The app works quite well with our custom theme. We tried other apps, but only this one worked. More than 30K of our customers are using wishlists! We only had one hiccup, which was fixed in a few hours by the team. Great product, great support!

updating 4/2026 to say they are still fast on response and help. Customers are still using it! --- Very easy install. It works fast, shows you what products have been wish-listed, and by who. I reco the paid version - small price to get all the features. My customers have begged for this because they were just adding to the cart to save items, and the cart often emptied out on them the next day. With login they can dave their favorites and send easily to friends. We also get a lot of phone orders, so with only 3 days installed we already have folks ready with their wishlists when they call. I also wanted a tweak on the design - have my store look like their sample store, and within 48 hours they were in and updated with the code. Super nice and fast customer service, a great product so far!

The wishlist function is fine, but every time someone orders from their wishlist, it adds several unnecessary line items to the order and will show up in the packing list. Support says they can't remove these line items because it tracks analytics for the app. Having to manually delete these line items from the order is time consuming.

We installed Wishlist Engine and did run into a few issues getting it setup to work and look properly on our own. Possibly because our theme is older and heavily modified. Not a great experience. The 'add to wishlist' button wouldn't show in our online store editor. We requested support to help reposition the button, however they replied saying they completed the work as requested but the button remained in the same position I had left it before requesting the change. This app has been working great for us during the holiday seasons so we decided to keep using it. Recently, I needed to add an event tracker for GA4 within the app, so I reached out to support since I didn't see any developer documentations. I must have spent hours checking out just about every wishlist app for our store, and Wishlist Engine kept catching my eye. It has all the features we need, many of them usually only found on apps at several times the price, and the support we received in setting it up has been excellent. In fact, we didn't have to do much at all; support contacted us soon after installing it and did all the installation for us. Definitely gets our full recommendation. Inserting the codes can be a bit tricky, since I have no experience, but I just wrote to them to help me insert the codes and they were super sweet and inserted them the right place. They even changed the position of the number of hearts so it matched the number og items in cart so it looked more professional. Very good custommerservice and app! I was looking for a good wishlist app with a reasonable price for the last 3 years. I've tried different solutions and couldn't find the best app until I found Wishlist Engine. As my sites are new and don't have many sales. I think it's a good idea to pay when the app is helping to make enough money to cover my cost. After installation, I got support real quick and professionally. I think their price and pricing structure is very reasonable too. I've installed them on all four of my stores now. The developers went on immediately and set everything up for me. The app looks clean and straightforward to use on the site. Would be nice to be able to edit the header icon to be in brand colours but not that important. I think I used another app in the past that saved favourites even for guest users so that would be nice too if possible.

I had no clue how to properly install and they just did it for me with not only fast timing but insanely good communication and a passion for their craft it’s exactly as I imagined and wanted it to be!!! Definitely use this app for a wishlist it’s for sure the best with so many different options and not to mention great quality compared to the other dozen I tried to install and were not very good at all! Highly recommend!

Very pleased with this app. The support team was very fast in their replies to my questions, helped me with installing and even made some personal customization within no time. Although I find the app a bit expensive, as the app is quite simple and would prefer to see it half the price.

Great team, the app was lack of some settings and in less than 24 hours they made the improvements requested. There are tons of wishlist apps but these guys deserve your installation. Explain your need to the team and they will help instead of wasting time installing and uninstalling all the wishlists app around

My experience with this app and customer support have been great so far! At first, it seemed like I wouldn't get enough customization of colors on the free version, so I decided to un-install the app and provided the explanation of removing it from my store. They followed up very quickly and asked what I needed specifically, I told them my needs, and they did it for me! All within a few days. I didn't have to upgrade versions, they were very accommodating and quick, and now I have exactly what I need. I appreciate their work so much!
