We've had a great experience using SureCust Forms Builder. The app is easy to configure and has helped us build a registration workflow that fits our business requirements. The best part is their support team. They are very responsive, provide quick solutions, and are always willing to help. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, they responded promptly. If you have a unique business requirement that isn't available out of the box, their development team is also willing to implement custom integrations and custom features to meet your needs. Overall, it's a great app with excellent support. Highly recommended!

They've been very helpful and fast to respond to a request for the placement of a form. And the app is great as well, I was able to create a full and robust form with conditional logic.

Finally, I found an app that was able to handle the process of blocking registered customers using the new customer accounts and also allowed me to do it through a registration form. On top of that, I had help from the support team, who were very good. Thank you.

Unmatched customer service. They were able to triage my problem with setup, meet with me, and rectify the issue in less than a day. I cannot recommend this team and app enough. We were able to replace Helium after their help in setup which reduced our monthly costs and streamlined account registration on our site.

It has some plus points that you can add wholesale account registration but is very klonky, feels outdated, is pointlessly confusing to navigate and there are no filters or protection from spam signups with fake accounts unless you manually have to reject/approve every registration.
