We've had a great experience using SureCust Forms Builder. The app is easy to configure and has helped us build a registration workflow that fits our business requirements. It has some plus points that you can add wholesale account registration but is very klonky, feels outdated, is pointlessly confusing to navigate and there are no filters or protection from spam signups with fake accounts unless you manually have to reject/approve every registration.

I've been using the SureCust App and have to say it's absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful for managing my daily tasks. The interface is user-friendly, and it makes handling forms and data so much easier. However, I recently ran into a frustrating issue where none of the forms were displaying properly on my device. I quickly reached out for support, and the team (or the representative—I think it was a "he" based on our chat) was extremely responsive and helpful. That said, I was a bit surprised and disappointed to be charged $50 for the assistance. Overall, the app is still a solid choice for anyone needing reliable tools, but potential users should be aware of possible fees for support. I'd rate it 4 out of 5 stars—amazing app with minor caveats.

Thanks for the great support! Your app is the only one I found that reliably works with traffic from Facebook and Instagram ads. Other contact forms — including Shopify's native form and popular form builders — didn’t work inside in-app browsers. This is exactly what I have been looking for! I have a wholesale side of my shop for which I needed a better registration system. I was using a paid for app but as a very small business just starting out who only needed one basic custom form, I hated paying such a fee while I still had to use a workaround on my site to make the user flow not terrible(not great either). SureCust fixed all of that for me! Within an hour of installing the app, I had a new workflow for my wholesale applicant that is streamlined and simple. Not to mention as a sole proprietor business owner with plenty to do to run the business, I was able to cut my administration flow down to two steps. It does everything I need and is extremely fairly priced as their model is based on the number of custom forms you need. As with other reviews, their support is polite, fast, and responsive. I had a couple of custom requests that they implemented immediately. As a UX designer by trade, I can't help but make improvement suggestions, to which the support team is delighted and eager to add to the app.
