The app does not send notifications for items that customers have wishlisted. This was the whole point of using this wishlist app. The Klaviyo connection is broken. We reached out to support a couple times, but they don't respond.

Probably the best wishlist app there is when it comes to a professional looking store, I've tried them all and this has the smoothest animations, similar to what you'd get in a high end store. I bought wishlist king based on the recommendation of our devs in May of 2024. I singed up for yearly billing through May 2025 at the price of US$190 a year. We just launched our store, and I wanted to check out the settings, and now all I can see is a screen that says, they changed their pricing to US$490 a year, which is more than a 250% increase, and I could not access any of the settings of the app I already paid for unless I agree to the new pricing. I reached out via email and Alex replied, and made things right.

I tested out about 5 of the top wishlist apps in Shopify yesterday and Wishlist King was BY FAR the front runner. It's younger than the others so fewer reviews so don't be mislead, it's absolutely fantastic from start to finish and beyond (particularly customer service). Better still it's definitely the most cost-effective for what you get and the second best priced app was an absolutely headache that you paid in other ways. A massive factor for me was having the wishlist icon in the header next to the cart which all the other apps make you pay $$$ every single month for, whereas Toby and Alex immediately zoomed in and did it for me (god I hope they don't mind me saying... haha) These guys should be so proud of absolutely nailing it at every turn!

I left a negative review 2 weeks ago after I found out the app had been overcharging me (it was being charged the 20$ fee for the Shopify plan even though I’m on the Basic plan). Support refunded me only a third of the amount and claimed they were looking into refunding the rest. Not only did I never hear back, I see that they somehow managed to get Shopify to delete my feedback. Now I understand why they stopped communicating. The kind of support who only cares about manipulating the review system in their favor, instead of ensuring actual customer satisfaction, isn’t the kind of support I expect from an app of which I’ve been a paying customer since 2017. And the same goes for whoever at Shopify thought it appropriate to delete my review.

Ok, really annoying I know, however after all this work I did on installing new apps, I realize that my Shop theme was old and stale dated. My shop theme needed to be updated, and unfortunately any of the update transfer apps are not compatible with this version of my current app. Meaning, I had to reinstall everything, and also any additional app that I added or that had special codeing would not carry over! So yes you bet the people at wishlist king were gracious enough to update and redo the work they had ALREADY done with customization for my store. Not only that, they were able to do it on a version of my theme that was not currently live! That means I'm almost ready to launch the new updated version of my theme and everything will carry over with all the help! Since I've already had a lot of work to do with updating this theme I really appreciate how quick and easy it was for me to submit an email and have them already take care of it. thanks Alex! **UPDATE 1/7 Incredible service. I anticipated due to the weekend I would have to resolve some of the customization issues until Monday. Nope! I was contacted and assisted on the weekend very promptly. There were several iterations we had to go through before finding just the right tweak. I originally hoped this app had ability for us to do ourselves, however I feel as though the app designers have been very responsive and not just customizing the minor aesthetic tweaks I needed, but rewriting specific code to accommodate my store for variants I have (outside of the Shopify theme I bought.). they came up with a clever work around and specially designed a button and path for clients to take from the "favorites" page. I'm so happy with the straightforward app, and solutions they created for me. The integration matches my store look, and appears professional. the price of the app is minimal, and a great way for clients who like to shop for a bit before committing. they can come back and be reminded of where they left off....so its different and more permanent than relying in an "abandon cart" email. Clients can also send their wish list to to loved ones!!! This is sure to push sales for valentines and mothers day. the monthly cost is negligible....it willl pay for itself!! ______________________og review Great initial service! that Alex will be quick to set up and respond! the app- LIMITED So first, the shop owner doesn't have the power to customize at our level. Something as simple as button size, color, shape. Im sure that after the weekend someone will respond and most likely assist me with my request. However, it would just be so nice and easy to have access to making these adjustments ourselves. I would gladly pay extra to have this feature. This way we can make tweaks, look at it online, and make more tweaks should we not like the looks of things. In my case, I need to change the little heart Icon on top of the picture to a different color. It's not visible in my images because the default is black. Again I'm sure that this is something that they will fix for me, but it sure would just be nice for me to just get it done so that it looks nice and is working without being reliant on a programmer to do it. So I would say aesthetically we should have a little bit more control over such minor details Second, this app does not carry over all variants into the wishlist and through to the cart. This is true if you use a supplemental app for example, I use infinite options for some of the variants in my shop. While half of the variants from Shopify (such as style) push through to the favorites wish list, the other half including size and some special customization notes for clients to fill out did not. So if they push from the wish list through to the cart, all of this information is missing in the order. Requiring me then to circle back around contact clients and ask them to clarify preferred color and size.... Defeating the purpose of having infinite options. I'm hoping this will be something they are able to find a work around for. thus far they have been helpful. Perhaps its short sided of me to think this was the perfect simple & straightforward app to accomplish adding a "favorites" to. In actuality, each shop's nuanced needs and design make it way more complicated to find just the right app for your particular shops needs. If you don't have a need to personally stylized these buttons, or if you have no desire to cut and paste code into your store back end, or even if you have a small amount of variants for each of your items, this app would work perfect and it's a great deal! if you have more specific needs, I recommend chatting with them first to see if this app will work for you. Wish me luck as I hope to continue to use this app if it will integrate with all my store variants

Great developer help for set up and looks lovely from the front end but restrictive in terms of usability. Klaviyo integration but can't really set up flows to alert for low in stock or price reduction due to how the event is tracked. Also very limited view of analytics in the back end, can't see which products are popular without going into each customers wishlist etc. Overall could be great, but definitely needs some more features.

Max from support was extremely fast, I tested several wishlist apps but all were loaded after the rest of the page, which gives a bad user experience and ruins the overall looks of the website. Wishlist King loads instantly with the website, is integrated perfectly and follows the theme design. The app is integrated manually by Max and done so excellent, three emails and the app was customized, set and ready to run.

The big time difference between Australia and Germany was no problem at all. Alex implemented all my wishes very quickly and reliably. All agreements were kept. I especially like the possibility to customize the design. This makes the store unique and fits super to the own corporate identity. Alex has always asked for feedback and asked whether everything is now as I imagine it. Also, the app can be translated completely in German, as in my case. Conclusion: I would also distribute 10 stars. I think the app and the service are more than worth the money.

I wish a review would do this company justice! The customer service and developers on this app are simply amazing! They customized my Wishlist to make sure it would work properly with my custom theme, they helped me install it... moving around the icons and getting everything in place with no issue. During one of my shop openings I was having coding issues with my site (not due to their app, it was a technical issue on my end!) However I am NOT technically inclined. They went into my site and fixed a simple coding error. I wish a review could really SHOW how much this company has done for us... but you'll just have to take it from me. I absolutely love this app, so do my customers. If you're on the verge of adding a wishlist to your site.. I would highly recommend Wishlist King!! They're wonderful to work with!

Not only is this a great App with the functionality to allow our customers to create wishlists, the customer service has been excellent. We requested support with installation late on Friday (UK time) not expecting a response till after the weekend. The team were on it straight away and also resolved an issue with a conflicting app. Often we get told that it conflicts and the developer basically says choose another App - not this team they went above and beyond to ensure the it worked for our site. I installed this app and reached out several times for help with the setup. A few days went by and I got a response, but something else wasn't clear so I asked a question on August 5th. It is now August 12th and I STILL have not gotten a response to my question from the 5th or any other type of help whatsoever. I downloaded another (cheaper) Wishlist app instead and got an immediate response to both of my questions and my new Wishlist from that developer is already set up and ready to go. I have deleted Wishlist King and can't wait to read their ridiculous response to this review. Don't waste your time with this app, it seems like they just run out the free trial before they can be bothered to assist you at all!

The BEST wishlist app for Shopify. Developer is super responsive, helped us set up and customize for our shop, and after using for a few weeks now, very happy to report that it has all of the features we were looking for. Previously we had used Wishlist Plus, which automatically deletes items from customer wishlists after 3 months. That upset a lot of our customers when their lists went missing - so happy we aren't going to have that problem anymore!

I have used another wishlist app for years. Upon launching a new template I looked for one that had more features that meet the needs of my business and my customers, I found it here! Easy to use for my customers and me! The dashboard is easy to understand and the customer service is top notch. Alex and Max Took amazing care of me. When you have a website you are kind of out there alone trying to figure things out. Great customer service with applications is a blessing. This company has it. I highly recommend this app and company. Update: A customer just contacted me that the hearts disappeared from my listings. I looked and the app has not been working for a month. I am not a happy camper. I do not want to have to keep checking this app to be sure that it is present and working. Waiting to hear back. So, if you have it, be sure to check your listings to see if it is still there. ugh! Update: So, I learned that if you update your app as Out of the Sandbox wants us to do often, You can lose some of the code that creates your app. So I want to leave this here so that others can learn about this. Alex responded to my panic within minutes. As always, excellent customer service.

I spent a lot of time searching for the perfect Wishlist, but couldn't find one that performed well and also looked good. I eventually chose Wishlist King as it was 100% customisable and based on their reviews, worked well. I compiled a list with photos of the styling and sent it to their automated support after installing the App, as they offer a free installation service. After a few tweaks based on my personal preference, everything is now up and running. Therefore the way I would describe Wishlist King is a bespoke service. Thank you Max.

I was very pleased at how quickly the support team integrated the app into my store. I had a couple special requests that were opportunities to make it even better, and the app team implemented them perfectly. It looks like the wish list functions exactly as advertised, and I've had a number of customers already start using it. I appreciate the straightforward pricing plan too. Some of the competitors were charging by the item liked or the number of lists. The fee is flat, and the price is so inexpensive I felt secure giving it a try. First of all Wishlist King is the only wishlist app with full control over the Styling via. a scss file (as far as I know). The support is fast, accurate and very nice. It feels like you can always ask for help if you find yourself in trouble with the App. The scss code is clean and organised with variables, which makes the styling very fast and easy. Simply put, I do not think that any other wishlist app can match this support. Definitely worth the money!

Fantastic support by the developers. Things were up and running in less than an hour. The developers' team will work with you individually, but I loved the way they had set it up from the get go. Clean, straightforward and aesthetically pleasing wishlist, just the way I wanted it. Max has been fantastic in communication. Another thing that I really like is that the price is based on your shopify subscription and not on the number of items on wishlists, as do most other wishlist apps. I sell art and antiques, with a large and constantly growing inventory, and I don't want to be thinking about the number of wishlist items and functionality. This is perfect for store owners with large inventories. Finally, there was a hiccup with subscription rate at the initial setup because my store was on a "pause and build" plan. If that happens to you, make sure to reach out to the support team, they fixed the issue immediately. I highly recommend the app and the team behind it!

I have used this app for a long time now on my store www.outbackretro.com.au it is fantastic I highly recommend using it on your store pros I have found it very easy to set up on I edited the code to make it look how I like, the price is low for what the app offers my customers and the data it provides my store is fantastic it allows me to know my customers interest in products. cons I only have one issue with the app I cannot set the icon colour to be a whole red heart.

We've tried many apps and have found Wishlist King to be the best and the most feature-rich wishlist app on the market. Every feature has been thoroughly thought through in its design (reminds me of Apple) and works well. Support has also been great. The only features missing are integration with Klaviyo and automated emails to remind users of items in their wish list. But if you don't need these two features, this is absolutely the best wishlist app for your site!

Wishlist King is a really great app. We tried another app before but did not work for us. This application does exactly what it is supposed to do for a very affordable price. Allows customers to add products to the wish list from homepage, collection or product pages without signing up for an account. The free installation is an instant plus because ensures the app is installed correctly and saves anybody headaches messing up with the code. We like the insights features, it can certainly be a marketing tool. We also love the look of the actual wishlist page and the fact that customers can add different variants to the cart directly from there. Not every wishlist app has this feature and if you have more than one variant for your products it really is a must. Sharing the list is just as easy. Above all we have been impressed with the amazing customer support so far. Alex and Max have been really helpful and very patient to customize the app in order to match our theme. Fully customized to work seamlessly with my shop's design. I sent in a list of small detail design requests - each was perfectly done. Integrates well with Searchanise. Keeps lists between devices and saves with login. Perfect on mobile as well. I was worried it would just show up before I had a chance to refine it. They smartly set up a new theme copy for me to try before publishing. I'm confident it will be a huge benefit to have in the shop and the time they put into working on my store is well worth years of the subscription cost already. I tried SocialShopWave, which was buggy, flashing elements on the screen, delayed, pop-up style, etc. Wishlist King is fast and works flawlessly. Go for it!

Massive Thank you to Alex and team for quick and prompt replies. I was time poor to follow install instructions (which look very straight forward) and had Alex implement the App for me. My Chrome browser had issues loading the Dashboard, so I just opened it in Firefox, voila. (I may need to update Chrome). Had slight issue of heart floating above menu / nav bar, and within minutes Alex had this layering issue sorted and fixed. I love the fact that customers can add the item to the cart right from their wishlist, as well as be able to choose variants, without having to go back to the item page first. Once again, thank you for this app, and for being so easy to work with. :-)
