I've been using this app during my first couple of months with Shopify POS. You can just jump on a chat with a real human and get responses and help right away. It's been really easy to learn how to use this system, create templates, and experiment. With their free plan, you get 200 free barcode prints per month, refreshing each month. Pauline specifically has helped me two times and was able to resolve my questions within a few minutes each time!

Excellent and fast customer service with any issue! Barcode labels were a little tricky to set up but customer service was very helpful and the labels are very flexible with different printers, sizes and formats. My favorite feature was printing barcode labels from Stocky PO. Unfortunately, due to changes with Shopify, I am no longer able to do that, but plan to stay with Yanet for their other features.

This app should be at the top of the list. We used it a long time ago and the time came to regenerate and print barcodes so I tried every app I could find. I became very frustrated at how limited they were. Basic features like setting the size of the SKU (ours are long) were missing. When I found Yanet, I remembered using it before and now I know why. It fulfilled all of our requirements. Best barcode app by far.

This app is something else after trying others, the flexibility and possibilities are amazing! Saves us a lot of time and the QR codes which f.ex can send customers directly to the product online is a huge advantage! I had a problem with the local rendering of pdf's, and Alex helped me out in a really professional way. It was not an easy issue to figure out but both the responsetime and insight was 10/10! It works fairly well; however, the brother labels don't seem to match in the app what the dimensions are. every barcode comes out looking nothing like the preview and won't scan even when stretching to cover the entire label. It should be basically plug and play with all of the added presets, but unfortunately does not work as intended.

It looks like the custom solution they built for us is going to be very good. However, it took about two weeks to deliver and communication during that time wasn't great. I requested an update on progress and didn't get a response at one point, and then we weren't alerted when the new feature was live - we had to ask again to be told that it was already deployed. Update: It seems there were some emails from Yanet that we did not receive, and they are looking into the issue.

Very unhappy with the Shopify's label printing options (my biggest complaint about Shopify POS), I've tried most of the label/barcode printing apps available to find the best fit for me. I've found this app to be the most customizable and functional. It's easy to use and allows me to get exactly the information I need on my price labels. Yanet's team, Anita specifically, was quick to answer any questions and provide help needed. Am I happy about having to pay for something that should be a standard feature of POS? No. Is that Yanet's fault? Absolutely not. They just saw a need and filled it.

The app was working fine just yesterday, now they seem to have updated it. Yesterday when I went to print my labels from products I already have the barcodes for, it asked me to pick the products. Once you click where you want to choose the products from, the screen stayed in the small pop up box, which had the print button inside after you were done checking. This update causes a blank pop up to show, the new screen is now in the back. Once i click off the pop up, and click the boxes to choose my products.. there isn't a print button to press.

After doing some research I didn't qualify but made an exception in my case and added them to my account within seconds. The whole process took less than a minute. I've been looking for a barcode app that lets you designate where to start printing on the label sheet. Most do not and print from row 1, column 1 every time. This means you either have to print an entire sheet of labels every time or you end up wasting labels. I love this feature about this app. I can print the amount of labels I need and I don't have to worry about wasting them. It's also easy to use and start printing right away. Also, Anita was very helpful and gave me some extra labels to allow me to practice printing. Great app.

This is a great app for making barcode / price labels. We needed something more robust and customizable than the simple but efffective Shopify Retail Barcode one and Yanet is perfect for us. Anita in customer service chat was amazing with her patience, screen shots, andhelp, steering me to the correct path to get my labels to print exactly what I wanted and have our POS scanners and iPhones read them correctly. She even created a new template for us! What a help she is!! I wish she worked for me!.Thanks Anita! The only reason it is not 5 Stars is because there are a few glitchy bugs in the simple template editor that I couldn't figure out. And the editor isn't as intuitive to use as it could be. I still need to try it extensively, and to be fair the pricing plan is a little bit confusing. The App on itself is wonderful and the customer support (especially Alex) have been of great help. Like other people mentioned, it is indeed weird that an app does exactly what it promises. The only downside is the pricing plan, i would have been delighted to pay for the "pro plan" but being a fashion brand we do have some periods where we need to print more and period where we don't need to print at all (for example during the sale seasons.) so i find it quite awkward that the pricing plan are so restrictive on how many "printing" you can do monthly. Luckily you can purchase the one time "n° of printing" license (if we can call it like that ) which is weird because this way it makes us save money. TL:DR it's a wonderful app that works beautifully and has magnificent suport but it does require more thoughts on the pricing, as it is not too expensive but it is weirdly constructed.

This app has been great for our business so far to generate and print barcodes for our products. I had a small issue recently and contacted the support team through the chat window and got an instant response from Tracy. She was extremely efficient and helpful in resolving my issue so I could get on with what I needed to do. The app can be a little tricky to get your head around but once you've tried and tested a few things it has all you need to create barcodes from SKU's.

For our simple purposes, this app has worked out quite well for us. While it took a little while to set up the Zebra printer and get the templates figured out on our Mac, Yanet was very fast in their replies and helped get everything to work out just fine. We print 2 different sized labels regularly and it's been easy enough to switch back and forth between them each day. For the most part it has been issue-free, but when we had one of our templates randomly go wonky on us, they again were fast to reply to help fix it for us.

Handy and easy to use. But the default quantity to print should default to 1, not the stock quantity. The button below easily adjusts to the stock quantity if desired. I wasted a thousand labels because one of my edits from 1000 to 1 didn't take and I didn't notice this. When buying in lots of 2000, wasting 1000 like this is beyond maddening (and expensive).
