We used Wholesale Gorilla on our dedicated B2B site and it served us well as a straightforward wholesale solution. The pricing list setup is intuitive, the Premium registration form does the job, and when we had questions, the support team was responsive and knowledgeable. Clementine was especially helpful in walking us through features we had not fully explored. A solid app for brands looking for a no-frills wholesale portal inside Shopify.

What used to be a great app for B2B users to add to their D2C site has fallen into a mess of AI customer support, useless and complicated updates, and a system that does not function properly day to day. Every week there is a new issue with the app not letting customers check out. We have lost significant business due to the constant malfunctions, and complete lack of customer support. Maybe Shopify was right to pull this app.

I tried 4-5 different wholesale apps to help build my designer trade program, both more and less expensive, and this is by far the BEST one, it's exactly what I needed and customer service is so nice and so helpful. You give them permission to your store and they find the problem immediately if you're having one, and let you know exactly how to fix it. I also love the feature where you can choose between having a separate wholesale store or a unified storefront, the latter was exactly what I was looking for.

We've been using Wholesale Gorilla for a few months now. Overall, it's a great fix for allowing wholesale customers to purchase from our website under a portal just for them. Just in the time we've used it, the app has undergone updates that have improved functionality and our ability to customize the experience. We really enjoy having this set up, and it's saved us time as customers can place orders 24/7. There have been some glitches, some probably on Shopify's end with new updates, that have temporarily affected the functionality of Wholesale Gorilla, but the team has been very quick and responsive to help. Can't say it will always be perfect, but I recommend the app as it's truly the best solution I've found!

We are still in the trail phase of this but I will say, we reached out with a question that was kinda dumb (We should have been able to figure it out on our own) on a Saturday on a holiday weekend. They answered immediately on the chat. Not saying they will always do that, but with apps like this, things happen quickly and having that type of customer support is HUGE. Editing my review as we experienced some fundamental issues with Wholesale Gorilla since Shopify's tax settings update that had us looking at changing our wholesale setup completely, but Sam and his team reached out to fix them really efficient and competently. We've been using Wholesale Gorilla for some years now and it does the job without having the expense and time investment of running a separate store to deal with wholesale customers.

We added this app to our shopify to manage our wholesale accounts without having to pay Shopify themselves over 2 grand a month to basically do the same exact thing. This App has been AWESOME! It does everything we need and more! It was a little bumpy getting everything set up, but it's the same as everything else, as we are not computer nerds. We are just a small business expanding into online ordering :) The customer service has been amazing, they are so helpful and walked us through every step of the way! I HIGHLY recommend Wholesale Gorilla if you are needing to maintain wholesale clients and have the ability to let them place orders online. It's streamlined and easy to work for the customer as well. P.S. This app does not interfere with the retail side of your online shop, it just adds a whole new side for wholesale customers and neither can see the other side. Wholesale is only available to wholesale, and retail is only available to retail. Hope this helps! Get this app!!!! Update: It has now been 6 years using wholesale Gorilla, and it is by far the best backend wholesale platform to date! We have kept them for so long because it works, every, single time. Customer service is amazing and our wholesale customers don't ever have any issues which says a LOT all by itself! 10/10 recommend!

This is what happens when you have a panic attack and do things in a manic state. :( I've been using their app for a while and while it's expensive, you do get a lot of bang for your buck. For the mid tier package, it pretty much covers everything you need for basic B2B. I only wish I could hide certain customers from purchasing certain products. It is available, but I have to pay their top tier price for it and I just can't afford it. As it is, the pricing is still high but it's very clear they are active in updating their UI and streamlining the process to make it as easy as possible. BTW, their customer support is excellent. You poor guys didn't deserve that 1 star update. I was confused about the email until I backtracked to see the damage I caused. I'm so SO sorry about that. Anyway, if you are looking for a good B2B app to help our your wholesale journey, this is a great addition.

We have been using the app for just over a month and couldn't rave about the help side enough! It took a little getting used to the app - we don't have many apps embedded onto our store so we are probably a little slower at understanding how they can work. Clementine from the support team has been my absolute life line, she has gone above and beyond to help get to the bottom of some of my questions and always got us a 'fix' in the end. So you have to upgrade to the main one right away. You can add customers and set up a discount. BUT if you want your customers to see the discount when they shop you have to do another upgrade. There is not ONE application that has been offered for this that is straight forward. You all want to take our money before its even working. Disgraceful.

Perfect one stop shop for setting up a B2B site, especially if you already have a B2C up and running. Don't waste your time with this app. The claim that it was written by people with wholesale business experience is a stretch at best. After spending a couple of days unsuccessfully trying to activate customers including themselves I simply uninstalled it all and cut my losses. The AI support ticker is particularly galling, as it flashes up an article to read and immediately expects a response!! And of course the articles barely moved the needle to resolving the issue at hand. Appalling.

Loving the ease of this program–it's user friendly, there's additional info available when you get stuck (because even the most user friendly apps can get beginners tripped up), and the team is super responsive and clear with direction. We've been using it for about a month now and I've changed the theme, menu, and other backend switches that have gotten other programs snagged before, and wholesale gorilla has kept up with me–I'm thoroughly impressed. I've pretty much tried every B2B app available in the Shopify store, to include using dev programs to create rules (which worked well and is very dev heavy / you have to be on top of it because you fix it if something snags) and this has been the one our team has been able to get into flow with on the front end. 10/10 recommend! They keep changing the wholesale signup forms and emails and then say that Shopify did it but it's all thought their platform. They keep telling me it's basically our fault and to do the same thing that we were doing a few months ago, I have to add in 10 extra steps when all it took was an email and one link before. If you don't need to review your wholesale applicants to see if they are fraudulent like we do, this app is for you. Unfortunately, we have hundreds of applicants that lie and make up their own "business" that we have to review. You spend a lot of money with this app every month for it to be so extensive and confusing.

I downloaded this app 12 days ago and first emailed for help 10 days ago. I have emailed several times since then and haven't received a single reply apart from one email from 'Clementine' to say that you found my first emails in SPAM. I replied to her email several times and also independently. I don't know what else to do to get some help...? Everyone talks of speedy support but I can't find any evidence of that. This app looks like it will do the job for us and I don't want to delete it, and I really didn't want to go this route to get your attention but I was left with little choice Can anyone get back to me?

I'll be honest, when we first approached the idea of using Wholesale Gorilla, we were a bit shook by the price tag. That's a chunk of change for a small business that is just breaking into the wholesale world, however let me tell you what. While the functionality of the app is excellent, the customer service is where it's at. We recently had an issue where we updated our theme and for the life of us couldn't figure out why the application sheet on our site wasn't working. Not only did they respond quickly and with a tone that truly felt helpful, they collaborated with our shopify store, went through the code and found that we had missed an extra /head in our code. When you own a business, you have to wear all the hats, and as much as I try to understand the coding side to handle little stuff, there are some many other things I need to do with our business. Knowing that I can reach out and they are knowledgable and eager to help is a life saver. If you are looking to get into wholesale and don't want to lose AT LEAST this much a month to Faire, wholesale gorilla is your choice. Thanks y'all!

We had an issue where wholesale pricing was not showing up after some rule updates and right before 4th of July on a Thursday. I reached out to get the ball rolling in hopes I would have a response by the following Monday when I returned to work. Clementine responded the same day, and we started working through the issue. She even took a further look on July 4th and figured out the problem. It was an easy fix, and I didn't have to worry about customer complaints on Monday morning. I would like to share my opinion about working with the Wholesale Gorilla app. The first reason why I chose to work with it is the presence of explanatory videos and an intuitive interface. I tried other apps, but as a newcomer to working with Shopify, I found it unclear how to get started. My task was to create a store specifically for wholesale buyers. We have a fairly large production, and it was necessary to quickly and with minimal costs create an online platform for orders for our distributors. This app meets the requirements for this task: payments, prices, additional discounts, and more. Another equally important aspect for me is the customer service. They promptly responded to any of my inquiries, helped me, and provided guidance when I couldn't figure things out myself. A big thank you to Ann for her assistance and responsiveness. We tested the App for a few weeks and there were a few functional gaps that were important to us. We wanted the customer to have the option to select Pick-Up on their order. Prices on Products with variants could be misleading as the price for a Small Item may be shown below a Large item. A customer that is getting a Gorilla Discount on an item, is ineligible to receive a greater discount on that item if it happens to go on sale in the store to all customers. The Customer Service was very good, however the addition of a Chat function would be more helpful and expedient than exchanging e-mails.

So far the app has been pretty simple to setup and use. I like that you can exclude and differentiate discounts differently for the same "Dealer" (i.e. some products are 20% off and some have a "set" price no matter the retail price) Also customer service was incredibly fast in fixing a coding issue that was showing the incorrect price at checkout but the right price at the cart. It ended up being another app redirecting the checkout but they implanted some coding in my theme and got it handled in under an hour (pretty damn impressive these days). So far no issues but will update if I have any!

Wholesale Gorilla is a perfect app! We need to keep wholesale products separate from retail and control who has access, and WG does just that. It integrates with Shopify flawlessly and we can use the Collection feature to organize products for wholesale ordering. We currently have orders set as drafts, meaning we get to review and approve or edit orders before fulfilling them or collecting money. The wholesale customer order form is clean and simple, and provides space to add custom messages (which comes in handy when we have seasonal increases in orders and longer wait times). We have been using WG for a few years now and the very rare hiccup (likely caused by Shopify's random updates to code) gets fixed right away by a real person on the team.

I am extremely disappointed with Wholesale Gorilla as they made changes to the incorrect (and live) theme version of my website at approximately 3am on a Saturday of a long weekend. Wholesale Gorilla were advised of the theme name that needed to be updated however went outside their permission and scope. Even when advising them that they had updated the incorrect theme they failed to address this.

Tried having my team reach out to them to fix the issue because the app is tagging customers incorrectly causing wholesale customers not being able to login. The wholesale gorilla support has been unable to identify the problem for weeks saying "that it is working just fine" when it is not. I don't know if they are manually adding the correct tag themselves when they test it or what is going on but I've been sitting here for 2 hours trying to figure out whats wrong and I think I finally found the issue but now Im waiting back from them on how to fix it, wasting more time. Im sure their app works fine when the settings are correct, but their support being unable to identify the actual problem is a red flag for me since Im busy with other important things and they were unable to fix this without the CEO of a $100,000/month company digging around in the back end.

Poco Nido - Updated. Miserable experience -their refusal to offer custom prices for wholesale means that with the shopify markets update we now have to find another B2B solution. Prices are linked with B2C prices and get double discounted due to B2C tax being applied to B2B prices. Awful. Really impressed with this app, we need to mothball our old wholesale site and this does everything we need (almost) without the headaches and glitches. Still to add -allowing wholesale customers to shop in a different currency, if that was available it would be perfect. Nice ability to price products properly not just stupid blanket discount, and also allows you to hide products from retail customers so you can do presales for wholesale orders. The quick order form is a nice touch too. AND the customer service is helpful and responsive :)

Updated Review: After seeing my review on their site, their head of customer service contacted me directly from their personal email to make sure I got the answer I needed. Amazing customer service. I believe there was an issue of my emails never reaching their support team, so if you do not get a response within 24 hours, try sending them an email from a different address. Review on 1/4/2023: The app works pretty well. However, there is an issue with tagging customers as "Wholesale" when Shopify wants to default the tag to "wholesale" and apparently the lowercase "w" throws off the app from recognizing the customer as wholesale. I have emailed support 4 separate times in the last 30 days and have yet to hear from them. Lack of support is really making me rethink which app I use.

We've been running a Shopify store with a different wholesale app for about 5 years but recently migrated to a modern 2.0 theme with AJAX cart and the wholesale app we were using was no longer compatible. I attempted to install, configure and custom code-around another wholesale app (that says it's the only AJAX compatible wholesale app - it's not) and finally gave up on that. I then moved on to Wholesale Gorilla and wish I had done this much earlier. I had this app 100% configured in about 3 hours including some custom changes to our theme to have it better integrated. There were a couple of quirks that I ran into and emailed support and had a reasonable response in 12 hours. You can tell that the developers are truly coming from a B2B background as this app flows exactly as a Shopify merchant would want it to and it DOES NOT attempt to integrate with the cart which is where other apps fall apart. The fact that it has it's own cart and seamless net checkout with draft order creation is so refreshing and it works perfectly. The Quick Order form is also great right out of the box but I wish it allowed it a bit more configuration control. Thanks Wholesale Gorilla crew!

We've had this set up with our UK store for a while and it works well enough. There is some confusion we keep getting for wholesale customers because they have to use a different login url, and this has sometimes caused weird orders not attached to their wholesale accounts - and requires manually fixing with them. The reason I'm writing this review however is because of our recent experience the last month trying to get this set up in another store. We tried to get it set up the last 7 days - but there is no end in sight. This is because: 1. The install process is complicated - it shouldn't be (our theme already had it integrated, but their app keeps saying it's not installable) 2. The support doesn't respond - we've sent multiple requests. 3. The only email we received from support was to say that we just needed to uninstall and reinstall and it would work. So we did this - and it didn't. Since then they don't reply. We're looking for alternative options - you can't use apps that don't have good support - because this basically means you have no control of problems. We have wholesale customers waiting for their orders - but unless Wholesale Gorilla support starts to respond/ do something, we have been 'helpless'. Looking for alternatives to move away from this app as a consequence.

For sure also this feature will be implemented soon and they gave me great advice on how to work around until then! I just love the fast checkout form, that the wholesale customers are tagged by the app, set VAT exempt and the app gets it right so that customers from AT (where I am located) must pay VAT and all others from EU not. All of that saves so much time and gives the customer an easy shopping experience. Also that they can use net Terms payment ... Yes I am absolutely fond of Wholesale Gorilla app and THE TEAM! I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Zachary quickly fixed it, and I mean FAST after the issue was identified and I am finally up and running and working. I love the customer registration and the quick sales form for this app. The quick sales form is easily customized and I am able to add only what categories I want to it. ************************************************************************************* Customers have not been able to checkout for a month because of a session expired notification. I have contacted customer support three times and am only given directions to provide to my customers. I tried to reset my cookies and it did not even fix the problem. My customers do not have time or want to change their cookie settings or anything else. I am having to manually type in orders and manually give wholesale discounts because no one can checkout through the app. Nothing has been done to fix the problem.

This app is great, gives a functional wholesale option without the faff and expense of a new site and works flawlessly. The only minor features missing are ones that cant actually be achieved within the shopify architecture so I guess that is fair enough really. Good app but super limited. They work off of proxies, so no templates are really involved to modify. Having an issue where we cannot allow wholesalers to commit to stock (purchase stock) while not allowing retail customers too. SUPER IMPORTANT. Customer service is OK and responsive (reasonable time frame) but offer no chat or phone support. They offer very little solutions other then 'we cannot customize please contact a developer.' I was very excited to try them out as they come off as a 'small business wholesaler who understands the demands/challenges of small businesses' but in reality, they offer similar functionality to other wholesale apps. Id still recommend them, but definitely limited and would look at other options on the table. - you cannot modify the application form - you have very little customization options on the quick form - orders are being auto drafted upon checkout for dealers, but if product is out of stock it prevents them from doing this - do yourself the favor and look at competitor apps and compare functionality

After comparing the available B2B / wholesale apps in the store, I have decided to go for Wholesale Gorilla, as it had all the features I was looking for without charging me the world for it. The installation went smooth and the emails I sent to their support team were answered very quickly and super friendly, incl. making a few modifications to my signup form. My test runs went without a problem and i'm looking forward to launch the wholesale option now to my dealers. Only suggestion for improvement: It would be great to be able to change some of the wording of the translations (I'm running a German store). But that's really just a minor caveat of an otherwise great app!

This is likely the best wholesale app for my needs. I tried all of them available in 2019 and this one worked really well, was easy to use and had nearly all the features I was looking for. I love the wholesale sign up page they provide. This would have been 5 star for sure, but it does not have tiered pricing which I think is super important. I used this wholesale app first, then when I redid our website I tried out two other highly ranked wholesale apps, but came back to this one. Here is what I love about this app: 1. It has a line sheet that my wholesale customers can easily order/reorder from. None of the others have that. 2. It isn't cumbersome and doesn't mess with my website code. Does exactly what it says it is going to do and nothing more. 3. IT WORKS WITH SHOPIFY CALCULATED SHIPPING!! This was a must for me as one of the others did not. I can set a $65 free shipping for my retail cusomters and override it in WG for my wholesale customers at $400. And, it makes sure I am not overcharging my customers on shipping, which I love. 4. It gives me everything is has at one price instead of nickle-and-diming me. Also a very generous trial period so I have adequate time to play with it before paying. The others only left me a day or so by the time they had it installed (installation was part of the trial period). What I don't like is that it needs to be prettier. It does not look as good, or fit as well asthetically, on my website as the other two apps I tried and you cannot easily change the appearance of the landing pages/forms. I want to be able to scale the side columns on the line sheet so the collections listed didn't wrap to the next line, and to be able to change the font and the way the notifications appeared on the link pages. I have a guy who can code so I am going to have him do those changes for me so it goes better with my website. If I didn't it would have been a more difficult decision for me between the apps.

What it can do and what it can not. What it is good at: Easy to install Creating discount codes is a snap. Support emails are answered in an acceptable amount of time. Using the app within the Shopify store is seamless and, for the most part, quite easy. Shipping options are a nice touch. What it is not. No Retail pricing is visible once logged in. All pricing across the entire platform is changed with no option at all to show what the retail pricing is. So basically, the wholesale customer has no idea how much they are saving. This, of course, always prompts many emails from customers asking why all the pricing is not discounted or asking if we have a retail sheet to send them, which is what we ended up doing. It is either that or telling them to log out of their account so they can see the retail pricing and then log back in. We have since started sending them a link to a page with the pricing. This also is not a great solution though since it is just another thing we have to keep updated and maintain. No way to modify the wholesale submission form. It would be nice if they allowed us to add some custom fields but unfortunately, they do not. In our case, we have specific questions we wanted to get answered to see if they were a good fit. Since this app runs through a proxy, they do not allow any control over the app. So even minor tweaking is not an option. Therefore we had to set up our own custom submission form to incorporate the fields we needed. No export of discounts available. If you have many different types of discounts for different customers like we do, then maintaining them becomes cumbersome. You would be best to make a spreadsheet (yet another thing to maintain) that has all of your discount codes and the amounts off etc. since there is no export option available. You would think this would have been an easy one, but after reaching out to them on this, nope. I was told this was a great idea and that they would consider it for a future update, but that was a while ago, and it is still not an option that I can see. Poor communication with their customers. Don't get me wrong, if you submit a request, they will contact you back in an acceptable time frame. They are polite and professional. Unfortunately, they have no communication in regards to their app. How often is this app updated? I genuinely do not know, they never say. If it is often, there is nothing I can see that is any different. I use other Shopify apps and regularly get emails from them regarding updates and new features. It would be nice if wholesale gorilla followed suit. No ability to change anything Aside from not being able to change the submission form, unfortunately, there is not much that can be done with this app outside of what it is. Most customizations they offer do work pretty well, but depending on your case use, you will run into issues where you would like to customize something that is just not possible. The proxy issue kicks in, taking this app down a few pegs. Conclusion First off, it is not my intention to say not to use Wholesale Gorilla. This is a slick little app that is quite easy to use and understand. For the most part, it is intuitive and does not have a large learning curve. Most people should be able to master it in a very short time. It has helped our company save quite a bit of time and aggregation dealing with wholesale orders. If you are a small company with light activity and a small number of products, this app could be a good fit. That said, once you start to grow, there are a few cracks that make this app start to lose its charm. Little inconveniences begin to add up and eventually force you to start asking yourself some questions. For the price of $30 per month, you are close to the cost of opening up another Shopify store, which can deal strictly with wholesale customers. This is another level of maintenance, but depending on your needs may make more sense. And while we have not tried other wholesale apps, we are looking to see if any of them may fit our needs better. In the end, this app will work fine for many, but if you are similar to us, you may want to look at a different solution, or at least know what you will be facing if you do decide to use Wholesale Gorilla. While this app might work and be a 5-star app for some, for our needs, I would rate it at a 3 1/2 star option.

I have been testing this app with a trial. I have set everything up and have been running multiple customer checkouts to look for any glitches or things I do/don't like about it. One thing right away to be aware of is they only offer shipping to be customized by pricing. Meaning, you cannot set things up for any specific customer or location (i.e., your local customers) to have free or discounted shipping. Some features I appreciate, like the ability to tag current customers as "wholesale" and they just log in and then see your current catalog all at wholesale pricing. Other things feel kind of clunky and just lacking in terms of being streamlined and clean. When adding products to the cart logged in as a wholesale customer, I noticed that at first all products show up as their retail price and took a few seconds to change to the wholesale. This could scare wholesale customers who may not have the patience to wait those few seconds and think something is wrong with their account and give up. I can see the response to this being it is my computer or internet connection but I tried on different computers with the same result and don't have this kind of issue with other parts of my Shopify site. Overall it's a decent design. I wouldn't call it a "gorilla" as the customizability is limited and not as intuitive or fine-tuned as I would have expected. Customer service has been good and responsive. The app itself is limited.

I have loved this app and was so glad to find it. However, somehow, it developed a glitch. A new customer was unable to log in to my store to place an order, and she reached out to me for help. I almost lost that customer and that order. Thankfully, she worked with me. Clementine responded within 2 days and she blamed the whole thing on Shopify stating that they had changed their code. Shopify took a look at it, told me that there were no code changes and the Shopify guru was able to duplicate the numerous problems that I had discovered and reached out to the developer for help with. I got a response within a day from Wholesale Gorilla, but he did not address the issue. I asked for help again with the issue that I was having a problem with and waited a week with no answer. I called Shopify tech support. We did more troubleshooting and the Shopify technician agreed that there were numerous issues. He reached out to Wholesale Gorilla on my behalf and I waited another week. So far it has been crickets. Why does a successful company burn its happy customers? I don't have time to find another app, learn it, get up to speed on it and install it. The whole thing is VERY annoying. The following was the text of my original 5-star review. I wish that I had found this app first. It was truly everything that I wanted and needed. I wasted time and money with another Shopify app provider who promised things to me, jacked up the price which wasn't disclosed at the time that the promises were made and (not kept), then, basically, tied my website up into a knot. This was quick, easy and intuitive. Don't bother with a mess like that. Go here first.

Fixed-Price and Percentage-Off rules have been a godsend. The Quick Form and Minimum Order Quantity options are proving a huge hit for our existing Wholesale customers with an unexpected bonus. Our sales figures on the new Site are already much higher as a result. Quite apart from the Gorilla Wholesale functionality, the support has exceptional. I was really looking forward to using this app for our whole sale clients due to its lighweight structure. The staff was supportive and able to explain a lot of things to us. Unfortunately, it did not work out. First of all because it was conflicting with another filtering app. The lightweight structure does also mean a couple of important features like variable minimum purchse amounts and tiered discounts for larger spenders weren't available. But I will keep this app on my radar and may reconsider when they add new features.

Wow! I had to drop everything and write this review. You will find NO easier way to have a completely integrated wholesale store in Shopify. We left a highly rated B2B app because of reliability and buggy issues with the software. Install this app and thank me later. They had us up and running within 24 hours and have always responded to questions I could of read in their support documentation. Gorilla has truly thought of the best possible way to do wholesale on Shopify. I can have different wholesale prices for each customer because Gorilla uses a tag system. So vendor A can have 50% off all prodcuts in the store while vendor B can have 40% off because they do less volume. You can also hard price products rather than use a percentage off. There is no importing of products into another companies website to host your Wholesale or B2B store. This system uses the existing shopify customer account creation. We added a menu link called WHOLESALE that easily allows a vendor to login or create a new account. You get notified of new accounts via email and can then attach it a unique wholesale profile followed by activating it for use. Way to go Gorilla!

In my research I looked up apps that worked with shopify and came across Wholesale Gorilla because I wanted to allow customers to shop from my one e-commerce website (DestinationsScentedCandles) where both e-commerce customers can get retail prices and wholesale customers could log in and actually see wholesale prices and buy on the website too. This takes so many steps out of emailing wholesale customers and sending sales sheets/wholesale packets, waiting and following up on orders, etc. - no more hassle. I especially love that you can set order minimums, like Minimum wholesale order must be $150 and the software totals the cart while shopping where people cannot check out until they meet the minimum. I also how you can set minimum and maximum order limits too like I want to make sure customers buy in dozens but can buy 6 of one scent and 6 of another scent. Customizing wholesale shipping and enable net terms too is heaven sent too! The site is very user friendly and LOVE the customer service. They respond quickly and are super helpful. What more can I say this app is like have a sales rep and wholesale order manager all in one making running the business so much smoother! I highly recommend it!

I should have written this a lot time ago. The customer service is top of the line. They are responsive and will let you know if there are any conflicts with other apps. I messed up my theme with another application that did not allow a simple "uninstall". It caused my wholesale customers to not see their discounted page! OMG, I was screwed. I contacted the Wholesale Gorilla team and they were on it. What I love the most: Once customers signup - they can see their discounts right away. You can change bulk discount offers on products - individually - not to a whole collection or store The app manages discounts so you aren't giving away your store. It is "smart" to apply one discount and not combine them with other offers. Not as seamless as you may think but the developers will help you integrate the app to your Shopify theme. It combines a lot of useful features into one neat app. Requires some knowledge of html, css and liquid if you want to make customization. Overall, it is a great app that is worth the cost.

Gorilla is the 2nd wholesale app I have used after being totally disappointed with the first one! I'm so happy I found this one on only my 2nd go :) The process was so quick and easy, my website wasn't a Shopify designed layout but that was no problems, Matt (who is crazy helpful!!!) set the whole system up for me and tested to ensure it was all working. Along the way I have also wanted little additions added to suit my website and Matt has always happily changed the back end codes to accommodate my requests. Without this app and backup support I couldn't confidently drive my business as hard down the wholesale path, this app save me so much time and makes me so extra money it would easily be the best value app I have on my website. I have tried many wholesale apps over the last year and none of them have worked out for me. They were either too confusing, didn't do what I needed, or were way too expensive. This app is AMAZING. It was extremely easy to set up, it looks great, and does everything I need it to do. I've only had this app set up for a couple of days, but I've already received wholesale orders with no issues whatsoever with retailers setting up accounts or placing orders. STOP WASTING TIME WITH OTHER WHOLESALE APPS AND DOWNLOAD WHOLESALE GORILLA!! Our site resorted to opening a separate wholesale shopify store due to the poor quality of wholesale apps on the appstore. Managing a second store has become cumbersome so we have decided to revert to an app to manage our wholesale business. I have installed and uninstalled an inappropriate amount of wholesale apps in search for one that meets the criteria our store is looking for and unfortunately tried this one last. Wholesale gorilla is SO AMAZING! It works so so well and has every function that I need it to. It's easy for my wholesale customers and easy for me as the owner. This is the best wholesale app out there, in my opinion.
