This app has been a great solution for managing both our retail and wholesale customers in a single Shopify store. Setting up different pricing for customer groups was much easier than we expected, and the wholesale pricing is applied seamlessly once customers log in. We also appreciate the flexibility with volume discounts and minimum order requirements. Everything has been reliable, and whenever we've needed assistance, the support team has been quick to respond with helpful solutions. I have had mixed experiences with this app over the may years I have used it and just got my faith back in it after Rob went above and beyond to fix some code and answer my many questions abut a wholesale code that was showing up to all customers on my shop app! It was not the apps fault at all but my web builders error. He also helped me fix shopify's buggy new log in integration. Thank you Rob! Sticking with this app seems customer support has gotten much better than in the past.

We've use the app for many years. It's very helpful! It offers a crucial, but rather limited functionality that extends Shopify into discounting based on Customer tags. It's crucial because Shopify's internal discounting tools are limited and don't allow us to reflect our discounting logic on those discounting tools. It's limited because it requires significant manual labor of managing the tags that trigger the discounts. It really needs to be updated to read Company Metafields, which is a great place to hold data about a Company, and apply it to the Customer Profiles. Supporting B2B features that Shopify introduces is a crucial part of the work of this app. I will try to update this review if they support the new B2B Companies features of Shopify.

Absolutely awful customer service. I've sent in several help tickets because the app keeps throwing the exact same message at me: 'Install error. There’s been an issue with your install. Our support team is having a look, and we’ll be in touch via email ASAP.' What a joke. Nobody has reached out, and there's zero option for live chat. It's been days since my first request, and I can clearly see on the admin panel that they haven't even opened my tickets yet. Completely unacceptable!

B2B wholesale app is fantastic! It was easy to setup and we are now getting easy B2B orders through our website. If I have any questions, the chat team are very responsive. I liked the app so much that I wanted to use it for another store I manage, however at present new customers cannot use the order minimums function while it is being worked on. I've contacted chat but there's no date for when it will be ready, so sadly I am going to have to get another b2b app for that client.

I installed the app because of the good reviews. Unfortunately, the app is underdeveloped in many respects. While the support team is helpful, the programmers behind it are unable to implement the essential functions for B2B trading. The price of €99/month is completely unreasonable – far too high. We unfortunately invested many hours trying to install the app and now still have to look for an alternative.

The app is dead simple to set up, yet extremely powerful in its ability to apply discounts at varying levels. This app runs pretty well and has made wholesale an option for our store. The response from support is quick and for the most part they are very helpful. I have had issues with discount codes being applied to wholesale accounts and that is NOT supposed to happen. When I tapped support for help they could not replicate. I sent them screen shots of the issue, but they still could not figure out the problem or resolve.

Can't say enough good things about this app and the developers. Anytime we've run into an issue, we get a response right away. We have a massive amount of custom pricing for thousands of products and this app handles it seamlessly. *If you have a store with many products, the initial sync time is pretty long (as they are subject to Shopify's API times) but once that initial sync is done everything is incredibly fast. This app works really well for offering wholesale customers their own pricing levels, and also offers a few extra features to help with wholesale customers, such as Account Customer processing, minimum order amounts, shipping customisation, and a quick order form. Can't fault the support. They have quickly helped us solve a few minor issues.

Great app for wholesale, custom prices for different tags is great, wish the discount codes were still available but the app makes up for it. only small issue, uploading, csv can be tricky... for us it works great when using google docs, but so not much when using excel, (although this may be a "user error") Service is always excellent...

Our process of changing from Squarespace to Shopify was a challenging one and creating exclusive rules / options for our wholesale buyers was made so easy by the staff. We spoke with several members over the course of the process and everyone was able to pickup right where the previous member left off. This allowed for no down days in between our endless questions and need of support. Again we cannot rave enough about this company and most importantly their employees. Kay, Jack, & Rob were amazing!

Terrible support. I've submitted multiple requests to the support team, as I keep getting an error from the app saying that "Install error There’s been an issue with your install. Our support team is having a look, and we’ll be in touch via email ASAP." No one gets back to me. There is no live chat. It's been so long since I have submitted the request and I can see on the admin panel that they haven't even logged in, to check out the issue!
