A simple app that has additional options should you need them with different payment tiers for your needs - we're pretty simple and there are still several ways to customize and it works perfectly for our site. unintalled after 5 mins because could not figure out how to use only the gift message and not the gift wrap. after i uninstalled, the gift wrap code was still on my site and the gift wrap product still on my product page. no customer service to help with this. only email with no reply. currently working with shopify to remove this prodcut from my page before someone orders it. created 5 hours of work for me just to get it off my site after installing for just 5 mins.

We couldn't use this app as it doesn't support Basic Store Plans. We wanted the Wrapin feature to be on our cart page and you can't have that which is a shame. Had to uninstall, support was very good though and they tried their best.

I like this app because it gives an option to customers having a gift box. However, the gift box option needs to be appeared as a line under the each of the product. That would have been nice to have. At the moment you can only choose the gift box once and you need to indicate which product should go to the box. But it still works fine. Thanks

Used the App to display a checkbox in both the Product pages and Cart to enable the customer to select a specific gift option. On initial setup, the Wrapin App interfered with another running app causing a duplicated shipping charge to appear at checkout. I also had an issue getting the gift wrap checkbox to display in the cart but I contacted the app owner, Mady and explained the issues and he responded very quickly to resolve them and get the Wrapin App running perfectly. The App provides a number of excellent features which all work extremely well with my store and coupled with excellent service and response from Mady who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful - you have one very happy customer. The app has been able to do what I wanted which is give the customer the option of a free gift note or pay for giftwrapping. There was a few things I couldn't figure out but Mady was very helpful. I think it would be great to have more details in the help documents, but I did get help from Mady as soon as I needed it. So yes I would recommend this app.

The gift wrap option on the product page is perfect, super simple to set up and does what it needs to. Mady was very helpful in customizing it for me, s there is even the information about which product it was added for. One thing I don't like personally is how the gift wrap on the cart page works: it is added to the order, but you do not see that on the cart page and it does not update the subtotal (unlike when you add gift wrap on the product page). You only know that it worked when you click "checkout", and then the subtotal on checkout does not match what you saw on the cart page. Also, it is not possible to change the quantity when adding gift wrap on the cart page. So, I set it up to only be on the product page, and it works great for me like this.
