I find the app frustrating and buggy. I also have to have two versions, one for shopify sync to xero and another for ebay to xero. Both work differently, both say they do both, but don't. Support is pretty average and I couldn't get actual help when I asked. Anyway, not impressed with spending a monthly fee for something that only just works. A year later, the app is busted again. $30 a month for something to send a tiny bit of data between two apps. And they manage to snuff it. I'll be finding another solution.

This app has been a huge asset to our business, both in creating Shopify sales invoices within Xero and in syncing inventory items/quantities between the two platforms. Doing it all by hand was unsustainable, and this app made it a breeze. Very good support. We had a few issues at first making the app do what we required but to be honest a lot of these were issues due to our past use and lack of process. Xero has to also take some of the load as Parex can only work with what the API gives them, and some of the issues belong squarely with Xero. Support has been keen to help, very responsive, and always came up with an answer. We're sticking with them as it is great to have true support. Well done Mahek and team.

We sell on two Ebay stores and two Shopify websites that also both accept Paypal payments. Before Parex, the reconciliation process would've taken me hours and hours each week. With Parex, I have saved so much time and the process is very easy to understand. I have just started using Xero and find it very easy to use with Parex. The customer support is also excellent. Responses often within 12 hours, always helpful and willing to show which options are available and how to optimise the settings on the app. Can also separate international sales from nationwide sales for VAT purposes which makes life 10x easier. Definitely recommend.

This is by far the most important app we use for our store. Without it we simply wouldn't be able to have integrated Xero correctly. We have been using Xero for 7 years, and required that individual Shopify orders be synced and invoices be created for the existing customer in Xero. We tried many other apps (LinkMyBooks, A2X etc.), but none offered this feature/worked as well as this app. I've been in contact with the support team many times in the past 6 months, and they always reply promptly. If you're looking for a reliable and efficient way to sync Shopify with Xero, Parex Bridge is the answer. Highly Recommend. I have used this App for a few years and it's still great. Customer services is highly responsive with clear and actionable answers. Recently, I discovered (thanks to ChatGPT) that Parex Bridge can automate journal entries for COGS on every purchase. This means every sale automatically generates a matching journal entry that moves the item's cost from assets to COGS. It's such a huge time-saver and keeps my books perfectly in sync. This is def one of my Fav Apps. My one and only suggestion for improvement is to make Chat available for quicker answers for the customer.

I have been using this app for years but it stopped working properly recently. It is good app if it works. 2 issues. 1. It converts currency wrong. It convers USD to CAD when we get USD orders and xero recognize it as CAD again. It converts to USD 2 times. I sent message to the support several weeks ago but no one response. 2. We have used the app for a few months now, to import retail orders from Shopify into Xero and it works really well. We recently added a wholesale app to our Shopify store which required us to tag these orders and treat them differently in Xero (for example we wanted an tax invoice emailed to the customer). One of the best apps I have used. This is a powerful and adaptable solution to quite a complicated problem of accounting for sales with or without vat - an issue for many international sellers. It’s well laid out, the architecture and options have been very well thought out, and has dealt with everything required of it very capably. It has taken a little setup to make sure it’s mapped right but the support is superb to guide you through this. The setup is a formality because once configured it runs automatically ! Hi I have installed Parex Bridge as an alternative to Onesaas for a client and it has been a clean switch with no hitches. I then recommended them for a second client who didn't have a bridge from Shopify, but as their's is a more complex set up (with multiple payment methods, dropship, multiple currencies and conversion discrepancies) there have been a few more fixes to make which have always been tackled quickly and with helpful, informative responses which have ensured an efficient service. There's no doubt this is an excellent app ( you can see the scores ) but for me the sign of a great product is the service when there's an issue. We just had stellar service from Parex during our first financial quarter of installation sorting out an EU VAT / OSS issue - Communications started from a chat app which in the wrong hands can be a dreadful experience, but here I spoke to the same person all the way through our issue .. It's now resolved with absolutely minor intervention from us which leads me to believe the support team know every single inch of both Shopify's API, their App's ( excellent ) capabilities and Xero .. There are other options for linking Xero to Shopify - please fully test this one first - It seems to do absolutely everything you need - Plus you will end up speaking to a caring, respectful and immensely knowledgeable team if you have any issues.

Been using this for a couple of months now and it is working great. Their support team responded very quickly during the implementation to enable some of their advanced features. The only minor thing that would have made it completely awesome are user editable rules on setting contact and sales account code that can take more then one field into consideration, e.g., customer tags and line item descriptions - we have quite a complex requirement for these but saying that their support team did manage to get quite a bit more than is in the apps interface implemented behind the scenes.

A few months into having this App, I am still REALLY happy. Support is quick and efficient. I used this app to help me to reconcile Shopify transactions in XERO after the original app from Shopify stopped to function properly. It works well after the initial set up which demanded some small assistance with a couple of emails from Mr. Kumar - many thanks. The App does not help to reconcile transactions via Amazon payments, but I hope it will be able to do it once in the future. Now I have to manually add Amazon Payments commission into each deal through Amazon when I reconcile it in Xero. It should not be a big deal to automate it and I hope it will be done at one moment.

Awesome features, great to find a xero integration app that actually works. Beyond that, their support is unparalleled. Their head developer contacted me immediately and started a web conference call to resolve my problem. We spent some time going over setup. When I asked him where he was he replied “India” then I asked what time it was there and he said around 1AM in the morning!

Though i was familiar with Xero, I was new to shopify and needed a solution to bring over the order details without having to manually check the vat rate on each one. I Had a few problems configuring it correctly in the beginning, but that's mainly down to my own lack of experience in this area rather than the app itself, and once you understand what its doing, they have made it really simple to work with. The support service was quick to respond, eager to help, and pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

Highly Recommend! I used this app to be able to automatically sync my Shopify orders into Xero. I needed quite a few months synced and noticed this app would only sync back to 3months... so I emailed the support team and my experience with them was EXCELLENT! They are the most helpful and understanding support team and they always email you back within a few hours. They were so patient with me (as I am still learning a lot!) and everything works perfectly now...this app makes my life so much easier. I highly recommend !!!

I highly recommend both this software and the company. It just works! It is far better than the Bold app we were using which had repeated failures, high cost and poor support. The support from Parex is excellent, especially from Kumar who helped us with requirements we had with taxable and non taxable sales and the way they are posted in Xero. Kumar and the developer team worked with us over a period of time to get the requirements, changes and testing done. This has saved us many hours of manual work in Xero. Really excellent service. I used to use another app for integrating my Shopify store to Xero but now we have moved as we were having lots of issues. The fact that you can set up a holding account for all the invoices, refunds and payment fees is great as when it comes to matching the bank statement lines is a 2min job instead of the hours / days that it used to take me. Keep up the good work.

We are so pleased with this app. Customer service is fantastic. I hope to see the new version of this app for more detailed integration such as to sync received orders separately in XERO based on sales channels ( Amazon, eBay and for other marketplaces ). Also, to sync the receivable amount from the marketplaces and paid marketplaces` commission separately.

So far this app has been great! The set up took a little long mostly because some of the steps were phrased weirdly, but it was simpler than it seemed. Because of the issues I had during set-up (and how long I went without a Shopify integration) I relied heavily on the customer support team. Kumar in particular was very helpful! It's such a relief to work with customer support that's ACTUALLY helpful, understands the problem, and knows how to resolve it. It has a higher monthly maximum than other apps we've used, which means less manual reconciliation on our end.

I made the switch from Bold Xero and I can't be any happier with this app. Does the job as it is supposed to, and the customer service are amazing...fast and knowledgeable. With Bold, many invoices were not exported and I had to spend hours each month doing manual entry. With Xero bridge, every invoice is exported in a clean way...saves me lots of hours.
