If you've been in the D2C space for more than 30 seconds, you know who Ezra Firestone is. He needs no introduction. The OCU app and team are the absolute best in the game. Waste your time trying to find someone better or use OCU and start making more money. The OCU team has provided next level support, not just on technical setup but actually spending time in our store, setting up split tests, adding custom features to the cart for us and working hard to make us more money on every transaction. We can't recommend them enough. I have no idea who the second best cart / upsell provider is, and frankly I don't care. Working with the best has saved us so much time and made us tens of thousands of dollars of incremental revenue. 10/10.

Since then, they have surged past competitors with an all-in-one app. This cut down on our funnel set up and evaluation time, as we can see results from one dashboard instead of 2 or 3 apps. I also appreciate the honest reporting, showing you AOV with and without OCU upsells over time, vs other apps that take credit for sales you'd have anyway.

I've used this app for many years. In the past few weeks, upsell payments stopped being captured completely - every order has an upsell, but no payment. The developer claims they cannot troubleshoot or do anything about this. Unless you want to process all payments manually, look elsewhere.

This app in non-negotiable for any ecommerce brand now - we're getting 15% conversion rate on the post purchase upsell and those orders are now highly profitable. I think this is one of the best (and easiest) ways to mitigate the rising cost of acquisition on Google, and I simply would not start a new site without it. Not sure how it works with higher ticket premium items (AOV £400+) but for us it's perfect. Also - shout out to support who respond very quickly with any questions. At this point (1 month in) I have nothing negative to report at all. high quality app, and the main guy, Ezra is a legit ecom operator who knows how to sell online, so everything in the app seems grounded in best practice. With 9 books currently in my thriller series, pricing that number became a challenge with sales declining with readers reluctant to purchase the entire bundle. On the advice of several other authors, I reduced the number to 6 books (for a more appealing price) but then added an upsell of the remaining titles. Colleagues recommended One Click Upsell -- Zipify OCU to my Shopify page. I've had the APP installed for not quite a week and am already impressed with the results. This is probably the only app that pays for itself right out of the bat. In the first week this app added 150$ of revenue (our store is small), but it sold products that havent been sold in 2 years and is selling new products every day. honestly I had a couple glitches with the app, giving discounts when it shouldn't have, I let the team know and the fixed the glitch and also completely compensated me for the losses. All in all, it's a wonderful app and, appart from just a few slightly confusing setup features in their cart drawer, it works great. But most of all, the support team is amazing! They respond quickly, are extremely kind and understanding, and they always come through! They will never close a ticket unless they've solved the issue. Not all upsell apps are equal. I hardly write reviews unless really happy or really upset! This has increased our upsell rate by over 5 times! We previously used two different upsell apps and did not think much of them. We are now doing over £2k a month in upsells with £50k a month in sales (I like to quantify so people can manage their expectations but also compare properly). We only use the post-purchase upsell and thank you page for targeting as we have a different sliding card. Don't hesitate, get this installed ASAP as it's very easy to use.

I've tried everything, and OCU is genuinely the BEST upsell app there is. Sure, there are cheaper alternatives, but do they do what OCU does? Not exactly. Does OCU let you customize your entire upsell page to make it look extra amazing and offer every customer a beautifully designed, tantalizing deal? Absolutely. "But OCU is more expensive than other apps!" You say. YES. Because it WORKS. I have tried others and quickly realized that it IS worth the price. Many of my funnel upsell rates are between 40%-70% and that is an amazing boost to my bottom line, especially when dealing with thin margins. Also, Zipify often holds great webinars for free that offer lots of tips and tricks for marketing and for making your store even better. 100% RECOMMENDED.

Post purchase tracking works terrible! Customer service refused to resolve my issue. The post purchase conversion value was reported even on failed payments. If Zipify is taking a comission from all of this, they should actually help people resolve this issue with a developer and not just say that we don't deal with this stuff.

One Click Upsell is a real game changer for us at Knifewear and Kent of Inglewood, it is easy to use and the support is always timely and helpful. If you are looking for a tool to help you sell the right accessories/add-ons/whatever to customers, then I can't recommend this app enough. I know some folks balk at the fact they take a percentage of any thing they help you buy, but for us, that means they want it to work as well as possible, as we aren't selling anything, then they aren't making any money. So it is win win - and still way cheaper than hiring someone for a custom app (Which I had before switching to One Click Upsell). I also love the cheesy videos they make to promote their apps.

We've been using the app for nearly a year, and overall it's been a great experience. It's relatively easy to set up, and the customer service team is extremely helpful and responsive. The app does an excellent job with both pre-purchase and post-purchase upsells. In the future, I’d love to see a bit more flexibility with AI-generated offers, but overall, I believe this is the best app out there if you're looking to build effective pre- and post-purchase funnels.

There is a bit of a learning curve in getting the nuances of how it works down but once you're there, it's so easy to implement and the possibilities for customizing it for your store are truly endless. It feels like getting taxed. The usage fees are outrageous, 500 dollars + a month just for 10000 in revenue. Its insane, im moving to reconvert, i calculated it and they only have 150 in fees for the same amount of revenue.

The product itself is ok, but there are just a couple of things I would like to point out. 1. Customer service: although I have been happy in the past with their professionalism and thoroughness of responses, I can't help but rate their service as not good after the most recent conversations. Super "template answers" and you have to make the request at least 3-4 times before you get an answer actually tailored for you. 2. Product: it's quite intuitive, but the fact that it is unusable if a customer purchases with a different currency than your store makes it virtually unusable unless you sell to one market only. 3. Subscription plan: you have a 30-day free trial, and so far so good, after that you pay in increments based on the additional revenue the app generates for you + a fixed monthly fee no matter what happens. This is not at all clear when you subscribe. They will also continue to charge you the fixed even if you deactivate the app and remove it from your store... according to them the only way to not pay it is to message them and have them issue you a refund credit but only after you've paid (although a colleague once did it first, since it's the most intuitive thing to do). Overall, I don't feel like recommending it now and I'm actively looking for an alternative. Maybe I will change my review in the future.

Be warned that the free trial DOES NOT give you full feature access. To see and test all the features that this app offers you during the free trial, you are forced to upgrade to their unlimited plan. Once you do this, you are stuck with this plan and can no longer go back to the Starter Plan. If you're looking for Ai Generated offers this app ONLY allows that for Post-Purchase Upsells, everything else you will MANUALLY have to change out your upsells. Which for $35 a month is a steep price to pay for having to do the bulk of the work that this app should be doing.

Can't recommend this app. Our customers were adding upsell items to cart, and finding during checkout that the PRIMARY item they were trying to buy wasn't in the cart anymore (the most expensive, crucial item!). People were checking out with JUST upsell items. We were able to reproduce this issue on our own repeatedly. Kind of a joke. Then we noticed one of the upsell items wasn't successfully adding. We reported this issue issue to them, and they come back almost 2 weeks later to say they "fixed this issue in firefox", when Firefox was the only browser that DID work. Overall I feel like we were a very low priority for them and I don't feel like they cared much to read our report of the issue carefully, or take it very seriously. For what they charge per month plus their commission, the service was totally unacceptable.

I've had to reach out to customer service multiple times, and they have always helped me get to the bottom of every issue I've had. I've noticed that the problem has never been with Zipify itself, but with random technical things that are just above my ability to figure it out myself (I'm kinda tech savvy but I definitely have my limits). My husband who is in tech is usually trying to help me troubleshoot, and he's always blown away by Zipify's customer service. He says the depth of customer service they provide is unheard of in the tech world at this price point. They're fast, responsive, patient, and very thorough. Thank you, Zipify team!
