Alex was helpful in removing the Branding Label in the widget, still setting up the app but it appears to be great so far! Update: I keep having issues with customers saying they didn't get the return instructions emailed to them when I accept the return. I have contacted support but they keep telling me that everything is working perfectly, except it isnt. For some reason the app keeps sending the customers address in the return address field instead of my return address that I configured the app with. I have also had customers tell me that they cant initiate a return as the portal is not working. I can't seem to see a reason or issue when I check on my end but I have had that complaint many times.

Leaving a review after 2 months. We patiently waited for 2 months for mere courier integration, as we were asked to do. I connected myself after 2 months, and I am being informed of inability to test a bunch of things for integration like shortage of funds in the account or KYC etc. Where I was informed this will only be a test account, now they added on to the unnecessary requirements. Additionally, we didn't receive a single mail from the team to align and sort out anything! If there was anything needed for the integration, it should have been informed to us. This has been a huge wastage of our precious time. Do not recommend this app.

I encountered several layout and styling issues that required manual corrections. For someone without technical experience, it would be overwhelming. For me, it was very frustrating. Another concern is that several key features can only be activated by contacting their customer support, which feels intentional and explains why most reviews focus on support rather than usability. It’s a good concept with a lot of promise, but the setup feels more like a developer’s tool than a true plug-and-play app. If the team focused on fixing bugs, allowing full access to features by default, and making customization options accessible through the interface instead of through CSS, this would easily be one of the best free return apps available on Shopify.

The app is all over the place. While it does allow reasons/image attachments, and is free, you still lose money because the app doesn't make customers pay for shipping labels or deduct them from the refund amount. The support team is inconsistent with their replies too, and they lie to you just to go on about their day (yes Tracy, I'm talking about you.) Don't use this, you're just going to lose money with this app.

It feels like they are completely unwilling to provide even the most basic customizations or assistance. While the basic support team is very responsive, the developer team clearly doesn’t care about helping in any way. They refuse to support even the smallest customizations, like changing text or providing any guidance on whether it’s possible to do it yourself. It’s clear that they don’t care about customer support or improving their service. If you’re looking for an app with helpful support, look elsewhere.

This is an essential app to have for your business. I recommend making an Exchanges and Returns page in your menu of your store using this app. I think you absolutley need to offer returns and exchanges for your customers to make sure your customers feel safe buying from you. It's also important in case they don't want what they got or want a different product in your store. Yanet offers good customization, and allows you to remove branding for free.

This app is excellent for what it offers. A few things that could be improved include The email notification, as it is a bit hard to set up. More Return and Refund Method options, like store credit, flat rate return fees, etc. While there is room for improvement, it has all the basics to manage returns and exchanges for your shop. It is easy to set up and use. I like the flow of it. I give it four stars because I can not seem to remove the return to store option. I do not have a physical store and there is no point for me to have that option on there. Also, I wish there was a way to get a return label configured into the app. I have to create a separate return in Shopify to generate the label. It would also be great if an invoice can be created for them to pay for the difference on an exchange in the return portal. I do not know if I do not have something set up or not to do this. However, it would be wonderful to have these steps.

Works as expected which for a free app is a WOW! Factor. However, for whatever reason, the app doesn't allow multiple items to be 'Returned'. Admin has to select each item individually in an order and create multiple returns (e.g. if 4 line items are present, each will have it's own return) which is very surprising. Would have given it 5 stars if not for this little detail missing. TLDR: Cannot process return in a single ID, if there are more than 1 line items in an order.

There are options to add images and descriptions for warranty claims and the design and feel is so user friendly for both customer and admin experience.
