I recently found this app. I'm trying to get more insight on my website and how customers feel around using it and about my products, I decided to give it a chance. Their free plan is a great way to start off and see how well these surveys go. I had a problem installing the survey onto my website. Within 24 hours Jason got back to me a few times after the first guide didn't work and was able to help me install the survey. What I love about Zigpoll is you can see the entire pathway: what the customer clicked on or searched to find your site vs. what they self-reported can be very enlightening. With the new Shopify update I realized that my post purchase survey wasn't integrated properly. Founder was very responsive, helpful, and kind. The product is easy to use, but I did have a couple of questions. I reached out and was easily able to have a demo setup, and have all my questions answered. I like the flexibility of how it has some default surveys to work with shopify as well as the logic branches that makes it even more flexible.

I was looking for an app to create a longer survey. The questions were fully customizable. They call each question a "slide" & you can choose from multiple formats - numbers, sliders, single choice, multiple choice, binary, short answer, long answer & a lot I haven't used yet. There's conditional logic (also haven't used). Really there was nothing that I wanted that I couldn't find, which I am finding unusual. There's also a choice for the survey to just be a link which was very helpful to me at the moment while I switch my web site from a different platform to Shopify. I also had a question (on a Sunday) & Jason from Zigpoll got back to me immediately with the answer I needed. Highly recommend this app.

I just love Zigpoll Customer Surveys. A lot of great features, but really key for me is the easy internationalization, ability to run & target several different surveys, and the ease of pushing data into other tools for segmentation.
