They are keen to help, but the app does not work on almost every point of view. currencies are a huge problem, as well as incompatibility with T&C checkbox at checkout etc. at least it's nothing for European international stores... what really fked me up extremely is that my live theme was edited and ruined. They were coding on my live theme even though i made them a backup !!!!! they made me lose SO much time

Worked with Ron and RJ setting up individual products for a "wholesale pricing" where discounts and quantities werent needed, Just a simple display £X for customers not logged in, and display £Y price when logged in. Displayed at checkout and product level only at the moment, but its on the road map for collections, which is good enough for us at the moment. Thank you guys! great customer service, especially on my free trial will be sticking around for the updates.

Generally, it's a great app for individual discounts, BUT we live in a globalized world, and the app does not support any kind of translation or allow third-party apps to translate the app's content on the frontend. If this could be optimized, it would be fantastic! Unfortunately, customer service mentioned it's not possible at the moment :(

When this app works, which is almost never, it's great. but it breaks ALL THE TIME and customers are constantly contacting me to re-do orders that the app messes up. As soon as I am able, I will find another app instead of this one. GREAT customer service!! They've helped me right away every time I've needed it. I know I can rely on them to help if a problem arises. This app is wonderful as it lets me offer wholesale pricing to specific clients. My only issue is that the pricing does not show on the product pages, which clients find confusing. If it did that too, it would be even better!

Very good Support! The App was not working properly after i installed it in my store but i was just hitting up the Support and they fixed all the issues with my custom template so that it's working now. I was just sending a screenshot of the errors that occured and in 1-3 minutes the problem was solved! A big thanks to Amandeep! This app is what you need if you are looking to sell B2B on net terms. We are a shopify plus store and this app is still better. Compatibility with the bulk discounts now app from the same developer was also huge for us. Using these two apps we can give discounts and B2B checkout for our logged in customers and still offer discounts for the non logged in customer. This app DOES NOT properly round math. My 9 year old can do it but not this app. This is especially annoying because you cannot trust the math - we cannot use our shipstation pack slip which has beautiful pictures on it, we have to use the Shopify one because the math is WRONG! This app also has issues at CHECKOUT where my customers are not being able to check out - this just happened three times this week. Annoying. Shopify cannot resolve the issue and these people can't resolve the math problem in a 3 year time period. Ridiculous!

We chose this plugin for the order form to allow our wholesale customers to order more quickly. The fact that retail pricing was shown until they added to the cart would be confusing for our customers and add an extra level of explaining to our customer service. We wanted something to make wholesale ordering easier for our customers, but this isn't a good fit. Additionally, the 'Sync Collections' didn't work and I had to have support manually add a missing collection, but even then not all products in the collection showed up. Finally, built in discounts for Shopify were being applied to the wholesale pricing, we have for retail customers to save 20% when ordering 4+ items, which made it difficult to match our wholesale pricing on our price sheet. We didn't want to give a 20% discount on top of wholesale pricing. Finally, there's no 'Require a minimum order amount' option - we have a MOQ of $500 for wholesale pricing. Many things we wanted were lacking or missing. If they were added/corrected the plugin would be worth the $25/50 per month but it's not right now.

This app has added a whole experience that only could be duplicated with manual code or Shopify Plus. Those two are not suitable for family owned businesses. I have changed themes to increase speed for non-app related reasons. Each time the support has gotten my wholesale account looking good and working when I had a installation problem fast! ACUMETALFAB.com 03/17/2023 – Update to my review. For the last few months I have had a script issue. I requested support and a collaborator request was submitted on Feb 1st. It took 21 days and multiple reminder emails on my end to get an answer. The actual answer, “That link that the Shopify mentioned does not seem to be coming from our app. Maybe they have previously installed another wholesale app before? Ours should be something like "wholesale-pricing-now"... This was the type of error acumetalfab.com/cart?view=wholesale-now-cart&_= My original review was in August of 2020. This review 03/17/2023. I have never had another app installed since my original review and just now had to uninstall this one. After removing all lines of code from this app, my store functions fine. Customers would get a script error and it would not display my website. Will be finding a new app now. I just felt that for paying for a premium app for years… they should have not to have been reminded SEVERAL times about looking into my issue, plus the answer I got was not helpful to my situation at all.

This App was chosen by our team as a Wholesale Hero App replacement. Installation for the Wholesale App usually needs removal of the old (Wholesale hero) custom code (that we did ourselves) and New custom setup for the App - which may take time and testing - And can become a nightmare if any of the sides becomes unresponsive. In this case installation and custom adjustment process went smooth (even if 2 separate members of the support team were involved). So 5stars from us for the set-up. We will see how the app will behave. Thank You Nicoz and Amir for the communication and setup!! Update (2023), as we have upgraded to Shopify+ and the app is no longer needed. Nicoz helped us with removal info on the spot, no questions asked! Never happened to us before with other apps! We usually had to remove the code without recommendations or assistance. So there you have it. Best support of any Shopify 3rd party app so-far! And the App worked great for us too :)

I use this APP to manage multiple Wholesale/retailer discounts and pricing. They continue to evolve to add more features. I've been using them since 2019. Every issue I've ever encountered, they are quick to assist and work thru the problem. Update Feb 28 2023 I'd been having some shipping issues, was in chat with Shopify Guru, who sent the issue to the Shopify Shipping team... spent about 14 hours total trying to 'figure this out'. Contacted Wholesale Now, and within an hour, they found the issue, it was corrected, tested, and is now working as we required! Things I LOVE the most about this APP... it works, if you are a wholesaler, and require multiple levels of discounts per product, per customer etc. They respond in great time, they stay with you until the issue is resolved... I'm a much happier Merchant when I can count on them to find and fix my issues. LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

Josh and Nicoz went out of there way to help customize the wholesale app for our store. I was actually surprised they pulled it off. lol. So happy to find this reasonably priced app that allows us to sell wholesale from our existing store. We needed to be able to offer Net 15/30 terms and this app includes that feature. We also really like the Order Form function which allows our wholesale customers to quickly add multiple items to their cart on a single page and check out. Al momento de usarla todo estuvo excelente, es muy fácil de usar y de comprender, incluso yo que mi inglés es muy básico pude usarla a la perfección, mi problema es que la app aloja los datos en el tema que uses, y shopify los tiene limitados a 256kb de uso de alojamiento, entonces la app te limíta a 20-25 descuentos personalizados, la cosa es que todos mis productos son diferentes por consecuencia todos tienen precios distintos y descuentos distintos, tengo 191 artículos de los cuáles solo 25 tienen descuentos los demás no se pueden configurar, solo necesito que shopify le permita a la app almacenar más datos y asi poder ponerle descuento a todos y cada uno de mis productos. Fuera de eso, excelente App. At the time of using it, everything was excellent, it is very easy to use and understand, even though my English is very basic, I was able to use it perfectly, my problem is that the app stores the data in the theme you use, and shopify has it limited to 256kb of hosting use, so the app limits you to 20-25 personalized discounts, the thing is that all my products are different as a consequence they all have different prices and different discounts, I have 191 articles of which only 25 have discounts Others cannot be configured, I just need shopify to allow the app to store more data and thus be able to discount each and every one of my products. Other than that, excellent App

I installed this app to test it out and see if it would fit my needs. It looked like it would work, except there were a few pieces that weren't working with my theme. I emailed customer support and they were on it within an hour. The response time via email was nearly as fast as a chat box (15 conversations within 30 minutes). My case needed to be escalated to second-level tech support, but less than 24 hours from my first contact, my issue has been resolved. They also noticed something else that wasn't working the way it was intended, so they fixed that too. Amazing! I was on the fence about keeping the upgrade for this app after my 14-day free trial, but with such great support, I'm keeping it.

We found a few customers were not getting their Wholesale discounts. I worked with Jorge over 2 days. I didn't get updates, feedback or hardly any questions, and I had to continuously keep reaching out to him for even that. I even doubted he was doing anything to help. Extremely disappointed! UPDATE: Now we got an email addressed to VapeMart (who left a bad review over a month ago & WE ARE NOT)! Our issue was still not fixed. The email sent to us cannot be replied to and they are just asking me to go through chat, which is what we've been doing. RESULT: I am being told this app doesn't work with the Avenue 3.0 theme, unless AJAX changes to the checkout are made, which should be noted if this app is not compatible. If you are using the popular theme Avenue, DO NOT USE THIS APP.

We are adding a wholesale function to our SHOP to allow retailers to benefit from a discounted margin. As we have a large number of designs on T Shirts and over sizes and colours, some 95 variants per design, we initially synchronised the lot and it crashed. They are now working on this but in the mean time, they advised how to offer FREE SHIPPING (direction to tag) and cleaned up the presentation on the CART and CHECK OUT pages when NET 30 DAY tag is utilised. We have simple clients and this APP seem to offer simplicity. Need to play around with the settings and watch you dont blow the order form (Which does read SKU's but not SIZE from Shopify)

**Review update: Problem finally solved after almost a month. They provide free credit for that month in order to cover back our loss. After the rectification, yeah it's working great. Recommended to use. Just hope the same incident would not happen again. **Old review: Terrible support. I contacted them about the wholesale price not showing since 24th December 2020. It's already 5th January 2021 but the issue not solved yet. I chased every day for status update, at first they said it's escalated to 2nd level support, after 2 days they did not even bother to give any reply. We paid for the app at $30usd a month, it's not that we use it for free. It caused a disaster to us as all our agents now have to manually place order through phone and damages our reputation. Don't expect more from this merchant

I've had ongoing issues with apps before, but the support I've received from Website On-Demand has been incredibly attentive and helpful. Their apps are well thought out and make it easy to manage both a retail and wholesale business at once. I highly recommend this app, not only because it's extremely customizable, but because the support service is fabulous. The ability to make custom pricing and payment terms is exactly what i was looking for. If you're looking for a suite of apps, I would use their pre-order now too. Free plan really a waste of time. For businesses starting out in wholesale I believe there is a need to offer at least a collection to the first Discount group offered in Free plan. One product really does not suffice. Maybe add a basic or intermediate level between free and professional. So users can try it more and get up and going before leaping to Professional costing. Other than that I think it would be great for larger businesses that have the revenue to support the fees. I would return if this was possible as the set up was easy. But at this stage 3 stars for one product.

UPDATE: Went to 2 stars because I saw that they responded the emails I submitted. Not adding any more since the responses didn't fully answer my questions and the app is not user friendly. As an example, the discounts only show up in the cart not while the customer is shopping. Why would I want to show my retail prices first to a wholesale customer? I have submitted 4 support tickets and no response (plus an original one several weeks ago). One ticket was just to see if they got the others. Very surprised based on other reviews. I am very disappointed. First the app doesn't do what it says it will then I can't get help. Another wholesale app bites the dust for me. :-(

We are still in test mode, but the app seems to be doing the job after we contacted support. It took a few days, but they added our shopify theme to their compatibility list and our tags are now working. The app itself has many features that we may end up using. I was able to "trick" it into giving quantity discounts to retail customers by having them sign up. You may want to add this as feature. Overall, nice job!

We tested this app for our store and it was flexible easy to set up and worked well. We had a special theme but customer service was fast friendly and efficient and changed it to suit. Unfortunately we have a good loyalty points scheme and both apps do not run together. At the present it is more important for us to continue with the loyalty points and try for an alternate solution for wholesale customers but I would like to thank the team at Wholesale Pricing for their speedy help and honesty about this. I was having issues at first getting the app to work properly, but Chris stepped in and helped me get it set up correctly. It works fine now and it integrates nicely with my theme. Only issue I have is that I wish the app will allow you to put both line item quantity minimums AND order total minimum, as well as choosing individual products AND entire collections to be discounted. Other than that, the app does what it needs to do and the support was great!

Exactly what I need and works just as it says it would. I spent weeks finding the right app. this one allows me to assign customers to specific tier structures. The only limitation I see as of now is the tier system discounts are based only on percentage. I don't like that and I much rather be able to create multiple tier structures for collections that are all priced the same. example I sell a $20 product and I want whole price tiers for $9.00, $8.00, $7.00 etc. it only shows percentage discount so unless my customer does math they wont know how much each product is costing them. they need to set it up so you can change the price that way the tier system will show the customer how much each item is per piece if they buy 10 or 20 or 50 etc.

It works great for the most part. Sometimes when I click the app it says page not found, and I wish there was a way that wasn't so complicated for shoppers. I have to tell customers to make sure they check out through the actual CART PAGE or they the discount will not kick into effect.
