We've been really happy with Wrapped since we installed it a couple of years ago and they have recently upgraded the app to add new features. We had a few issues with transitioning from our legacy plan onto the new plan (with the new features) but Adam was extremely helpful as ever.

This is a great app. Probably the best in class for Gift Wrapping. I have probably tried the top 10 apps for gifting, but none even come close. . Why this app is best: - 1. It's not just another app that offers extra product options that you have to customise in 1000 ways to hopefully match a good UI/UX for Gift Wrapping. This app offers 1 product option - Gift wrapping only, and it does it so well in terms of UI / UX, that no other app even comes close. - 2. It can offer Gift Wrapping for the entire order (once), not just per each product, although it can do per product as well. Flawless mdoern built for Shopify interface and UX. - 3. It integrates perfectly with your website design, looks like it's a built-in feature. . The price is worth it, even if there's no free plan. There's a free trial, you can test it out. But you won't regret it. If you sell, at least, a few orders a day, the price is already justified. If you only sell 1 order every few days, maybe not. But this is more for businesses that have already got a bit of traction. . Very easy to use and set-up, we didn't need any help for any specific customisations or errors. It works flawlessly. . One single drawback feedback: it would be great if the Cart updated dynamically, instead of having to refresh the entire page for the changes to take effect (like when you add/remove/update the Gift Option). The page refresh is a bit distracting but workable for the time being (I'm sure they're working on improving it every day).

I used this app for years, but suddenly it stopped working without warning, even though the widget was still active. No email, no notification — just customer complaints. Now the price has nearly doubled, and they also charge 1% of sales. Very disappointing experience after being a loyal user for so long. I have uninstalled it.

Ok. I searched FOREVER and tried so many different gifting apps. This is the one! A few highlights: - you know all the exceptions you have? They handle it all. Exclude this, tie this to that. Don't show it here, show it here. They have thought of it all. - the interface is simple, lots of toggles. You want it to do this? Yes/No. What about this? yes/no. - This guy Adam is the bomb. Finally! An App that does not put gift message/wrapping/notes data in the cart notes! This means you can actually have gift messages or order notes per PRODUCT, not per cart. We've been searching for this solution for ages so its been a massive win. The support is amazing and super responsive. They even helped us with advice on an issue not directly related to the app, which was above and beyond what we expected.

Very easy app to install, with well thought through features. It works really well for us and enables us to offer gift options exactly as we would like to. The thing that really makes it for us though is the support - super responsive, helpful and friendly. We spotted an issue (with how Shopify was processing some of the app requests rather than a problem with the app itself) and even though it was not specifically a fault with the app and it was late on a Friday night Adam responded really quickly and had a workaround fix released during that night - all with regular updates. Really impressive service, would definitely recommend - we're a relatively new store too but the app more than pays for itself already.

Where to begin? I have been searching for the perfect app to add to my shop that supports custom gift messaging. This is a feature that our customers have been requesting for a very long time. I have tried a couple of other apps, but they didn't quite have the functionality, great UX design I was looking for, or ease of use for my customers (most importantly). When I installed the app, I had to reach out to support really quickly to help resolve an issue involving implementation with my Rebuy flyout shopping cart. As I love Rebuy, finding another app to replace it is not something I am willing to compromise on. Adam was absolutely accomodating and went out of his way to make sure that my installation of Wrapped worked seamlessly with my expected customer journey. Adam was absolutely brilliant. The app didn't work 'out-of-the-box' for us mainly because our existing 3PL integration/partner was very restrictive, so we needed a few bespoke tweaks to make it work how we wanted it to. Adam was super accommodating of our needs - nothing was too much of a hassle for him. The end result was a robust gift-wrapping function that has been serving us well, without any issues, for the past 5+ months. We're very happy and couldn't recommend this app or Adam any higher. A++

I was looking for an app that could give my customers an option for how they'd like their orders packaged, not related to give wrapping. This app allowed the customization I needed to make it work. I needed a little help getting my modifications made, and Adam from Wrapped was incredibly helpful. He was quick to respond, made changes on his end that needed to be done, and helped me make changes on my end to suit my store's needs. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. I definitely recommend this app.

We use this app to capture a gift note from our customer's buying our IVF Support products as a gift, and then write out a handwritten note for our customer. This is the only app we could find that would create a product and capture the note details for us cleanly. Our customers love it and so do we!

I am a tech dinosaur and was able to easily install the Wrapped App on a Shopify 2.0 Theme. It was a chinch! Also, Wrapped tech support (ADAM!!!) is phenomenal. I needed help to personalize the app to best suit my product and also the design of the website. Adam stepped in and within minutes had the app look and feel just the way I had wanted. AMAZING. Adam is stellar - he is super proficient and provides top-notch service. He's also gracious and friendly and put me totally at ease. I love the Wrapped app and am really excited to work with the Wrapped team going forward. I'm really impressed. And I'm using the Free Version to get started since just starting a new website. I'm actually using Wrapped to do something a bit different and had to contact the dev with some questions about how I could tweak it and what I might be able to get it to do. Adam was very responsive, thoughtful and helpful; Wrapped ended up working great as a solution to my needs. Absolutely perfect! I wanted a gift app that didn't interfere with my store's design and just allowed for a simple "gift" checkbox with a box for a message, and I was able to achieve just that. Adam was very responsive and helpful, and even helped me customize the cart message a bit more by adding a link to an additional listing. One of the best app experiences I've ever had!

I am completely blown away by not just the outstanding quality of this app but by the customer service provided by Adam. After being frustrated for an entire week trying to solve the gift wrap option issue (we bought an expensive high end theme that didn't include it as a feature!), trying persist with half a dozen other gift wrap apps (none produced anything close to excusable ..and don't get me started on the lack of quality help or how those apps SLOWED DOWN OUR WEBSITE LOAD TIME BY 4secs!) ...THIS APP & ITS OWNER BLEW US AWAY!! Within 20 minutes we had a gift wrap option that was more than suitable for any high end or luxury product! There were a couple of glitches (which were actually the fault of our theme) and a fussy request (which made the app look a completely seamless part of our store) ..Adam went above and beyond, communicating clearly and dealing with our issues/request when he really could have left it. He's based in Canada and works with the kind of professionalism you'd expect when hiring your own IT specialist (pretty good for 'just' a Shopify app!) No doubt, if I ever need another app, I will be first checking to see if Scenario Apps has what I'm looking for! Please don't make the same mistake I made and choose other apps just because they have thousands of good reviews, this app developer is just starting out and they will eventually have 3x the reviews of other apps!! One last thing, is be aware that a lot of apps are not very compatible with Shopify 2.0 theme's (which this one is) - you will end up with a lot of glitches and a very disappointing experience if you try to use one of those outdated apps with the 2.0 themes. I would put this review in so many other places if I could... When you're trying to make a quality website without much of a budget to work with, an app like this is absolutely priceless! thank you so much Adam & scenario apps! We wish you all the best! ..and we'll be watching out for any new apps you put out!

The app is fantastic - easy to use and very flexible. But what stands out from the dozens of other Shopify apps I've used is the outstanding support. I reached out to them for a simple request and they went above and beyond, even digging into my theme code to help me fix an issue that was entirely unrelated to the app!
