As a new Shopify clothing store owner, I am thrilled with WooshPay's payment app for collecting payments. The onboarding process was straightforward, and the approval speed was impressive, especially for small businesses like me. WooshPay's support for Visa and Mastercard payments has been reliable, resulting in a high payment success rate, which instills confidence in both me and my customers.
I do have a suggestion, though. It would be beneficial if WooshPay's merchant dashboard could offer a more convenient reconciliation feature, allowing direct matching of sales orders and refunds, or even the ability to export comprehensive reports. This would greatly enhance the accounting process.
Despite this, I intend to continue using WooshPay, eagerly anticipating updates that can further enhance my overall experience with the platform.
