I paid for a subscription that was supposed to remain active until September 2. After accidentally changing my plan, I lost access to the paid plan and was asked to pay again. Support could not provide a clear solution or resolution timeframe. Very disappointing experience

Fantastic tool backed by an even better support team. I've been using Altera for a catalog restructuring project (splitting and relinking product options to metaobjects across hundreds of products). The app itself handles bulk operations that would otherwise take forever manually. What really stood out was the support. I ran into a limitation (converting a linked option from one metaobject type to another wasn't supported yet), reached out, and Daniel personally looked into it and shipped the feature the very same day. That kind of responsiveness is rare, and it made a real difference for my project. Highly recommend if you're doing any data management on Shopify.

The app does what it promises, but it's disappointing that merchants have to pay an extra $15 for functionality that Shopify itself should provide out of the box. Exporting store data is a basic administrative feature and shouldn't require a paid third-party app.

The app is overall good, but they do not support in displaying the 'Cost per item' field which is very basic when exporting Orders. I contacted them regarding this issue a few months ago, but they did not get back with an update.

Allows download and upload of data via command line and therefore automation. Great app! (it would be nice to see the filename of the Job, and a copy job function to ease transfer from Dev to Live, but that is just me being picky)

I am user of Matrixify last 5 years, this one is better - it allows me to publish Videos to 1k+ products without creating duplicates. **Huge breakthrough**. Whoever coded this understood the subtleties of what Matrixify (not really updated functionality in a while) was capable of, and improved. The heavy hitters in legacy apps can get complacent...this might be my new favorite app. It's no small task to outperform Matrixify.

Was exactly what I was looking for. I exported about 10 metaobject definitions which include fields connectiong to other metaobjects. Import worked fine and even the connections between definitions work.

what can i say? well, it's the backup compiler and reinstaller of choice for all of our websites. although we haven't needed to use the backups in anger, yet, having analysed and reviewed the data extracts, this should not cause an issue when we do. having come from an IT background, i know thru experience that backups are crucial to the running and longevity of any and all websites. do a backup daily! the export itself, in the format of a simple spreadsheet, is very helpful too. a thousands thank yous, dudes and dudettes!

For an app that's still in beta testing, this thing is absolutely amazing. It's simple to use, you can queue up multiple files at the same time, and it's surprisingly quick to actually import the data. I was doing some very large and strange imports, so I had a few hiccups, but Daniel responded super quick and had me sorted out in no time at all. When the alternative is $200/month, this app is definitely worth trying out. I highly recommend this app, and a big thumbs-up to their support team!
