This app works for our business. It's pretty much the only thing I can find that has a dedicated wholesale section. Some unavailable features can be done through a workaround. But it wouldn't be possible without the support of the superstar customer support service. Shanna is always there ready to help with any requests. I could schedule a video call pretty much instantly to get help with configuring the app too. I recommend this app.

Great app. I couldn’t figure out how to set up discounts for customers who applied to our Trade Program, but Daniel was extremely helpful and went above and beyond with his customer service. It's a decent app, if you have 3rd party apps with your checkout it can be tricky. We had a lot of clients give up because it wouldn't work, the checkout page would always change back to the regular pricing. constant issues with that, and lost clients because of that. They will help you get it right, but it can hurt you too if it doesn't work smoothly for your clients.

Great app. We were looking to integrate B2B into our retail site. After a long app search, I found Wholesale Helper to be the best option. Had the features that we needed (wholesale lock, wholesale pricing, net terms) at a reasonable price. Plus, the support is great. We wanted the B2B portion to be seamlessly integrated into our site with little visual differences. Their support team was able to do that in a very quick manner. As well as accommodating small custom changes. They got things done usually within a business day. Very reliable. ABOVE AND BEYOND — this team truly earned every word of that. We hit a tricky roadblock: we needed wholesale pricing for our B2B customers AND volume bundle discounts for our retail customers, all running side by side on the same store. On paper, that shouldn't work — discount apps almost always fight each other. The Wholesale Helper team didn't just tell us "sorry, not compatible" and move on. They dug in. Shanna, Karla, Ahmed and Andres worked with their dev team through multiple rounds of testing to figure out a real solution. When the first bundle app conflicted, they recommended an alternative. When that alternative wasn't quite right, we moved to Dealeasy, they went back to their tech team AGAIN and built a custom "soft-disable" workaround so Dealeasy bundles silently skip for our logged-in wholesale customers while still working perfectly for retail. Then we hit another wrinkle — our color swatches were tied to the bundle app, so wholesale customers couldn't pick variants. Their team built ANOTHER custom solution: color swatches now conditionally show for logged-in wholesale customers across every product with a wholesale offer. This is easily the most involved support experience I've had with a Shopify app, and every step was handled with patience, clear communication, and real problem-solving. They turned what could have blocked our entire site launch into a seamless dual B2B/B2C experience. If you're running wholesale alongside retail and worried about app conflicts — these are the people you want in your corner. 10/10.

Great app with a lot of useful features for managing B2B pricing and access. It has been a big help for our setup, especially when combined with a lock app—it works really well together. I sometimes struggle with bulk uploading excel file, when something changes in the discount groups, and it is not easy to find the error. A good thing is that the support is working. I would suggest, a better tool to find the problem in the excel sheet, instead of an error just saying the Excel is not correct.

I was looking for a wholesale option that fit into our industry where we have strong D2C but also B2B. Coupled with their lock app we have managed to work on a way to customise it into our website. They have been very responsive and worked on making it custom. This means there’s a bit of time needed to set up how you want discount groups to run if you have regional differences with customer shipping and prices, playing with your own theme functionality and LOTS of testing to get you started but the service so far has been great. They are very understanding and kind. I’m yet to figure out the Xero integration part for net terms but I’m confident I will be able to work with the team to sort anything I need. Not so hot. Used it for years albeit being buggy and leaves people stuck in checkout area without being able to complete purchase. Many requests to help have ended up with “we can’t duplicate the problem”. Well I can, time after time after time. We will be switching to Faire as this app is buggy and annoys customers who just want to check out like they do on any other site. Also, you can’t update your site without them reinstalling code, at an additional cost. Just bad app and worse service. Blaming the end user (my customers) is never an answer.

2025 update: app has issues weekly. my wholesale customers are randomly not recognized and they are forced to pay at checkout instead of net terms. Neither me or tech support are able to duplicate however it happens randomly a few tiems every week. 2023 UPDATE: They have been a great help providing work arounds and customizations. Most of this should be native app options and great to hear that these features are on their development list. 4 stars now with the customizations however be ready to request help again if you ever update your theme as the custom code will likely be lost. For those new to Shopify, you will eventually need to update your theme. ORIGINAL REVIEW: A bit painful so far compared to other wholesale apps. 1. You can't select what products to offer you customers, it your whole store. There is a workaround using another app from same developer to hide products however this then leaves large gaps in your products and other issues. 2. No option to sort your products manually, they are a mess. Only option for best selling, price, alphabetical. Shopify is smart enough to allow manual product sorting, need that feature in the wholesale portal 3. No option to set product image sizes, they are huge 4. To hide standard checkout for your net term customers requires special code 5. Customer tags push to orders as order tags. This makes no sense, some of our customers have tags for other reasons not relevant to the order. This feature needs a toggle. Some customers have 6-8 tags, if they order all the tags push to order tags. Not good

I explicitly told the dev team to not break my site and to reach out during implementation if they had any questions or issues, since it was heavily coded. They broke my chekout button. Had custom code to add shipping insurance and signature options at checkout = Now broken. Never reached out during implementation to advise of such. I utilized this app for a short period of time. I deleted once I realized that you had to download an ADDITIONAL app in order to select specific products within your shop to offer for wholesale (vs. every single product showing in the wholesale section). Of course, the additional app costs an additional $10/month. Disappointed that this feature wouldn't be included in the $50/month that Wholesale Pricing Discount B2B offers. It's no wonder most shop owners direct their wholesale to Faire!

I tried the free trial for the "Basic" plan, I spent 20 minutes on it realizing there were features that were only for the top paid plan..... It made it very confusing for me to work with as it wasn't clear at all what the basic plan covered as I was given everything to work with... I feel as though this is a scam to make me spend time on all of it and setting it all up then after the free trial saying i need to upgrade. I am not for that at all. I reached out to support and they said they would have to manually remove those features and need approval.......... even though they weren't features supposed to be in the basic plan to begin with... So far, I am IMPRESSED. Customer service team for this app is VERY fast to respond to chat inquiries. In less than 12 hours since trying to set up their wholesale app, I've interacted with customer support and 3 different very helpful customer service reps. Each inquiry was answered accurately, and I've even had them start to do some custom pricing options that aren't built into the plugin for me. I installed and tried to configure about 5 total wholesale apps (I didn't even try SparkLayer, too pricey for me starting out getting into wholesale) and Wholesale Pricing Discount app has everything I need. Most impressively, is their dedicated standalone "Wholesale Catalog" functionality. This is so cool, and is a combo of a wholesale catalog, and a quick order catalog. All of the other options they allow you to configure I think should cover most peoples functionality needs. I am very happy I found this team of developers, as they really are on top of things and respond within minutes, sometimes only a few hours in the middle of the night here with me being in the U.S. After testing several of the other alternatives, I feel like this app is worth every penny for the time and trouble it will save you testing out and installing other wholesale options that just feel like they weren't built with everything Wholesale Pricing Discount app has been built with. Time is money, and this app and its great team will save me a lot of headaches. I'm happy I found them and don't have to stress out about finding the perfect wholesale tool. I wanted to try to make it work with free plans available from other apps, but they just didnt cut it. You can stop your search for the perfect Wholesale app, this one is it!

We were looking for an app that could split off different customer pricing by customer tags as well as allow for additional discounts to be applied. The purpose of this was to allow for employee, industry, and marketing discounts to be able to show pricing at the PDP & PLP level. They could then shop at their appropriate price level based on specific customer tags, rather than using discount code needing to be distributed and applied. The app does accomplish what we were looking to do, but the customer service level of Wholesale Pricing Discount B2B app also is pretty great -responses generally get back within 30 minutes and are helpful. There are a few small limitations and I do wish there were a few features that could be implemented (for example one feature I'd love would be that you can have "hidden" products that show based on the customer tag, but its not a full product page like what you'd normally see). All in all, this app accomplished a lot of the requirements that we were looking to achieve. I'd realistically give this a 4.5/5 if this was possible as it isn't perfect, but does a very good job. I've been happy with the overall app performance and service behind it.

Vents.com — This company is the real deal. They provided great customer service with some of my initial questions. 20 minute on boarding demo, and already made two customizations, so that when someone is logged in it hides the create account, and if they are logged out, it shows the create account. As well as they added a logout feature on our navigation that shows if logged in and hides if logged out. The app is full of wholesale related pricing features for basically anything that you can think of. I really like the variant price control and pricing groups.

SAVED OUR LIFE! We have a 3 tier pricing business: Distribution, Wholesale, and Retail. This has been quite the challenge when working on a Shopify store and myself not being an engineer. We were using some other apps before, and all of a sudden, without any notice, the checkout process with that app stopped working. This was in the middle of our "Prime Day" sales, so it was a HUGE blow and very time sensitive. The other app's support was slow to respond, and never actually found the problem. I jumped ship and did trial and error with a few apps that day to find a fix to get it up and running again. Wholesale Pricing Discount B2B was the winner. Number 1: quick start up time. They didnt require 1-3 business days to install. Number 2: They had live chat support with REAL, knowledgeable, HELPFUL people. And the support response time was always within an hour or so. Number 3: I have been able to have a video call with someone, and now just a phone call with someone about a glitch. The support is unmatched, the UX UI of the app itself is very straightforward (again, not an engineer here), and it has so many robust functions, many of which we don't even use, but I can see their use case for other business models. VERY BAD assistance in relation to the exorbitant cost they charge. They usually respond after one day to our requests so it is VERY DIFFICULT to solve problems because of the long lead time. They DO NOT OFFER unlimited stock so our wholesalers could not place orders. This is a ridiculous limit. We removed the application and for a whole day WE HAD HUGE HUGE PROBLEMS with our website, the PRICES in each product tab were HIDDEN for all our customers !!!!! Luckily we downloaded another application which solved the problem for us. We're sorry but we do not recommend this app. They still have to train themselves before selling themselves as an application on such a renamed site as SHOPIFY

Straightforward set up on our end and very responsive helpful team when we've had issues. The Vendor Login portal does not integrate well with our site (the display of product photos and descriptions was not good) so we have opted not to use that featue. The new vendor signup form worked well to capture new Wholesale customer details but we didn't like how it looked and ended up creating our own. So the app has proved essential for our online business, provides a good experience for shoppers but there is room for improvement within the app.

I installed the app and as far as I can see I just get one form for the wholesale customer to sign up and tags on the product page to identify who is a wholesale customer - in this respect the app is very expensive per month. Also very basic form to start with so took a lot of to-ing and fro-ing to get it how I wanted it and even now there is no scope to make the form page look that great.
