The support team is very responsive and very helpful. We are a small manufacturing company and we use this app to sell both to our distributors and end clients and needed a way to create pricing tiers for different levels of customers and distributors based on who logged in to our site and display that pricing discount in the checkout area without them having to put in a discount code. It does everything we need it to and works well. We had a few issues where things weren't working at first because of the theme we were using but the developers here responded quickly to my requests and accurately corrected everything to fit perfectly within my theme. Which is honestly all you can really ask for. Super satisfied with their ability to make everything work for me and some of our pretty specific needs. Definitely would recommend

By far this has been the best app and support experience I have had on Shopify. I chose this wholesale app because some of the other apps, although having more reviews, significantly slowed my site down because of the high usage of scripting in the background and the large number of SKUs that I have. Installation was a breeze (because they did it for me)! There was a particular feature I needed because of the size of my store that their app did not have; after a brief exchange of my business case - they tested and delivered a new feature that worked perfectly. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! FAST RESPONSES & VERY PATIENT! Max & his team worked so hard to help us because our store was a little more complicated than others (because we had multiple wholesale apps installed) and they had to do a lot of extra work to help us get it to work with the other app. Honestly, it was a lot of hassle for them but they were so patient with me and they offered to help us with a custom coding solution. A great alternative to Bold Quantity break application! OUR STORY: First we used bold application for tiered pricing, but it slowed down our website due to their heavy scripts and ultimately reduced conversion rate. Alternatively, We installed this application and it works exactly as we needed without effecting the website speed. Additionally, this application doesn't create extra variants like the other apps.
