The content is awful and does not represent our brand. There is no engagement with the content. Additionally, We uninstalled the app to do our social media ourselves but they still proceed to charge us for another period. We have reached out to Shopify and waiting to have this refunded. Cannot recommend this app.

I appreciate that the developer reached out and offered to help me set up the app to use the free version. But I think if the setup process was clearer from the start, that wouldn't have been necessary. The paid feature was the one that impressed me the most, and it would have been nice to test it first before deciding if it was worth upgrading. The free version created posts using my original images, images I wouldn't have posted, and hashtags that didn't match the content. Before trying the app, I thought automating my posts would save me time, but after using it, I realized it's better to have full control. I think the app has a lot of potential and could be helpful to many people. It's worth trying it yourself and seeing if it works for you.

To be honest I was a bit sceptical at first, but I just dove right in and signed up both of my stores. I'm not a social media guru at all, but I needed something for my socials that I am just not cut out for, and Xyla seemed like a good fit. The videos need a bit of work to make then more like the original product but overall it takes out all the hard work of starting from scratch. I'm still getting used to it, but the more info you feed into it, the better it is. I really like it, and Toby has been great in answering my questions. And I really like how it animates my images into real life videos. Thank you Xyla.

Let me start by saying that I'm in no way associated with Xyla AI and I'm not benefitting financially in any way from writing this review. The App is totally legit. It posts daily to my Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter (X) and TikTok accounts. The videos are high quality. I get enhanced product shots with animated models and music. I can generate my own videos with my credits that use AI influencers. I get fun fact informational posts. The traffic to my Shopify page is up 235% and I'm not even finished the 7 day trial period. On top this, I'm still creating shorts in Heygen and posting them also. I can imagine what Xyla AI will do once it finds out what's working in terms of traffic to my Shopify Store. Oh and I'm no techie millennial, I'm almost 59 years old. Xyla AI is AMAZING!!!

It has been a positive experience so far, thank you. Except for a couple of products that, I believe the command for the AI video didn't quite hit the mark. For example with the Silicone Utensil & Spill Guard where as the name clearly describes their use in the kitchen. It's not used in the bathroom or meant to be a kitchen soup pot underliner. While I had deleted them due to timeframe to when they were to be posted on social media as I am constantly out and about. For future reference, I will endeavour to check these daily and prompt your support centre for assistance.

I used this app only during the trial period and canceled. For the few days I had it, it was AMAZING. I love being hands off with social media marketing. It generated the PERFECT posts for me, complete with captions and the link to my store. To be clear, there was NOTHING wrong. I had only launched my store 3 days before and jumped the gun HEAVY with advertising and couldn't justify the cost when I hadn't made a single dime. . I can promise when I do start selling, this will be THE FIRST app I use to automate my marketing funnel. Love the concept. Love the post. Get it! It works!

I was using the app which I loved as it posted to all my social media accounts, but its so slow and crashes all the time ! I then tried logging on today and it says 500 internal service error and despite numerous attempts have been unable to get it to reload. I then uninstalled the app and tried to reinstall which it wont' let me do. Therefore I have lost all my months work which I already prepared and have no way of contacting anyone for help.

Xyla is probably the best Shopify connecting AI Autopilot for social media. The content generation (particularly the new features) is generally very accurate as long as you're willing to put in the effort in teaching it your brand and tone. The UGC still needs work as it has preferences to create Asian-centred actors, but really that is something you can customise anyway.

Very effective and affordable. Customer service has been very responsive. I have turned off any ads being created with AI video or image because it changes the art on the sweatshirt too much, but there are plenty of print ad options that keep that exact integrity of the product image, so for the price this is a great way to go. I would prefer having the option to increase daily print ads in lieu of AI video or AI image, but it is what it is, and overall I am happy with the results.

Just installed this app and spent over 20 minutes completing the setup. As soon as I finished, it told me I had to upgrade just to make a post — otherwise it will only start to generate post in a month. This was not made clear upfront. The constant “upgrade to unlock” prompts throughout the setup were misleading, and the advertising suggested more functionality than the free version actually provides. Not worth the time invested.

I would put 0 stars if I could. While the free app was okay, I tried subscribing to see what the premium features were like. I found the posts to be off topic and poorly executed, and I cancelled my subscription after a few days. I then got my bill, which was over $400, none of the plans I tried even cost that much so it makes no sense why it's so expensive. Their website specifically says you won't be double charged if you switch subscriptions, yet that's exactly what happened. Their customer service said they would not refund me anything, as " Shopify have already taken their app store commission and we have also incurred AI costs from your account." On top of that, since I unsubscribed, I can't access any of the premium features anymore so their customer support is saying they won't refund me, PLUS I can't use the over $400- double subscription anymore. This app posted only a few posts which apparantly just cost me over $75 a post! Horrendous customer service and I hope everyone avoids this scammer company. Will be following up with shopify and disputing this charge since they won't offer support or refund if you try the subscribed options and don't like them. The free version has very limited features, not really worth using compared to just posting something yourself.

For a small business owner or one-man band, this is a great app to use for social media postings. The free version only includes 1 post per week, but the post includes product photo, copy and hashtags. I edit some of the hashtags, but that literally takes a minute. At some point in my business I will upgrade. I love this app.

The free plan on Xyla AI is pretty much pointless. The features are so limited you can’t even swap out or regenerate a single post without upgrading. We're so pleased with the weekly social media content generated for us. It saves so much time and we're able to edit and make it our own as needed. Currently on the free plan so it's just static posts for now, but will definitely consider upgrading when budget allows. The TikTok integration is a bit tricky though - some of the content on the free plan may not be suitable since it's not video format (carousels, quotes and fun facts do okay but we got a violation for one of the memes), so something to be aware of. TikTok is so finicky these days anyway, so this is certainly not a deal breaker for us. Plus, you can add/edit music to make the post pop, which you can't do on Facebook/Instagram.

So easy to create posts. The best tool if you are so busy with other admin related stuff and are not really into social networking. I absolutely love this app! It is helped me so much and being able to set up ahead of time post from my website. The only thing that I have found is that I have to check and make sure that the prices are accurate because sometimes it will post the most expensive instead of the cheapest in the same listing, other than that I love this app and I will continue using it. I've only used Xyla AI briefly so far, but from what I've used so far, I really like it. I've tried several other auto-posters, and they've either been very expensive or had features that just didn't work as advertised. Something I was particularly impressed by was that I used the contact form to other a suggestion and got an immediate reply, which was both friendly and extremely helpful. Really looking forward to see where this goes!

We have tried all the "automated social media" apps on Shopify with Xyla having by far the most promising future. It generates a variety of posts, not just standard images of products...which do not help your social media following. Two words: Simply Incredible. The best social media automation tool that exists on shopify and better then a lot of other ones I've tried outside of the shopify app store. The UI and easy set up combined with posts that don't just flood your pages with Products. While also being a free application? I could write a short story of Xyla's amazing social media management and content creation but you gotta try it out for yourself to see the results.
