We have used 99minds gift cards with Runit for a long time, and we have always been happy with how well everything works. Now we are adding the omnichannel loyalty program, and we are very excited. Our customers can earn points in our store and use those same points on our Shopify website. It makes shopping much easier and gives our customers more value every time they shop. The setup was smooth, and the 99minds team has been great to work with. We are excited to offer this new experience to our customers.

Terrible customer service. I wanted help with some of the free features, and stated multiple times that I intend to stay in the free plan, and I kept getting forced to upgrade my plan. After asking for help multiple times on the free features, finally I was given a trial of the paid version, even though I stated that I don't want it. They don't listen to their customers and just push the paid plans. The app might be good itself, but this attitude was a complete turn off for me.

We’ve been using 99minds for our loyalty and store credit program at Maxwell James, and it’s been a solid addition to our tech stack. We needed something that could bridge online and in-store, and this gets us much closer than anything else we’ve tried. The flexibility around points, rewards, and campaigns is strong, and once it’s set up correctly, it runs smoothly. It’s helped us create a more intentional rewards experience for our customers without overcomplicating things on the front end. There is a bit of a learning curve on setup, especially if you’re trying to align it with POS and email/SMS flows, but their support team has been responsive and helpful when we’ve needed it. Overall, a good option if you’re serious about building a loyalty program that actually integrates into your business and not just sits on the sidelines.

I almost gave up on using this app due to my own misunderstanding of how to use some of the features I installed it for. However i gave it one last chance with a scheduled call with Pravin and he was so kind and informative and helped me through all my questions. It is a bit on the pricey side so I will only use it for the holiday season but it really does a lot of things and has a lot to offer. I am using it with Shopify Flow for some automated Black Friday things and after much testing and Pravin's help we are holiday ready!

Overall, a really great and seamless experience and relationship!! We have been partnered with them for over 2 years. We first began the relationship with 99minds when we were on Square POS and needed their gift card functionality to talk to our BigCommerce website. We have now moved POS and website to Shopify and we have added their loyalty to our customer flow! Everytime we needed help or had questions they never hesitated to get on a zoom call, most times in less than 24 hours time frame to assist us! I 100% recommend 99minds! We switched to 99minds after our loyalty program would not sync with our in-store POS platform and Shopify. As a result we were running two separate loyalty programs and it was a huge headache. Our in-store gift cards and digital gift cards were not compatible as well so we needed an option. Since switching, our systems now work together perfectly and our loyalty program has never been easier. Customer service is always willing to help with any questions you may have. 99 minds is also very on top of the latest features and will listen to your needs/wants and do their best to implement them. We've been using this program for several months and are very happy with the switch.

Unfortunately I downloaded this app and I regret this mistake, I can only advise against it, there is no way to delete your data and the customer service promises to get back to you but nobody gets back to you. For me this site is spam and I advise everyone not to download it.

I so wish I could give this app a 10 star review! Not only does the app do exactly what I want in terms of offering loyalty points for my customers, provide in store and online gift card purchasing options, user-friendly for our staff members, provide customer marketing but the customer service is second to none. Ankita and Pravin have gone out of their way to make sure I understand the 99Minds app and that I use the app the best way for my business. I am not super tech savvy and both of these individuals have shown exteme patience with me in getting the app installed and up and running. Thier response time to emails is super fast. They not only offer solutions but they help implement the solutions in a timely manner. If you are not using 99minds I would highly recommend you consider changing that asap. Some of the best customer service I have recieved in years!

If you're considering 99minds for your Gift Card and Loyalty needs, look no further! It is a true pleasure to work with a company that is so eager to make things easy for their clients. Anytime we have had an issue, they are so quick to respond and troubleshoot, and creatively resolve your issue or needs. Not to mention they are friendly and professional. They act as a partner to your brand, which is HUGE! You can't buy integrity like that. Our business operates as a subscription platform using Recharge, which doesn't allow giftcards to be used in the way we would like (that's not limited to 99minds, it's all gift cards). The 99minds team, without us asking, is actively trying to figure out how to solve our Gift Card accessibility needs with Recharge. They are really going the extra mile! And based on some of the ideas, I really hope Recharge gives them the support they need (not to mention, it would HELP Recharge to have a way to apply giftcards). In summary, there are many companies that act like they listen to you, but brush you off and say it can't be done. 99minds is the complete opposite of that - they are kind, motivated, and willing to help your customer experience because THEY CARE! For anyone using Heartland + Shopify and or Hyperspace this is the best way to integrate loyalty and gift cards to your business and take your customer satisfaction to the next level.
