A friend recommended this service to me, but they later had a very disappointing experience with the customer support. Emmanuel did not provide proper support or a clear solution. It’s disappointing to see someone recommend a service and then end up dissatisfied because of poor customer support.

I paid for a subscription that was supposed to remain active until September 2. After accidentally changing my plan, I lost access to the paid plan and was asked to pay again. Support could not provide a clear solution or resolution timeframe. Very disappointing experience

Fantastic tool backed by an even better support team. I've been using Altera for a catalog restructuring project (splitting and relinking product options to metaobjects across hundreds of products). The app itself handles bulk operations that would otherwise take forever manually. What really stood out was the support. I ran into a limitation (converting a linked option from one metaobject type to another wasn't supported yet), reached out, and Daniel personally looked into it and shipped the feature the very same day. That kind of responsiveness is rare, and it made a real difference for my project. Highly recommend if you're doing any data management on Shopify.

Picking up
Altera ‑ Export and Import usually gets about 15 reviews a month. It got 21 in the last 30 days. That is +37% against its own 90-day pace. We publish this beside the ranking, never inside it – the order is the rating, and a good month does not change how good an app is.
Work on Altera ‑ Export and Import?
Any amount puts this listing above the review-data order, on the board and in Store management. Every amount and every click is printed in public. Paying also opens a private page for this listing – that is where the badge for your site, the share card and your deal live. Everything you can do here, including what money cannot buy and how to get this listing corrected or taken down.
Not ready to pay for anything? Take the badge – it shows this listing’s live rank on your own site, it is free, and it always was.
Claiming is free and it shows: the listing turns gold in every list – the same highlight a paid card carries – with a Claimed badge, in the exact place its reviews put it. It also earns the only followed link on this site: a claimed listing that has paid nothing links to its own website dofollow – a paid placement never does, because a link that was paid for is an ad. Claiming moves nothing.
