So far I've had a great experience in terms of order fulfilment and orders being processed. I would highly recommend Zendrop. I would however would prefer that when using the credit that's been accumulated on my account to be able to use a higher percentage of the credit as I can only use a small amount of it and have to pay at least 90% of the fulfilment myself. but apart from that everything is easy and smooth to navigate through. One extremely useful part of Zendrop is the Academy, full of tutorials and webinars weekly to help you grow your business amazing!!

This app hijacked my live store's active theme without my consent. Immediately after installation, Zendrop published its own demo theme and deactivated the theme I was actively running — on a live store with paid ad traffic pointing at it. For hours my customers landed on a completely wrong storefront: a purple "home and kitchen accessories" template with "Free Worldwide Shipping" and fake "LOW STOCK" banners, none of which belong to my brand. My real product page was buried under someone else's demo content. I genuinely thought my store had been hacked — I checked my users and payout account in a panic before realizing it was this app silently swapping my published theme. Session timestamps prove it: my recordings were normal at 2:38, the theme was replaced at 2:57, and I touched nothing in between. This was the app acting on its own. Publishing your theme over a merchant's active, live theme without an explicit, unmistakable confirmation is not a "feature" — it is reckless and it directly costs merchants money and trust. Any app that can silently replace what customers see on a store generating live sales is dangerous. I will not use a tool I can't trust to leave my storefront alone. Uninstalling. Do not auto-publish themes over live stores.

Taking a minute to make people aware that these are probably fake reviews. The "wholesale" price you'd pay for most of these items are $5-$10 higher than retail prices anywhere else on the internet (like amazon and walmart). And you still have to add your margin and shipping costs. Plus there is a $29-$79 monthly app fee. I'm not really sure what niche would benefit from this site. Added after your response- your response is also a lie. I installed and UNinstalled the app in the last 3 days, not last year, and you have never reached out to me. Thank you for proving my point. Five-Star as I caught a thief. They picked a product then added insurance then took product off. I immediately reached out to Shopify Ai, Sidekick. I was smelling a rat and ended up being totally correct. 5 minutes later, repeat of ame technique. This time I cancelled the transaction and sent them an email telling them no more but thank you. Most of all, don't panic. Take a deep breath and be sure of what you're looking at. It could be a good customer that's leaving something and the outbasket when I canceled the first I gave him a refund so he made about 20 cents on me and I was watching for the next move. He repeated the same and that's when I'm shut him down. My email to him was firm but not rude or a challenge. No further action was needed

I just had the worst experience , Zendrop changed my theme to one of theirs without asking…and it remained after uninstalling the app i wanted to cancel the plan not to get charged, couldn’t get to it no matter what . Tried to deactivate the account , the button wasn’t there as the help documents suggested. It took 10 emails back and forth with support for the simple request of cancelling the billing and deactivating the account. They make everything difficult on purpose. Good luck finding their email. I found it on Facebook page…

I'm afraid it didn't work out for me, but I sell professional magic tricks and supplies, (a very niche industry), and i just couldn't find enough products that would fit my brand. That being said, I rated them 5-stars because their customer support was top notch. I spoke to Shawn from Zendrop support after talking with their AI support bot. Both were terrific. I got great direction from the AI chat, and after a discussion about why I felt it best to cancel, I was quickly connected with Shawn. Shawn immediately reviewed my account and issued a full refund. I couldn't ask for anything more. I'll be checking in with them from time to time. If they ever start carrying more of the products I carry, I wouldn't hesitate to give them another try. They get an A+ in my book!

This is an edit of a previous 3-star rating I gave Zendrop. They responded to my previous review asking what they could do. After explaining about the test orders that had not been delivered, they refunded my payments for them. They have shown they really do have great customer service. I also took a 5-day video course through them and learned a lot of helpful tips and how to made ads with AI, etc so I have started advertising on social media and adding more trending products to my stores. My expectations are realistic, I think, in terms of increasing traffic and sales and it is great to know that the drop shipper you choose stands behind their products and service.

Updated review: Now that I've spent some time on Zendrop and interacting with the support staff, I'm very happy and impressed with the support given. They knowledgeable and always more than happy to help. Due to being in the UK, I'm limited to just the products via Zendrop fulfilment, but have managed to find quite a few products that meet my requirements for my store. Darlene has been particularly helpful, walking me through how to do various things on Zendrop and shopify, as well as how to order samples. ------ Original review: The Zendrop app installs easily and creates an account seamlessly, but be careful when adding some trending items it automatically published them to my shopify without notification and I wasn't ready for them to be published (you can't even see what the products are when adding them). It's also not possible to order samples without being on a paid tier. As someone who's starting out I'm not even sure I want to pay for Zendrop yet if I can't find products I want and not being able to get samples is a hindrance to that.

Be very careful with Zendrop. I had some issues with prices not changing after being saved. As a potential fix, I was advised to unlink products. This created massive issues and I had to start from scratch. They were wrong but rather than help me fix it they continued to create a story that they were right. I just wanted to fix my store. It wasn't normal customer service behaviour.

I have only started using Zendrop. I have 3 stores, and placed orders from each store as a test to make sure the system is working correctly, to see what the products are like and to see how long it takes to get them. Two of my orders show on the tracking site as delivered but I never received them. I checked with neighbors and filed a complaint with the post office (though only one shows as delivered by USPS) and no luck. Not sure if the addressing is weird or what - I do know from experience that things don't always translate right when mailed from overseas. Anyway I did get one order and two customer orders show as delivered and I know for sure one was, haven't heard from the other customer so I assume it was delivered. I'm not sure if their delivery is reliable, so I'm still researching more and trying other drop shippers too. I also have had a couple issues with ordered items not being available. I hate to provide crappy customer service with out of stock issues and have to refund orders that were never received. I do like the way Zendrop works with Shopify, except that store orders that are fulfilled from other drop shippers show up on Zendrop when they aren't the ones with that product so need to figure out how to fix that. The descriptions and photos for listing are great too, But none of that matters if there are delivery issues.

It’s definitely challenging to compete when the product pricing is significantly higher than what customers can find elsewhere. Whenever I find an item I’m interested in selling, I do a Google search to compare pricing, and I often see competitors offering the same or very similar products for 20–30% less. Worse, you buy an item coming from Amazon from a seller selling it even higher than many other sellers, and you are supposed to sell it on your store, applying a margin of at least 30% to cover fees? Ex: Seller from Amazon on Zendrop sells item at $ 369 while many other sellers sell the same item at $ 305/310....you don't have a choice but to buy at $ 369 because you were stupid enough to pay for a subscription, then sell at least at $ 490 to cover the fees, and make what? The sync between Zendrop and Shopify can be an issue. My particular problem related to all my products showing as sold out although there was Inventory. Through the guidance of Zendrop and Shopify, we were able to resolve this. Shopify directed me step by step in the Online store editor. I had to basically highlight the lines that had the wrong prompts and just copy and paste in the correct ones. I could not have done this without the assistance of both Zendrop and Shopify as they really care about your Store and are extremely helpful in finding a resolution. I’ve had a frustrating experience with Zendrop. For 3 weeks, product variants haven’t imported correctly into Shopify, even with a premium theme. This site can be complicated, and I've had problems with it connecting to Shopify, but once it's established, it works great! The product summaries and prices are super easy to edit to fit my store's needs. The support team and AI at Zendrop are super useful. I worked very hard for months to set up my Shopify store and connected all the products I wanted to list. There were a few hiccups and miscommunication and learning curve on my part but Zendrop came through. Ms. Darlene Mendoza from the customer success team was unbelievably helpful along with other team members that helped with my issues. The one thing people need to understand, which got me confused, is Zendrop is NOT a warehouse of items, they are a drop shipper which has millions of vendors and when and order is placed they fulfill the order through a supplier. I misunderstood but once I understood how things work I realized what I needed to do to make my business successful. Zendrop has weekly calls and will evaluate your store. Take advantage of this they are there to help you succeed. I appreciate everything that the success team has done for me. Yes, items are going to be out of stock, prices will change at a moments notice and some take a long time to get delivered but once you understand which products to choose and where they come from it won't seem so overwhelming. Remember they are basically a middle man to vendors, they do not hold inventory. That has been my biggest take away from my experience. But the one thing that has kept me going is the customer service, which has been top notch. I have looked at other drop shippers and they just don't offer the products I want to sell. Last piece of advice, go to the Zendrop academy and utilize all the courses, online meetings, articles available. That is what has helped me immensely.

I had a very disappointing experience with Zendrop. Their product sourcing is unreliable—they often send back completely different items instead of what you requested, and only find the correct product after you push them again. Their prices are heavily marked up, which kills profit margins, and the limit of 20 sourcing requests per month is very restrictive if you’re actively testing products. On top of that, they frequently reject requests as “branded” even when there are no logos. Overall, it’s overpriced, inefficient, and not worth it—I wouldn’t recommend it.

Encontrar la forma de comunicarme con el soporte fue muy dificil y cuando finalmente lo logre bueno... te lo sintetizo: 1) Le interaron hechar la culpa a Shopify. 2) Me dijeron que sus politicas son muy indulgentes y los reembolsos solo los dan dentro de los 5 dias habiles (Nota: Habian pasado 12). 3) Me dijeron que 0 productos vinculados era = Gratis por mi plan, cosa que no es real. Entre otras cosas. No me creo que no haya mejores opciones. Esta intenten evitarla.

Regardless of the difference between our time zones, I still appreciated the level of promptness and acknowledgement with back-and-forth correspondences to ensure the fulfilment team can proceed to resolve and complete in prep for shipment. My initial queries were quite technical with regards to how Zendrop works and I was surprised to the promptness in the responses containing detailed steps to follow. The information helped me understand the back admin better with the linked products.

We installed zendrop to have a look at the products and fulfilmment options. The app did not offer too many products in our niche, so we uninstalled again. To close the account we had to contact support, the replies were super fast and the follow up was amazing. Very good support. Shiza Latif was extra proactive in following up our topics. Thank you.

Surprised because I live in Australia. Darlene resolved the issue in a professional and friendly manner. She also assisted me with further information to assist me. Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with Zendrop. Orders sometimes simply disappear from the system. In those cases, you have to clone the orders again and restart the entire process. This causes delays of several weeks, which is very problematic for both me and my customers. The support is also not very helpful. Most of the time you only receive standard scripted responses instead of someone actually addressing the specific issue. I had already experienced problems before and decided to stop using the service. They later offered me free months, so I thought I would give it another try. Unfortunately, nothing has improved. Overall, I am disappointed and cannot recommend the service in its current state.

Zendrop offers a wide variety of products. However, if you are selling on Amazon, be aware of the handling time, as Zendrop operates independently and delays may affect your Amazon fulfillment.

I LIke Zendrop. I have tried and still use a few other dropship suppliers but I have had the best experience with Zendrop. I think any criticisms levelled at them are universal to all the dropshippers (processing and shipping times, refund policies etc). Personally I find their customer service very helpful and responsive.Also, for us, linking products to our store is easier on Zendrop than any others we have used.

Much appreciation to Darlene and the support team for helping me navigate the platform and resolve my concerns. The interface is easy to use, products are simple to import, and support stepped in when I had a billing issue. I received a refund along with additional account assistance, which showed they’re willing to make things right. That said, billing cycles and app charges can be a bit confusing, especially if you’re newer to dropshipping. Keeping a close eye on subscriptions and invoices is important. Once I communicated with support, things improved quickly. If you’re thinking about using the platform, stay organized with billing and don’t hesitate to ask questions early. The tools are solid, you just need to stay proactive

It's not worth it!! The support is terrible and slow. They don't know there own theme! Forget chatting with a human, they never respond, its always the chat bot. After a day or two you get a mail asking a simple question and you are back to waiting another day. Standard answers like, it's on Shopify's side or its the browser cash is the answer to 50% of all issues. And I haver had many issues, and very simple as well. For two weeks I have asked how to change the color of the main menu!! The shipping time is not even close to what they promise. And I ship only to US. There is no flexibility what so ever on sourcing products. The sizing is not that exact.

Zendrop customer service team is extremely knowledgeable, I have been working with Tessa, who have been very helpful, polite, and patient. I hope Zendrop knows how valuable she is.
